Went to an oyster specialty store in the sky. The atmosphere inside the store was calm. There were quite a few staff members. Compared to the surrounding stores, there were fewer customers, but the place was still quite busy. This time, I ordered the Oyster Delight Set, which oyster lovers would find irresistible (2178 yen). As soon as I placed my order, salad and soup were served. The salad had raw zucchini in it, which was unusual. The dressing had a slightly unique taste that I didn't eat much of. The oyster soup was refreshing and easy to drink. The broth was flavorful and delicious. The raw oysters were the largest I've ever had. I thought they might be quite expensive just by themselves. I topped them with ponzu and lemon. The taste was absolutely delicious! The oysters had a clean and luxurious flavor! The oyster fry was so delicious! It was crispy, and I thought oysters were best when fried. I immediately wanted to eat more of it! The grilled oysters were also very tasty! The oyster juice seeped out, and it was incredibly delicious! The miso-like seasoning mixed with the oyster broth was just perfect! The breadcrumb-grilled oysters were also delicious!! However, I preferred the grilled oysters with decorations. The mixed rice was so delicious. I wonder why mixed rice tastes so good. It was very tasty. The portion was quite generous, and I was satisfied! I also tried the oyster gratin that my companion ordered. I wish there was a bit more cheese!! It was just a normal gratin. The portion was quite good, and it was a very satisfying lunch!! Being able to eat so many oysters for 2000 yen is a great deal in my opinion. However, it was disappointing that the chopsticks were disposable. The window side had a nice view, so it might be recommended for dates and such!

This is an oyster bar located in Hakata Station where you can enjoy fresh oysters all year round. They have a special filtration system that removes norovirus, so you can eat without worrying. You can order just one piece, but getting a set of 4 pieces is a better deal. Lunch is even more affordable. Eating the oysters with ponzu sauce and lemon is the best way to enjoy them.

I had been curious about this restaurant for a while, so it was my first visit. I was seated at a table by the window and the view was beautiful. I ordered rock oysters and fresh oysters, as well as garlic shrimp and pasta. The wine paired well with the food. It seems to be good for health too, so I would like to visit again.

Oyster bar at Kuuten in Hakata Station is stylish and seems like a good place for couples to visit. The main dish, oysters, was large and had a rich flavor. It goes perfectly with wine. There were also plenty of side menu options. I would like to visit again. ^_^

I went to an oyster bar at the Kuuten in Hakata Station! The oyster and spicy cod roe ajillo was delicious, it was my first time trying ajillo and it was really tasty. The peperoncino was so delicious that I want to eat it again and again! I tried other dishes besides the ones I mentioned here, but everything was delicious.

The restaurant is located on the 10th floor of Hakata City, making it a rare oyster bar in Fukuoka. Thanks to this restaurant, we can enjoy fresh oysters anytime, and I am grateful for that. There is also a sister store in Canal City. The only downside this time was when the staff mistakenly brought wine for more people than ordered. Other than that, there are no other negative points. It would be better if the white wine or sparkling wine was served a little colder, especially in the upcoming season. The fresh oysters are amazing! Even though they are all fresh oysters, the taste, richness, and aftertaste vary depending on the origin. It's fun to compare and enjoy them. The grilled oyster dishes are also delicious. However, the best thing about this restaurant is being able to enjoy fresh Japanese oysters in season. I will definitely visit again! Thank you for the meal.

I went to satisfy my craving for oysters! It was easy to get to since it's inside Hakata Station! There were many different types of oysters and they were all delicious (*^^*). The garlic butter oysters (ahijo) were especially tasty and amazing (((o(*゚▽゚*)o)))

