【Restaurant Name】Teppanyaki Charcoal Grill Saito 【Nearest Station】Roppongi Station, 2 minutes walk 【Dinner Budget】¥17,000-¥30,000 Visited in April 2022 【About the Restaurant】 Located near Roppongi Station, the elevator in the building takes you to the restaurant, where the bustling city noise transforms into a quiet and elegant atmosphere. After temperature checks and hand sanitizing, you enter through the curtain and are guided to a counter seat. The restaurant has a few counter seats and several table seats. From the counter, you can see thick beef being grilled on the teppan and fish being carefully skewered over charcoal, adding to the lively atmosphere. The clientele mainly consists of couples in their 20s to 40s, making it a good spot for a date. 【Food and Drinks】 ☆Saito Chef's Course On this day, we had the chef's course, which was full of surprises. ★Salad - Pork and Soft-Boiled Egg The first dish was a slightly warm salad with a mix of garlic sauce, flavorful pork, crispy fried vegetables, and fresh greens. It opens up the appetite. ★Appetizers x 2 The "Shot Glass Cold Soup" was a small serving with bacon chips enhancing the aroma and flavor. The "Yam and Pork Shabu-Shabu Cold Roll" had a perfect balance of textures and flavors. ★Drinks We enjoyed beer and lemon sour. ★Appetizers x 3 The "Wagyu Sushi" had a mix of Western herb and Japanese wasabi flavors complementing the Wagyu beef. The "Wagyu and Tuna Yukke-style Nori Roll" was a complex blend of flavors and textures. The "Simmered Octopus" was tender and easy to eat. ★Grilled Spanish Mackerel Grilled over charcoal, the mackerel was firm with no excess fat, paired with mashed potatoes and bacon for a flavorful Western twist. ★Foie Gras Saute Served with two sauces, the foie gras paired well with simmered daikon, creating an elegant and not overpowering dish. ★Abalone Saute Simply sautéed in butter, the abalone had a rich flavor and a satisfying chewy texture. ★Wagyu Sirloin A luxurious Wagyu sirloin from Yamagata, cooked medium-rare, was flavorful with just salt and pepper seasoning. Served with delicious bean sprout stir-fry and condiments. ★Garlic Rice and Miso Soup The garlic rice and miso soup with Wagyu simmered in it were rich and flavorful. ★Dessert Platter A trio of Gâteau Chocolat, Cassis Sorbet, and Frozen Strawberry with Condensed Milk offered a delightful end to the meal with varying textures and flavors. In an elegant setting that helps you forget the city noise, this restaurant offers a variety of meat and seafood dishes with different textures to enjoy. It's a perfect spot for a date. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

Today, I visited the Teppanyaki and Charcoal Grill Saito located just a 1-minute walk from Roppongi Station in Minato-ku, Tokyo. I have been coming here many times since they opened. The service and quality are outstanding, and if you're willing to pay 50,000 yen for a meal in Roppongi, I personally think you should choose this place for less than 30,000 yen. Roppongi is known for having a lot of foreigners compared to Ginza, but the taste here is definitely world-class. As you step into the quiet and spacious atmosphere behind the elevator in the building, you are greeted by the attentive head waiter. The counter has about 6 seats due to COVID-19, which is significantly fewer than before. There are also two private rooms for four people each and two table seats behind the counter. The total capacity is around 20 people. The space may be small, but the seats are spacious and private, providing a comfortable dining experience. I ordered the omakase course. We started with a Suntory Master's Dream for the toast. The meal included a garlic salad with pea sprouts and Iberico pork, a trio of appetizers, grilled conger eel and cream cheese sushi, premium sea urchin and Matsusaka beef roll, Japanese snow crab and Tobi tuna belly sushi, Hiroshima oyster teppanyaki, yellowtail marinated in sake lees with yuzu pepper, abalone teppanyaki with butter, Matsusaka beef sirloin steak, Matsusaka beef fillet steak, Matsusaka beef and turnip greens garlic rice, red miso soup, and a dessert plate with strawberry condensed milk, cheesecake, raspberry, and sorbet.

