I had some business at Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk, so I had to go! Brasserie & Lounge Sierra Taste of America "Texas Food Fair" I had to go - I had decided to skip the buffet, but I quickly changed my mind (lol) The open feeling of the atrium here is amazing! Texas cuisine produced by a chef from Texas. Meat cooked with original BBQ sauce by a Texas-trained barbecue chef! Customize your own burger with several ingredients and sauces Customized burger Other offerings include catfish fry, bean dishes, and a variety of desserts - but these are not things you can eat a lot of (lol) My one-of-a-kind burger! I thought I would go for two, but I was full after one (/ _･､) I pushed through for dessert with a separate stomach (lol) I wanted to eat more~~~ I also enjoyed shopping at the various shops that had changed!

After visiting Fukuoka Tower, we stopped by this restaurant. It was the weekend so we couldn't enter right away, and had to make a reservation for 30 minutes later. We passed the time shopping at the clothing store Canterbury (which has a kids' play area). The restaurant has a kids' play area and coloring activities, making it ideal for families. There is also a buffet corner specifically for children, where my 1 and a half year old son enjoyed nuggets, curry, vegetables from the salad bar, and fruits.

I used the lunch buffet (^ ^) It was my first time trying vegan dishes, but they were all delicious!! (They were a bit lighter in flavor compared to normal dishes) Personally, I really liked the Iberico pork and apple red wine stew! It was great that they separated seating for families with children and adults (^ ^)

It was the breakfast venue of a hotel. It's a typical morning buffet with nothing special to mention. The standout feature would be the glass architecture, providing an open feeling with a view of the sky as you eat. There is a lot of Western-style food. They can make omelettes and rice balls for you. I will revisit during special times when they have special menu items for lunch, etc.

Stayed at Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk for 4 nights. My husband is a Diamond member, so we could have breakfast at the Executive Lounge on the 33rd floor, but we wanted to try having breakfast at "Ciara" as well, so we used it twice out of the 4 days. The breakfast check-in lanes were separated between Hilton members and the general public. On weekends, the general line was quite long, with about 30 people waiting. With 1000 rooms at Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk, the restaurant had a lot of seats. The restaurant had a very high ceiling, giving a great sense of openness. There were special booths for Diamond members, and we were seated promptly. The buffet area for Hilton members had a special drink, omelette, and onigiri booth. The buffet area was spacious, with a wide variety of dishes including Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine. It was difficult to try everything due to the large number of people and the wide variety of dishes. Since Hinamatsuri (Girls' Day) was approaching, there were hina dolls displayed and cherry blossom decorations throughout the hotel, creating a seasonal atmosphere. The hotel staff seemed busy due to the large number of guests, but they were all very friendly and we enjoyed our meals comfortably.

The restaurant at Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk had a breathtaking interior with a glass ceiling 40 meters high, but the menu was limited. The Western food section had beef tongue, but the Japanese food options were not appealing, and even the rice was not tasty. The service was slow, with staff members wandering around with ordered drinks and chatting on their earpieces. I was quite surprised by the level of service at the renowned Hilton.

✔️Lunch Buffet (¥3900) started from January 4th. The theme is "Bounty of the Earth and Sea Buffet ~Northern Country Fair~" featuring dishes from northern countries such as Scandinavia, Ireland, Mongolia, and Switzerland! You can enjoy a variety of chef's specialties using plenty of meat, fish, and vegetables, including the option to pour melted raclette cheese over bread and vegetables right in front of you. My personal favorites were the grilled beef tongue and breadcrumb-baked salmon. The beef tongue was thick-cut and the salmon was meaty, both with rich flavors. There are also about 10 types of desserts, with the "Oshiruko" with mixed berries being particularly delicious, like drinking a strawberry daifuku, a new and unique taste! There are also a variety of dishes, including meatballs and chicken nanban, suitable for children, so it's a guaranteed fun time for the whole family. I visited the breakfast at Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk. Normally the breakfast buffet costs 3,600 yen, but it was free as a Hilton Honors Diamond member benefit. There was a line at the reception to be seated at a table, but as a Hilton Honors member, I was directed to a separate line and seated shortly after. I was escorted to the Diamond Executive Lounge floor. As a precaution for COVID-19, there were acrylic boards between tables and tables were spaced out well. It was a buffet style with a variety of Japanese and Western dishes, toast, and desserts. I ate too much~ I could relax under the spacious atrium. There were also 2 live stations serving onigiri and egg dishes.

I stayed in a suite room, so I was able to use the free lounge. The food was well-prepared and we could help ourselves to it. There were also a variety of drinks available. I had grilled pork and chicken, both of which were delicious.

There were many different types of dishes with a great atmosphere, and they were delicious! The Ciara Hilton Fukuoka Seahawk store is a unique and creative space with beautiful light pouring down from a 40-meter high ceiling. They have a well-equipped kids' corner, so families can enjoy a relaxing and fulfilling time together. You can savor seasonal dishes made from fresh local ingredients, carefully prepared by the executive chef.

I went to have lunch. The drink bar is an additional 950 yen. It was too expensive so I didn't get it. The curry was delicious. The meat dishes were almost tasteless and didn't really suit my taste. For dessert, there were options like soft serve ice cream, pudding, panna cotta, and many others.