I visited the Recaie Oyster Bar on the 10th floor of JR Hakata City. There are so many delicious things in Hakata... it's a happy dilemma! While there are many specialties, I believe it's best to eat what you like the most. I love oysters. I also visited Oyster No Hoshi in Nyuzen-cho, Toyama, but now I want to try oysters in Hakata as well. Here is what I ordered:
- Spring-themed 20-piece set (Standard set) ¥3,980 + tax
- Sauvignon Blanc (glass) ¥550 + tax
The 20-piece set includes 6 different types of oysters (raw oysters, sesame oysters, grilled oysters, sakura shrimp and herb garlic butter grilled oysters, butter sautéed oysters, oyster fry) where you can choose your preferred quantity of each (total of 20 pieces). The raw oysters and sesame oysters were served first. It was interesting to see both the "Shibata No Oysters" from Hyogo Prefecture and the "Aioi No Megumi" from Hyogo Prefecture prepared in the same way. The restaurant also offers oysters from Murotsu, Hyogo and Konagai, Nagasaki. The Shibata oysters seemed larger in size compared to the Aioi oysters. The Shibata oysters had a milky sweetness, while the Aioi oysters were smaller but had a firmer texture. I personally enjoyed the sesame oysters the most, with its gentle sweetness of sesame miso and the garnish of myoga and shredded shiso. The oyster fry was delicious as expected. The grilled oysters were simple yet flavorful, with a stronger sweetness compared to the raw oysters. The butter sautéed oysters looked like chicken karage and had a crispy texture from the breadcrumbs. The sakura shrimp and herb garlic butter grilled oysters tasted rich and flavorful, although a bit too intense for my liking. I think it would have been better if the raw oysters or sesame oysters were served last for a more enjoyable experience.
The Sauvignon Blanc was a wine specifically made to pair with oysters. It had a fruity aroma, a refreshing taste, and a crisp acidity with hints of fruitiness.
The restaurant had information about the nutritional value and benefits of oysters, as well as introductions to oyster-producing regions nationwide. It's convenient to enjoy oysters in such a location. The course we ordered seemed reasonable, perhaps because it was a limited-time offer on weekdays. The variety of oysters in the 20-piece set allowed us to fully enjoy the different cooking methods. However, I believe the order of serving could be improved for a better experience. Personally, I would have preferred more raw oysters and sesame oysters. But everyone has their own preferences. Since we had an oyster-only course, some varieties may have tasted too intense if ordered individually. Overall, it was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

It was a Friday, and shortly after we arrived, the restaurant was full, so I was glad we had made a reservation. The fresh oysters had no fishy smell at all, and each had a different taste depending on the region. It was my first time trying oysters, and I couldn't get enough of them. The assorted platter of warm oysters was delicious too. The oyster cream pasta, made with my favorite fettuccine, was rich in oyster flavor! It was a large portion, but it disappeared quickly. The price was a bit high, but it was worth it for the deliciousness of the oysters.

Located on the 10th floor of the station building, it's the delicious season of oysters. On this day, I enjoyed six different types of fresh oysters from various regions across the country. Among them was the Chumyo oyster from Okayama prefecture. It's delicious on its own, but vinegar adds a nice accent and makes it a tasty treat. Thank you for the meal. D Works uniform.

I reserved the "Choose 20-piece Set" which can only be ordered by reservation until the day before. This time, I booked the premium course. You can order a total of 20 pieces of oysters cooked in 15 different ways, however you like. While ordering 20 pieces of my favorite butter sauté is an option, I decided to try at least one of each of the 15 varieties. Each oyster, whether raw, grilled, boiled, or fried, had a rich flavor and a large, satisfying flesh, except for the fritters which had smaller pieces but came with 2 pieces per piece. They were also delicious. Being able to indulge in 20 pieces for around 5000 yen was incredibly affordable. This menu is available for a limited time until February, but they seem to regularly hold seasonal tasting events. The location inside Hakata Station building makes it easily accessible. If you're in Fukuoka on a business trip and wondering what to eat, definitely consider this place.

We decided to have a luxurious Christmas lunch at this place, as my husband and I both love oysters! It was quite crowded this time of year, with a wait time of about 30 minutes. Here is what we ordered:
- Lecaie Oyster Course: 2,800 yen (3,080 yen) Pasta of the day: Oyster and Okra
- Oyster Fry Set: 1,100 yen (1,210 yen)
- Glass of Sparkling Wine: 620 yen (682 yen)
- Virgin Breeze: 990 yen (1,089 yen)
The course included salad, oyster soup, 2 pieces of fresh oysters, 1 cocktail oyster, 2 mussels, and 1 angel prawn. Hot oyster plate (fried, baked, grilled, sautéed) and a choice of main course— we chose the pasta of the day. The fresh oysters were from Kesennuma, Iwate Prefecture and Lake Saroma, Hokkaido. The oysters were huge and paired perfectly with the chilled Chablis. It was a luxurious experience! The Oyster Fry Set included 4 pieces of fried oysters and rice cooked with oysters. We also enjoyed the Japanese twist in this dish. We initially thought about getting the Lecaie Lunch Pair Set, but one set was more than enough. The portions and satisfaction were incredible. It turned out to be a lovely Christmas lunch.