I went to 【Teppanyaki Sumiyaki Saito】, located in Roppongi! This restaurant is located just a short distance from the intersection with "ROPPONGI" written on it. As you climb the building and enter, you can feel the stylish atmosphere where adults gather. This time, we tried the 【Chef's Course】, and I will introduce each dish with explanations. First, we had the 【Salad with Black Pork】. The crispy black pork belly, fresh vegetables, and special garlic sauce made it irresistible! Next was the appetizer. It included chilled pumpkin potage, marinated duck prosciutto, and shrimp sashimi with yukke sauce. Personally, I loved the shrimp sashimi with yukke sauce, and I couldn't stop eating it! Then came the sushi. Hand-rolled crab meat with negitoro and crab miso sauce, and wagyu beef rolls. The wagyu beef was rare and melted in your mouth. The highlight was the eel with crispy tempura batter. The eel's deliciousness and melt-in-your-mouth texture were amazing! The scallop butter soy sauce was also surprising in size! Next was the sautéed swordfish. The tender swordfish with a simple sauce was rich and flavorful. It was served with ham-infused mashed potatoes, adding another layer of deliciousness. Then, we had sautéed spiny lobster and abalone. The lobster miso sauce went well with everything, and the lobster was perfectly tender. The main meat dishes were fillet and sirloin from Shimane Prefecture. We enjoyed them medium rare and rare, and they were perfectly cooked on the teppanyaki grill. The special garlic sauce was incredibly delicious! Lastly, we had garlic fried rice with pickled greens and miso soup with spiny lobster. The garlic fried rice was aromatic, and the miso soup had a rich flavor. The cheesecake and cassis sorbet were a perfect way to end the meal. Overall, we had a delightful dining experience with delicious food and wonderful staff. Thank you for the fantastic time and the amazing dishes! Thank you for the great experience!

First visit. Located just a short walk from Roppongi Station, Saito-san is a delightful restaurant with a balanced mix of counter seating, tables, and private rooms, creating a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The experience was wonderful, not only because of the ambiance but also due to the attentive service and delicious food. The variety of dishes exceeded expectations, offering a surprising array of flavors and textures. While the steak was undeniably exceptional, the salad and other appetizers were equally impressive. The standout dish was the hamburger rice bowl, made with only beef, resulting in an incredibly tender and fluffy hamburger. This place seems suitable for various occasions. Thank you for the meal! <Menu> - Wagyu Beef Shabu Salad - Assorted Appetizers: Pumpkin Cold Soup, Fruit Tomato and Duck Meat Marinade, Red Shrimp Yukke-style - Beef-wrapped Sea Urchin - Conger Eel and Cream Cheese - Wagyu Sirloin Sushi - Grilled Scallop - Sauteed Beltfish with Ginger Cream Sauce - Duck Confit with 2 sauces - Sauteed Spiny Lobster and Abalone - Beef Fillet Steak - Hamburger Rice Bowl with Spiny Lobster Miso Soup - Assorted Desserts: Frozen Strawberry, Yuzu Sorbet, Gateau Chocolat