In the evening of September 6th, I visited Brasserie & Lounge "Ciara" at Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk. It is located on the 4th floor atrium. I was looking forward to the Executive Floor as well, but due to the impact of COVID-19, I enjoyed the cocktail time from 5pm to 7pm at this lounge. There were plenty of light snacks available. A variety of drinks such as wine, beer, sake, and juice were also on offer. I started with a toast with sparkling wine. I enjoyed some pork and chicken dishes while sipping on the bubbly. For my second drink, I went with Ebisu beer which paired perfectly with tacos. For my third drink, I had vanilla-flavored coffee with sweets and fruits. Although my stay was less than an hour, it was a very relaxing experience in a nice atmosphere. The next morning on the 7th, I had breakfast here as well. The 40-meter high ceiling provided a very open and refreshing feeling in the morning. I headed to the live kitchen corner first. I had no preferences, so I asked for all ingredients in my omelette. The freshly made rice balls with mentaiko and takana were a great suggestion from the staff. Since I had eaten late the night before and had plans for more meals later, I opted for just one more plate with bacon, sausages, and coffee before leaving the restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of Japanese and Western dishes, so visiting with an empty stomach is recommended.

Continuing from the other day, this time we went out for dinner. While many people seem to prefer the buffet, we opted for a la carte. We had dan dan noodles this time. The dan dan noodles from the Chinese restaurant, Mokumiro, located on top of the hotel were delicious with plenty of minced meat. It was not spicy, so even I, who is not a fan of spicy food, could enjoy it.

The other day I stopped by and enjoyed the teppanyaki, so I came back again. This time I came for dinner. I had the Bolognese and it was really delicious. However, it wasn't piping hot, so I would have been happier if it was a bit hotter.

After enjoying teppanyaki, I had dessert here. The open space with high ceilings creates a great sense of openness. I had the cake of the day, which was quite generous in portion and filled me up. The atmosphere was nice and cozy.

I went to the Strawberry Secret Garden Sweets Buffet. It was amazing, like a dream world! The atmosphere was so cute and lovely, better than any other buffet I've been to. The Strawberry Secret Garden had a really good sense of style and was very nice. The food was delicious too. The cake table was always clean and they quickly replenished it. They also had snacks like curry and tomato soup, as well as a good selection of tea and coffee. The spacious area made it enjoyable to relax. They also had a cute Honeybee themed photo booth that I'd like to visit next time.

I was debating on which hotel to go for a strawberry sweets buffet, but decided to go to Seahawk this time. It cost 4,500 yen per person. I made a reservation through the website. When I arrived 30 minutes before the start time, there was already a pretty long line, haha. When I arrived at the start time, the line was quite long, I couldn't see the end of it, haha. They checked our temperature and guided us to our seats one group at a time. Until the start time, it was a photo time, and everyone was taking pictures of the cute strawberry sweets corner. The sweets were all carefully made and delicious. There was no disappointment (I tried all the varieties, haha). The large amount of strawberry candies stuck in the bucket made me feel happy just looking at it, haha. The strawberry candies were popular and quickly ran out, haha. Besides sweets, there were also curry, penne, salad-like items, and soup. The curry was so authentic and delicious! You must try it (@￣ρ￣@) The curry with big, tender pieces of meat and potatoes was the best (@￣ρ￣@) It was quite cute and highly recommended buffet.

Today, even though it's Sunday, I had to work in the morning due to various reasons. So my day off became a bit half-hearted! Since I had nothing to do when I got home, I remembered the suite room where the baseball player Shingo Takatsu stayed recently and decided to visit! By staying in the Panoramic Suite, I became an Executive member, so I dropped off my luggage in the room and thought of having a light meal. I visited the lounge, Sierra, and even though it's supposed to be accessible from 4 pm, I was guided in as a special privilege for being an Executive member! The lounge had high ceilings and offered a relaxing atmosphere, with cakes that were all Instagram-worthy. I highly recommend it to anyone staying at the Seahawk hotel! (^^)

Lunch Buffet - Invitation from Santa (¥3200). Hilton Fukuoka 4th floor at "Brasserie & Lounge Sierra" is currently hosting a limited-time buffet event called "Invitation from Santa." The concept is to gather delicious meals from various countries around the world and deliver them to Sierra. Selected gourmet dishes from Europe, America, Asia, and more are served in a buffet style, incorporating local Kyushu ingredients. With a wide variety of dishes and desserts, as well as a kids' menu corner, it was a luxurious buffet that the whole family could enjoy. Surrounded by dazzling Christmas decorations, including a large tree, we enjoyed the delicious food. Thank you for the feast! I used the Christmas buffet lunch. I visit every year because I can taste Christmas dishes from around the world. There are many wonderful dishes lined up and I couldn't eat them all, but I was especially happy with the roast beef and sweets. The open and spacious atmosphere is fantastic. The parking is free for 3 hours and the measures against infection are thorough, so you can enjoy it with peace of mind.

The feature of this lounge is its spacious and open space. It feels nice to have so much room. The service was not outstanding, but it was at a satisfactory level. Since the club lounge was closed due to COVID, we had some light snacks and drinks instead.
