There is nothing particularly good or bad about this place, with no standout features. If asked why I went there, I would say "because they have a single item all-you-can-drink option." It's important to note that for the single item all-you-can-drink option, each person must order at least 2 dishes. Also, it's a smoking-friendly establishment. The basement floor is extremely smoky. If you're a smoker, you probably won't mind. The survey fee is 4,000 yen per person. That's about it...

Today we had a meal at this restaurant, "Private Room Izakaya Iroriya Tokyo Station Yaesu Store". When you exit from the north exit of Tokyo Station Yaesu, you will see the restaurant right across the street. We toasted and then started ordering. We had the crispy cheese sticks, which had a crunchy skin with cheese inside, perfect for drinking. We also tried the seared salmon, which was delicious with fatty salmon. We ordered the meat seared sushi with beef kalbi and brisket, which was finished at our table, giving off a wonderful aroma. Both were delicious and tender, especially with grated radish on top. If we had more room in our stomachs, we would have tried more cuts! We also enjoyed the bacon and asparagus potato gratin, with hot and delicious potatoes. The crispy potato with seaweed salt was irresistible. For dessert, we had a rich tiramisu with ice cream on top, a satisfying finish. It was a drinking session near Tokyo Station. I chose the nori salt flavored potato fries, which was the right choice! They were delicious with just the right amount of saltiness to snack on while drinking. The potato gratin was piping hot and creamy. The potatoes were fluffy and went well with the white cream. I prefer potato gratin over macaroni. It goes well with highball too. I love cheese sticks! They were crispy and cheesy while still hot. The toro salmon was recommended by the restaurant and it was rich and fatty, perfect for sushi bowls. The seared meat sushi was soft and tasty, easy to eat. For dessert, we had a rich tiramisu ice cream, which was satisfyingly filling. Even though we were full, we always have room for sweets. The restaurant had a lively atmosphere on the first floor, but we enjoyed a relaxing private room on the second floor. The staff were friendly and helpful, explaining the menu and answering our questions. The private room was spacious and could comfortably seat six people, making it a great choice for a girls' night out.

On this day, I had a meeting with a contractor and we decided to use this convenient izakaya near Yaesu station for our meeting. Being close to the station is definitely an advantage that is hard to beat, whether it's for residential or office purposes. The location is easy to find and has good access. When you set the destination on Google Maps, you don't have to worry about getting lost and can arrive right on time. This is wonderful. I am terrible with directions and sometimes still get lost even when using Google Maps (laughs). I arrived at the restaurant on time and was guided to a private room on the basement floor. I started with a draft beer, specifically the Malt's draft beer. It's great to see real beer available. Looking at the menu, the drink prices are around 500 yen, which is quite reasonable. They also use Suntory whiskey for their highballs, showing their intention to maintain a minimum level of quality while keeping prices down. For food, we ordered the "Kurobuta shabu-shabu" for two with a side of assorted vegetables, as well as the restaurant's specialty, the "meat seared sushi" which included beef kalbi sushi, shoulder loin sushi, and brisket sushi. We also ordered a Caesar salad. The amount of ingredients for the hot pot was surprising. The standard amount of Kurobuta shabu-shabu is normal, but the additional side of vegetables was so generous that it was enough to fill you up on its own. And yet, the prices were kept low, which was very surprising. I switched from Malt's to Suntory highball and enjoyed the shabu-shabu and vegetables. The Caesar salad was also very generous. I don't usually eat a lot of vegetables, so I made sure to eat plenty. As we were eating, the "meat seared sushi" was served, and we tried the beef kalbi sushi, shoulder loin sushi, and brisket sushi. The meat sushi, seared to perfection, satisfied the desire to eat white rice when eating yakiniku. It was delicious, of course. At this point, I was already 80% full (laughs). The meeting with the contractor was still ongoing, so we ordered the "bacon and asparagus potato gratin" from this month's recommended menu, as well as the deep-fried chicken and crispy seaweed salt french fries. The potato gratin was exquisite and incredibly delicious...I suddenly realized that the contractor had eaten most of it and I wanted to eat more (laughs). And while ordering an additional Suntory highball, we enjoyed the crispy chicken and french fries. This is what you expect from an izakaya. The meeting progressed well and turned into a great dining experience. Overall, the excellent location with great access is fantastic, which is the biggest point. The dishes are very reasonably priced, and with Malt's and Suntory highball available, you can enjoy a satisfying meal. The convenient location, affordability, and the option of a private room make this restaurant very easy to use in the Yaesu area.

The restaurant was quite crowded on a Friday night. Although they had private seating areas, they were not completely soundproof, and you could hear the conversations from the neighboring tables. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxed atmosphere, this may not be the best choice. Smoking was allowed in the seating area, so the underground section was quite smoky. The staff seemed busy and their service was a bit rushed, it would have been nice if they were more attentive. The interior was cluttered and not very clean. Overall, I don't think I would want to visit this restaurant again.

I was looking for a second place to go and decided to enter after being called in by the staff. Despite the current situation, there was no soap in the restroom, only alcohol. The hot sake I ordered came out very quickly, but it was so hot that I couldn't even touch the tokkuri. They probably heated it up in the microwave.

The food is average (tastes good). The service is above average. The prices are on the lower side. The location is great! It's a valuable restaurant for smokers because smoking is allowed.

There are not many private rooms, mostly table seating. It took a long time for the food to be served.

I dropped into the second bar of the night without any negotiation, but I was required to order at least two items. It's not suitable for a second bar when you're already full.

I shouldn't have gone, cheap but not worth it.