【Nearest station】Roppongi Station, 3 minutes walk 【Visit time】Monday, around 8:00 pm 【Purpose】Dinner 【Regular holiday】Sunday, public holidays 【Reservation】Available 【Number of users】2 people 【Budget】20,000 yen to 25,000 yen 【Order content】Teppanyaki Charcoal Grilled Saito Omakase Course 22,000 yen 【Recommended for people like this】Looking for a teppanyaki restaurant around Roppongi Station, looking for a restaurant that can be used for business meals, entertaining, anniversaries, etc. around Roppongi Station 【Overview】Recommended restaurant for teppanyaki dinner in Roppongi, "Teppanyaki Charcoal Grilled Saito" offers a wide range of high-quality ingredients such as premium wagyu beef, seafood sourced from Tsukiji Market and Hokkaido, and organic vegetables from the Isehara private farm. You can enjoy high-quality wagyu beef and seafood teppanyaki! The exterior looks like a mixed-use building, but the interior has a sense of luxury, with counter seats, private rooms, and table seats, making it suitable for various occasions such as dates, business meals, and special days! The service is excellent, making it a fail-safe restaurant. 【Report】 ☆ Teppanyaki Charcoal Grilled Saito Omakase Course 22,000 yen There are multiple courses available, but this time we had the "Teppanyaki Charcoal Grilled Saito Omakase Course"! It is a fulfilling course that includes exquisite steaks of A5 grade brand beef, teppanyaki of Ise lobster and live abalone, wagyu beef roll with fresh sea urchin, and grilled conger eel sushi! All the dishes were delicious, but I would like to focus on a few comments. First of all, the winner was the "Teppanyaki of Ise lobster and live abalone"! The high-quality Ise lobster with a chewy texture and the high-quality live abalone were exquisite. Personally, I was especially impressed by the live abalone, which was incredibly fresh without any fishy smell, and the butter soy sauce seasoning was delicious from start to finish, so I kept saying "delicious" until the end! And the runner-up was the "Sauteed beltfish and Hokkaido scallop"! The sautéed beltfish with ginger cream sauce and yuzu pepper was a nice accent, and the Hokkaido scallop was also extremely delicious. The Hokkaido scallop was lightly grilled on the teppan, and the aroma was evident from the moment it arrived at the table. There are many teppanyaki restaurants that serve delicious meat, but this may be the first time I've been to a teppanyaki restaurant where seafood is so delicious! And the honorable mention goes to the "Sendai beef fillet + sirloin"! This is the main dish of the meat! I ordered it rare as I was asked about the doneness, and the fillet was very juicy. It was a bit tough in the second half of the luxurious lineup, but I managed to finish it all! 【Course content】 Today's salad (homemade garlic sauce salad) Assorted 3 types of appetizers (cold soup, eel finger, snow crab) Assorted 3 types of sushi (grilled conger eel and cream cheese sushi, wagyu sirloin sushi, live uni wagyu roll) Hokkaido scallop grilled with isobe sauce Sauteed beltfish Teppanyaki of Ise lobster and live abalone Sendai beef fillet + sirloin Wagyu beef stew Takana garlic rice Ise lobster soup Assorted desserts Thank you for the meal!

Recently, I had a luxurious teppanyaki dinner in Roppongi! I visited "Teppanyaki Charcoal Grill Saito," located just a 1-minute walk from Roppongi Station's exit 3, where the owner, Mr. Saito, who was the head chef at a famous teppanyaki restaurant in Roppongi for many years, opened this restaurant after the closure of "Oribe." We opted for the extravagant "Saito Chef's Course," where Mr. Saito selects ingredients based on the day's procurement and prepares them in the best way possible. The restaurant, despite being in the upscale and vibrant area of Roppongi, had a casual and cozy atmosphere. We sat at the counter seats right in front of the teppanyaki grill, enjoying the live cooking show by the owner. The menu we had included dishes like Black Pork and Soft-boiled Egg Salad, Assorted Appetizers, Wagyu Sushi, Grilled Eel and Cream Cheese Sushi, Beef Fillet Yukhoe, Scallop Saute, Abalone and Spiny Lobster Saute, Fillet and Sirloin Steak, Spiny Lobster Miso Soup, Mini Hamburger Steak Rice Bowl, and Cheesecake with Yuzu Sorbet. The food was accompanied by a glass of Champagne and Black Oolong Highball. Each dish was a delight, with the Black Pork and Soft-boiled Egg Salad being a standout with its crispy vegetable chips. The Wagyu Sushi, featuring two variations, was incredibly tender and flavorful. The Assorted Appetizers and Grilled Eel and Cream Cheese Sushi were also delicious. The Beef Fillet Yukhoe was a luxurious treat, made with premium beef and well-seasoned. The Scallop Saute, Abalone and Spiny Lobster Saute, and Fillet and Sirloin Steak were all cooked to perfection. The Spiny Lobster Miso Soup was rich and flavorful, and the Mini Hamburger Steak Rice Bowl was a comforting end to the meal. Overall, the dining experience at Teppanyaki Charcoal Grill Saito was exceptional, with top-notch ingredients and skillful cooking by the owner, Mr. Saito. The cozy ambiance and delicious food made it a memorable dining experience in Roppongi.

