It is a fulfilling course that includes exquisite steaks of A5 grade brand beef, teppanyaki of Ise lobster and live abalone, wagyu beef roll with fresh sea urchin, and grilled conger eel sushi! All the dishes were delicious, but I would like to focus on a few comments. First of all, the winner was the "Teppanyaki of Ise lobster and live abalone"! The high-quality Ise lobster with a chewy texture and the high-quality live abalone were exquisite. Personally, I was especially impressed by the live abalone, which was incredibly fresh without any fishy smell, and the butter soy sauce seasoning was delicious from start to finish, so I kept saying "delicious" until the end! And the runner-up was the "Sauteed beltfish and Hokkaido scallop"! The sautéed beltfish with ginger cream sauce and yuzu pepper was a nice accent, and the Hokkaido scallop was also extremely delicious.
