Located a 3-minute walk from Ikebukuro Station, "Niku no Machi" is a popular yakiniku restaurant known for its high-quality, delicious meat as it is run by a butcher shop. The interior, predominantly black, exudes a calm atmosphere. The restaurant offers lively table seating for groups and cozy semi-private tables perfect for dates. The "Niku no Machi Course with 2-hour all-you-can-drink" (7000 yen) includes a meat platter and vegetables to start, followed by the option to order your favorite dishes. The all-you-can-eat menu includes top-grade kalbi, middle ribeye, top tongue with salt (once only), top loin, top harami, top mino, hormone, liver, black pork kalbi, pork belly kalbi, sausage kimchi platter, bean sprouts, salad, grilled vegetables, squid guts, chijimi rice, kookpa, stone bibimbap (1 per 2 people), and ice cream (once only). The all-you-can-drink menu includes beer, sours, cocktails, wine, makgeolli, soft drinks, and more. Most of the staff seem to be Korean, and the kimchi and namul are particularly delicious. Despite the slightly rushed atmosphere to vacate the table after exactly two hours, the quality of the meat and variety make it well worth the price. Recommended for meat lovers' gatherings and girls' nights out.