Teppanyaki Charcoal Grill Saito @ Roppongi Saito Chef's Choice Course ¥22,000 Glass of Champagne ¥1,870 Black Oolong Highball ¥880 On this day, I decided to have a luxurious dinner in Roppongi. And to make it even more extravagant, I chose a teppanyaki restaurant. Located on the 6th floor of a building right near Roppongi Crossing, I was surprised by the casual and friendly atmosphere of the place, with young staff members providing excellent service. The chef, Saito, selects the ingredients of the day and prepares dishes using the most suitable cooking methods, making it a truly luxurious dining experience. Here are some of the standout dishes from the course: - Sauteed scallops: Fresh scallops cooked quickly on the teppan grill, with a creamy yuzu pepper sauce that was innovative and delicious. - Wagyu beef sushi: Two pieces of lightly seared Wagyu beef sushi, one with grated ponzu sauce for a refreshing taste and the other with sea urchin wrapped in nori, melting in the mouth. - Conger eel and cream cheese sushi: Lightly seared fluffy conger eel sushi with cream cheese sandwiched between the rice, creating a perfect combination. - Abalone and spiny lobster saute: Abalone cooked simply in butter and spiny lobster with a rich miso flavor, both showcasing the highest quality and deliciousness. - Fillet and sirloin steak: The highlight of the course, featuring fillet from Sendai beef and sirloin from Yamagata beef. The sirloin was sweet and juicy, while the fillet had a rich flavor and a tender texture. The course also included other dishes such as a mini hamburger rice bowl, cheesecake, and yuzu sherbet. Overall, it was an impressive and high-quality teppanyaki experience. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

This is a restaurant located right by the Roppongi intersection. On this day, we tried the 20,000 yen chef's choice course. The chef's choice course is made up of items that are in good condition on the day, so the menu changes every time you visit, creating an exciting experience! Out of the 10 dishes, my top 5 favorites were all on the richly flavored side, perfect for pairing with alcohol. - Black pork sauté with half-boiled egg garlic salad: This salad is so delicious, I want to eat it every day! The creamy scrambled eggs and crispy black pork are perfectly balanced. The sweet potato chips add a nice touch. The garlic sauce also packs a punch, making it more like a main dish than a salad. - Grilled conger eel and cream cheese/raw sea urchin rice cracker: A popular menu item at the restaurant! The two-bite size is satisfying, and the grilled conger eel with melted cream cheese inside is delicious. - Sauteed pike conger eel/mashed potatoes/yuzu pepper ginger sauce: The mashed potatoes are chunky with a hint of garlic! The strong flavor would go well with red wine. While pike conger eel is often prepared simply, the bold seasoning is also delicious. - Abalone with butter soy sauce: The texture is firm and there is zero bitterness, even the liver is tasty! It's the first time I've thought abalone was delicious. - Sendai beef/Chateaubriand garlic sauce/wasabi/soy sauce: I mentioned that I don't like fatty meat, and they gave me a leaner cut. With plenty of vegetables, I finished the meal without feeling stuffed! The sauce options range from refreshing garlic to wasabi and soy sauce, offering a variety of choices. The restaurant has counter seating, tables, and private rooms. The service is excellent and welcoming. With a generous amount of dishes, you won't leave hungry! For this content and price in Roppongi, it's a definite repeat visit! A la carte options are also available. Highly recommended for those who want to enjoy delicious appetizers and teppanyaki dishes! The menu we had on this day, with favorites marked: - Chef's choice course 20,000 yen - Black pork sauté with half-boiled egg garlic salad - Three appetizers (pumpkin cold potage/katsuo straw-grilled shrimp tartare flavor) - Large scallop sauté - Grilled conger eel and cream cheese/raw sea urchin rice cracker - Lean beef seared tartare with egg yolk and mayo sauce - Sauteed pike conger eel/mashed potatoes/yuzu pepper ginger sauce - Abalone with butter soy sauce - Sendai beef/Chateaubriand - Wagyu stew with pickled vegetables and garlic rice - Cheesecake/cassis sherbet/condensed milk strawberry - Black tea [On Tabelog] Rating 3.39 [Business Hours] 6:00 pm - 11:00 pm (last order) [Closed] Sundays, public holidays [Advance Reservation] Recommended [Budget] 20,000 yen and up [Address] 6F, Saxon Building, 6-1-6 Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo Thank you for reading until the end. On a Saturday night, my partner and I made a reservation and visited this restaurant for the first time. It is conveniently located near Roppongi Station. The interior is very stylish with a counter, table seating, and private rooms. We ordered the chef's special course for 22000 yen, which varies slightly depending on the day as they offer the best dishes available. The food was all delicious and satisfying, with flavors that complemented the drinks well. - Pork and Soft-Boiled Egg Garlic Salad: The salad was delicious, with a soft-boiled egg that was warm and creamy. The homemade garlic dressing was outstanding. - Hokkaido Scallop Sauté: The large scallops were luxurious and sweet, with a crispy texture. We enjoyed them both on their own and wrapped in seaweed. - Grilled Conger Eel and Cream Cheese, Wagyu Sirloin Sushi, Wagyu Beef and Sea Urchin Roll: The presentation of these dishes was exciting, and they all tasted amazing. The Wagyu beef sushi with generous sea urchin topping was particularly delightful. - Marlin Belly and Abalone Sauté: Both dishes were flavorful and cooked to perfection. The marlin belly had a crispy exterior and a tender, juicy interior, while the abalone was generously portioned and delicious. - Tochigi Wagyu Chateaubriand, Yamagata Wagyu Sirloin: We had the opportunity to compare these two types of beef. The Chateaubriand was incredibly tender and had a delicate texture, while the sirloin was rich and flavorful. Both cuts were delicious in their own way. The restaurant also offers special occasion courses, making it suitable for various dining experiences. The service was attentive, and the ambiance was excellent, making it a great choice for dates, anniversaries, or business dinners. I look forward to visiting again. - Ordered: - Chef's Special Course 22000 yen - Visit Date and Time: - June 2023 (Saturday) 7:00 PM - Reservation and Waiting Time: - Available, no wait - Location: - 1-minute walk from Roppongi Station - Number of People: - 2 - Budget: - Dinner 20000 yen per person