The prices are a bit high because of the oysters, but they are really delicious! If you plan on drinking three glasses of wine per person, it might be cheaper to get a bottle. We ordered the fried sand lance, oyster Japanese-style pasta, and steamed mussels (forgot to take a photo because we were too busy eating), but everything was delicious! Definitely a great place to have a nice meal near Hakata Station.

Located in the back of the 10th floor of the building, this oyster bar may seem a bit pricey compared to a normal oyster shack. However, for lunch, the pair set is 5478 yen, which is actually not bad. The pair set starts with a salad topped with Aurora sauce, featuring crunchy radish and zucchini. The oyster soup is rich in oyster flavor. And then, the much-awaited fresh oysters! From raw to grilled and marinated, the oysters are served in various ways. The texture and unique sweetness of the fresh oysters are addictive. Next, there are grilled oysters and oyster fry, both delicious even when cooked. You can enjoy oysters from different regions with various preparations. For the main course, I chose oyster gratin and oyster tomato sauce pasta. The pasta is tasty with plenty of shrimp. Although the amount of oysters is less than a regular oyster shack, the quality and variety of oysters served in different styles make it worth the price. If you're craving oysters, this is the place to go. Oyster Heaven, Le Caique Oyster Bar.

I had a great time comparing different types of oysters. There were various cooking styles, so I didn't get tired of eating them. They paired well with sparkling wine, and the pasta at the end was really delicious! I had a fun night. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the meal.

I went there before they changed their name. Long time no see. I'll try saying "Oissu" or something. By the way, L'Ecailler means "oyster shucker" in French. Now, about oysters. I definitely recommend the ones with a "taste rating: ★★★★★" on today's oyster list. It seems like they are guiding you towards that choice. Maybe it's not a star rating, but more like a gauge? If that's the case, you might be able to choose other options as well. And then, for some reason, I ordered beef. Taliata. Maybe I thought just oysters wouldn't be enough. Looking back, I should have just filled my stomach with oysters since it's an oyster bar after all, but oh well, it wasn't bad. It's probably one of the more stylish places in the area, maybe even at the top. You can also enjoy the night view. I don't really care about that stuff since I'm just a commoner, but it's not bad.

You can enjoy oysters with champagne in a stylish restaurant. It was a lifesaver for me as they were open until late, unlike other restaurants that close in the afternoon. I barely made it in time for the lunch menu, so I ordered the champagne and oysters set. Thank you for the delicious meal.

I visited the oyster bar at Kuuten on the 10th floor of Hakata Station without a reservation, so I had to wait for 15 minutes to get in. First, I ordered a glass of Chardonnay. The highlight was the "Oyster Comparison Plate" with 3 types of oysters, 2 of each kind, showcasing the seasonal oysters of the day. There are condiments available, so you can enjoy them with dashi broth, Tabasco, or simply with lemon. In my opinion, the simple lemon topping was the most delicious. I also tried the delicious Goto Island rock oyster, oyster onion gratin, grilled baby corn, and sand lance fritters. Even though I ate a lot of oysters, I didn't get tired of them because each type had a different saltiness and richness depending on the origin. I would love to visit again when I have more time. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

Visited the oyster bar after a long time. Whenever I feel like eating oysters, I come to this nearby place occasionally. They offer a lineup of seasonal menus using ingredients from Kyushu, including oysters for a limited time!! 【Ordered Items】 ○ Lunch Alcohol Sparkling ¥600 ○ Fresh oyster lemon pepperoncino ¥1590 ○ Oita prefecture shirasu yuzu pepper marinated ¥790 ○ Oyster and chorizo ajillo ¥979 Recently, I often see lemon pepperoncino on the menu~ ^_^ I like the slight acidity that helps the pasta go down well. The marinated dish with plenty of shirasu also goes well with sparkling wine. It's been a while since I visited, but it's a restaurant that never gets boring. Thank you for the meal.

This year, I tried oysters for the first time. The seasonal fresh oysters (4 pieces) cost 1560 yen, and we also had two servings of hot oyster plates for 1980 yen. We tried the Hakata spicy cod roe and oyster ajillo for 890 yen, and the oyster rice for 1100 yen. We also had wine for 600 yen. The total cost for two people was a little over 10,000 yen, but the oysters were delicious. The ajillo had a bit less oysters, but the cod roe was tasty. The oyster rice was generous and satisfying, although pasta might have been a better choice.

I love fresh oysters so much, and this restaurant is great. The atmosphere is nice and the customers are calm, which I like. Enjoying wine with oysters is the best. If you ever crave fresh oysters, this is the place to go. The only downside is that the menu is a bit limited. I would be happy if they added more options.
