The set includes rice, grated yam, miso soup, beef cutlet, shredded cabbage, potato salad, pickles, and condiments like wasabi, soy sauce, sauce, and sesame miso? I always forget one of the condiments, I'm sorry. I'll start grilling on the hot stone right away - sizzle! The sound of it cooking is making me even hungrier. It's tender. But it's soft and chewy at the same time, which is quite interesting. It's delicious, but I'm not sure which part of the beef it is. The condiments play a big role in enhancing the flavor, I think. Even though it's a bit of a mystery, the rice goes down easily, so I had a second helping and now I'm full. In terms of satisfaction, tonkatsu might have the upper hand.