The restaurant is not very large, but I was seated at a counter and one of the three 2-person tables. They have a special emphasis on beer, and the draft beer was delicious. The service was also very good, making the dining experience enjoyable. I tried the Suntory Master's Dream draft beer, which was said to be the best beer. It was easy to drink and very tasty. I ordered the Special Teppanyaki Course for 17,020 yen, which included a cold soup with broad beans, clams, and bacon, as well as a red shrimp with garlic and sesame oil. The teppanyaki dishes were excellent, especially the scallop wrapped in seaweed. The uni (sea urchin) was generously served and incredibly delicious. The second half of the meal included a delicious eel teppanyaki with a yuzu pepper and ginger sauce, as well as sautéed abalone and spiny lobster. The highlight was the Matsusaka beef sirloin and fillet, which was incredibly tasty. The meal ended with a choice of two types of rice for the finale, with the garlic rice being popular but the mustard greens rice being my personal favorite. The restaurant's proximity to the station is convenient, and I would definitely like to go back for another meal.

Roppongi Station, 1 minute from exit 3, is always packed on weekdays at 9pm, but it's conveniently close to the station so you can drink as much as you want without worry! Highly recommended for business entertaining. This time, the chef's special course offers 16 dishes for 22,000 yen. They serve top-grade Japanese black beef, mainly Matsusaka and Saga beef, and choose the best brand of the day for you. It's exciting not knowing what will be served until the day of the meal. The black pork sauté with half-cooked egg and garlic salad is delicious with a crispy texture and a mix of vegetables like watercress, lettuce, and radish, with a strong garlic flavor. The green pea cold soup is a gentle and reliable dish. The firefly squid with vinegar miso will make you smile with its delicious taste. The red shrimp with salt sauce, pepper, and radish is a completely odorless appetizer. The tuna nigiri with soy sauce has a fragrant and delicious taste, with a hint of wasabi. The 3-piece nigiri assortment includes grilled conger eel with cream cheese, wagyu beef nigiri with grated daikon and lots of garlic, and wagyu beef roll with fresh sea urchin and crispy rice. The Hyogo prefecture eel with garlic and potatoes is a delightful dish. The main meat dishes are cooked perfectly, with juicy and tender Yamagata beef sirloin and succulent Shimane beef fillet. For dessert, there's strawberry condensed milk, a favorite, Gâteau au Chocolat, a classic, and Yuzu sherbet with lots of yuzu fruit pieces, which is delicious. Overall, it's a highly recommended restaurant with delicious food!

The garlic rice was delicious, and the appetizers and desserts were fantastic, more like a restaurant than a teppanyaki grill! Located in Roppongi, the menu included green peas, chilled soup, clams from Choshi, bonito tataki with a straw scent, firefly squid with mustard miso, red shrimp, yukke-style snow crab, fresh sea urchin, grilled conger eel, cream cheese sushi, pan-seared sea bream with balsamic sauce and truffle aroma, yuzu pepper ginger cream, steak featuring Matsusaka beef fillet and 100g of Japanese black beef, garlic rice with red miso soup, gâteau au chocolat with cassis sorbet, coffee, and red wine.

