A reliable shop that can be used for various purposes. This time, since there were two of us, we ordered a la carte instead of a course. We tried ordering the recommended dishes from the shop one by one! ・Assorted Wagyu Beef Five Kinds First, the meat. Assorted meat is recommended! Rare cuts like zabuton and burisuke are included, making it a great deal. It's fun to grill them on the shichirin! Just looking at it stimulates your appetite. The meat is tender! It has just the right amount of fat, allowing you to fully enjoy the flavor of the meat. The grilling sauce is provided on the table, so you can dip as much as you like. Being able to eat one piece of various cuts keeps it interesting! Grilling on charcoal is great because it generates far-infrared rays, resulting in a crispy outside and a warm inside! Charcoal-grilled wagyu beef is the best! There is a wide variety of drinks available, such as beer, highball, shochu, wine, etc. Happy hour until 7 pm, with one drink costing only 190 yen! We toasted with juice (laughs). We also asked the staff for recommendations for side dishes and ordered various items! ・Seafood Wrapped Kimchi Bomb This kind of kimchi is a first for me! The kimchi is wrapped in a ball-like shape. The visual impact is amazing! Cut it with scissors and eat it in a hearty style. The taste and texture are varied, and you can't stop eating! ・Aged Wagyu Yukhoe I'm looking forward to the yukhoe. Yukhoe is eaten by mixing it with vegetables and egg yolk. It takes about 15 minutes to cook. They set a timer for us. When steam rises from the top, it gets exciting! The freshly cooked rice was served in a bowl by the staff. Chewy and sticky rice! It's lighter than it looks, and you can't stop eating! ・Avocado Shrimp Jeon I definitely wanted to eat jeon! It's rare to have shrimp and avocado in it. Dip it in a spicy sauce with plenty of sesame. It's easy to eat because it's cut. It's deliciously chewy! It's like a soft futon (laughs). The prawn's firm texture is good. The seaweed also does a good job. It's so delicious that you can eat as much as you want. ・Negi Shio Gyutan Finally, we ordered the tongue salt! It's exciting to wait for it to grill on the shichirin. It's well grilled. It's salty. It's the best when squeezed with lemon! ・Komtang Soup We ordered Komtang soup as a finish. The soup is powerful! It's just the right amount for 2-3 people to share. It's simmered until it falls apart. Komtang soup contains collagen and vitamins, so it's good for women's beauty. Well, I'm quite full!
