"JB's TOKYO" is a newly opened craft burger specialty shop in Miyashita Park in Shibuya, which is evolving and expanding its presence. With a focus on 100% homemade craft burgers, JB's Burger aims to offer the best fast food burgers rather than just affordable gourmet burgers. The patties are made from a blend of US beef chuck and Japanese beef fat, hand-formed daily from fresh coarse-ground meat. The homemade buns are made from Hokkaido wheat flour and butter, fermented and baked in-house daily without the use of shortening or margarine. Even the mayonnaise, pickles, and ketchup are homemade using natural ingredients. The restaurant is located about a 5-minute walk from Shibuya Station in Miyashita Park on the South 2nd floor, blending in with the fashion floor ambiance. The menu offers standard, cheese, vegetable, and special burgers, along with some homemade bakery items. I tried the Double Burger with bacon and a 100% homemade milkshake, which were both delicious and satisfying. The burger had a strong beef flavor with a juicy patty and soft buns, while the milkshake was creamy and refreshing. Overall, the food was flavorful and well-prepared, and the staff provided detailed explanations and excellent service.

The chairs and tables look dirty and small, like a turned-over bucket. The whole park has a dirty feel to it. The Crispy Sandwich is not particularly crispy, more like a regular sandwich. It doesn't taste very good. The dishes are poor quality. The staff is friendly and cute though!

I'm so happy that my favorite JB's has come to Shibuya! I also love the small shop in Yoyogi, but Miyashita is nice with spacious and clean seating. The delicious food and cost performance are just as great, and the staff, especially the ladies, are very kind. I will definitely be coming back!

I visited a burger shop on the 2nd floor of Miyashita Park South in Shibuya. It is a craft burger specialty store that originated in front of Yoyogi Station. I was surprised when I saw the menu - a standard hamburger for only ¥390, which is double the size of the patties from major chains. I ordered the double burger + drink set for ¥880. The burgers are all handmade, and 4-5 staff members were busy cooking in the kitchen. After waiting at the counter seats in the back of the store for 7 minutes, my burger arrived. The burger was overflowing with meat between slices of bread, and the plate was dripping with meat juice. The patties were substantial at 226g each, juicy, and delicious without any gamey taste. At ¥690, it's definitely worth coming back for more. Thank you for the meal.

Shibuya Miyashita Park opened on 8/17. A popular craft hamburger specialty store with 100% homemade burgers, originally located in Yoyogi. I stopped by after work at Shibuya Station for a quick visit. It's located in the underground passage, just across the road from the B1 exit. They focus on homemade ingredients, from the sauce to the pickles, and even the buns. The burgers have a gentle touch and are full of kindness. The interior has an American pop style, with counter seats making it easy for solo diners. They accept electronic money like PayPay, but not common ones like Suica, which can be inconvenient. I ordered the Double Double Potato & Drink addition (1230 yen), which is their most popular item. It has a double patty and cheese, with a simple taste that lets you enjoy the flavor of the patty itself. You can also add toppings like lettuce, tomato, or bacon. The square toast and old-school American style presentation is fresh and catchy. The patty is juicy and tender, with no extra saltiness or seasoning, allowing you to savor the natural flavor of the meat. The toast alone is crispy and delicious. They also have regular round buns available. The potatoes are lightly salted, leaving you without guilt after eating. The only downside is that they only provide paper towels for hand wiping, so you may need to wash your hands at the entrance alcohol disinfection station. Overall, it's a great option for those who are hesitant about eating junk food.

It was delicious, so I revisited again❤️ JB's TOKYO, a popular craft burger specialty shop with 100% homemade burgers in front of Yoyogi Station. I posted about the opening on August 17th at Shibuya Layered Miyashita Park (RAYARD MIYASHITA PARK) South 2nd floor, and I went there again~. This time, I was thinking of trying the Miyashita Park limited "Crispy Cheese Burger" for 590 yen, but ended up getting the Cheese Burger as usual. The size is just right for a quick lunch. The freshly grilled patty pressed on an iron plate and the homemade bread made with Hokkaido wheat flour and butter are crispy and fluffy. The perfect melting cheese, along with the black pepper and homemade soy milk mayonnaise, adds a nice touch. It was delicious again today. I'll try the Miyashita Park limited one next time for sure. I want to try various other items as well. Thank you as always. Please follow me☆

After finishing shopping in Harajuku, I stopped by Miyashita Park in Shibuya and found a new burger joint that I hadn't seen before. I was drawn in and decided to try their Double Cheeseburger and Iced Coffee. The burger patty was thick and paired well with the cheese, and the crispy texture of the toasted bun was also great. I will definitely come back again.

I went to JB'stokyo, which offers 100% handmade, additive-free, freshly made hamburgers, that recently opened in Miyashita Park in Shibuya. The vivid illustrations of JB and Hachiko were cute and impressive. The Miyashita Park exclusive Crispy Cheeseburger has a crispy bun, stretchy cheese, and appetizing teriyaki sauce. I look forward to sitting at the bench seats next time.

The Yoyogi Honten branch here is a top-rated restaurant on Tabelog with a score of 3.63. It's my favorite place. I was excited to see the Instagram announcement, but also a bit worried. The main branch is a small shop where young staff members cook homemade dishes with sweat and passion. Can they replicate that in a big commercial facility like Miyashita Park? Well, they did it perfectly! They are still baking bread with care! Amazing! When I visited in the evening, most of the customers were foreigners, which was surprising. I often see foreigners lining up at the main branch, but here it was mostly an international atmosphere. Everyone looked happy and the food looked delicious. I'm sure this branch will also become a top-rated restaurant. I'm genuinely happy to see good restaurants like JB's expanding. Keep up the good work, JB's team!

I'm happy that a new store has opened in Shibuya! JB's TOKYO, a popular craft burger specialty store with 100% homemade ingredients in front of Yoyogi Station, opened on August 17th at Shibuya's Layered Miyashita Park (RAYARD MIYASHITA PARK) South 2nd floor. I want to try the Miyashita Park exclusive "Crispy Cheese Burger" for 590 yen. I've been curious about their homemade buns and patties pressed on a hot plate, so I was excited to visit. The store has a cute graffiti art that reflects Shibuya, and you can see the live cooking action at the counter. I ordered a Cheese Burger for 440 yen and an iced coffee. The homemade bread bun looked delicious with a shiny brioche-like texture, and the 113g beef patty with cheddar cheese was sandwiched inside. The homemade bread made with Hokkaido flour and butter was crispy and fluffy, creating a nice contrast with the juicy patty. The combination of black pepper and homemade soy milk mayonnaise was also tasty. The store offers various sizes to suit your appetite, and the staff were very friendly. I look forward to trying more of their handmade craft burgers. Thank you for always following me. Please continue to support me with a follow☆

The Yoyogi main store of a popular hamburger shop often has long lines on holidays, but now they have opened a new location on the 2nd floor of Shibuya Miyashita Park. The opening time is 11:30. Despite some confusion at the cash register due to the staff being new, the seating process was smooth and efficient. I ordered the Avocado Burger with a potato and drink set (+440 yen), with extra Cajun spice on the potato (+20 yen), totaling 1150 yen. I chose iced coffee for my drink. The toast was crispy and delicious, just like at the Shibuya location. I could faintly taste the Cajun spice, but it wasn't necessary. Next time, I want to try the Miyashita Park exclusive Crispy Cheese burger.