Located a 3-minute walk from Roppongi Station. It was my first visit after being invited. This teppanyaki restaurant is conveniently close to the station. This time, I ordered the steak omakase course. The course included: - Assorted five appetizers - Chilled soup with green peas and clams - Negitoro (minced tuna with green onions) on a spoon - Tataki (lightly seared) bonito - Grilled clams from Choshi - Red shrimp yukke-style - Grilled large oysters from Hiroshima with garlic ponzu, yuzu pepper ginger cream, balsamic sauce - A5 grade black wagyu chateaubriand 100g (today's origin: Sendai beef from Miyagi Prefecture) with homemade garlic sauce, wasabi, pink rock salt, etc. - Black wagyu garlic rice - Red miso soup - Assorted desserts - Choice of coffee or tea after the meal. I opted for the seasonal limited oyster sauté, which was seasoned with three different sauces: garlic ponzu, yuzu pepper ginger cream, and balsamic sauce. It was a delightful and fresh twist on the classic butter sauté. I splurged on the chateaubriand for the main course, and the flambéed, medium rare meat with a beautiful pink center was very enticing. Among the various condiments like homemade garlic sauce, wasabi, soy sauce, and pink rock salt, I found the homemade garlic sauce to be the most delicious and creamy. The restaurant is close to the station and has private rooms, making it very convenient. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

I had dinner in Roppongi with a friend and we were welcomed into the restaurant. It is located on the 6th floor of a building on the right side of the first intersection down the Imo-zaka from Roppongi Station. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was casual and comfortable, different from what I expected from the photos. There are counter seats, table seats behind them, and private rooms at the back of the restaurant. We ordered the chef's special course, which included salad with a delicious sauce and sautéed oysters with a flavorful sauce that showcased the chef's skills and roots. The main dish, a medium rare steak made with Tochigi wagyu beef fillet, was perfectly balanced in terms of fat quality and meat quantity, delivering a consistently delicious taste. The restaurant offers a variety of courses starting from the casual ¥10,000 range, making it a convenient choice to suit different needs!

Located on the 6th floor of the Yuyusui Building in Imozaka, this teppanyaki restaurant is owned by Daiki Saito, who was the head chef at Teppanyaki Shokubu in Roppongi. The restaurant offers counter seating, table seating, and private rooms, and it was fully booked when we visited! We opted for the 23,000 yen course which included both seafood (lobster & abalone) and wagyu beef. The course included a variety of dishes such as garlic salad with pork and half-cooked egg, three types of appetizers, chilled green pea soup, red shrimp with garlic, firefly squid with spicy miso, four types of sushi, wagyu beef rolls with sea urchin, wagyu fillet with garlic sauce, sirloin with crab miso, conger eel with cream cheese, 100% wagyu hamburger steak with garlic-flavored mashed potatoes, and more. The course ended with a dessert platter and a variety of post-meal drinks. The garlic rice at the end was particularly outstanding. Despite feeling full, we couldn't resist finishing everything on our plates. The sauces, including those for the mashed potatoes, hamburger steak, and lobster, were all delicious. Overall, the lobster, abalone, and steak were all excellent, and the garlic rice was a standout dish. It seems that Mr. Saito is skilled in Western cuisine as well. Total cost: 28,000 yen. Rating: 3 stars. Would definitely visit again!

Restaurant Name: Teppan Yaki Saito Location: Roppongi Teppan Yaki Saito is located on the 6th floor of a building on the right side of Imo-zaka, just down from the Roppongi intersection. It's about a 2-minute walk from Roppongi Station, making it easy to find. Upon entering the restaurant, you'll see a large teppan (iron griddle) with counter seats and table seats in the back. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. I opted for the recommended course menu, starting with a salad topped with a delicious dressing and tamagoyaki (Japanese omelette). The appetizer platter included delicacies like firefly squid, button shrimp, and large clams, all incredibly tasty. The highlight was the premium wagyu sirloin wrapped in uni (sea urchin) on crispy rice, and the fluffy anago (conger eel) sushi with cream cheese filling. The scallop butter sauté, oyster sauté, and luxurious abalone and lobster were also outstanding. The main course featured Tochigi beef fillet, cooked to perfection and incredibly delicious. The meal ended with miso soup with lobster and garlic rice, along with a special birthday dessert prepared for me. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and I would love to visit this restaurant again.
