To celebrate the 4th anniversary of the lifestyle brand "Her lip to," produced by former AKB48 member Yuko Kojima, a collaboration with the luxury hotel "W Osaka" was held for a limited time. The afternoon tea featured a special menu with cherry motifs, reflecting the brand's signature style and the luxury of W Osaka. The event took place at the "LIVING ROOM" on the 3rd floor of W Osaka near Shinsaibashi Station in Osaka. The menu included a welcome drink, floral cherry non-alcoholic cocktail, rose macarons, champagne mousse with white peach cream, coconut and pineapple baba, almond-flavored blancmange with wild strawberry and hibiscus jelly, cherry tartlet, two types of scones, savory items like cherry fruit sandwich, edamame churros with Parma ham, fruit tomato brulee, mango and foie gras confit with lychee aroma, and zucchini and squid ink quiche. The luxurious afternoon tea was a fitting way to celebrate the brand's 4th anniversary.

Girls' trip - W Hotel Osaka Part 2 During our girls' trip in Osaka, we had the chance to leisurely explore the fabulous W Hotel. We even got to check out the spa. The wetbar poolside was amazing, with Champagne and it reminded me of a hotel I visited in Thailand. After the tour, we were feeling a bit thirsty, so we ordered lattes. When we asked if there was any cute art around, they recommended this one. I thought it was related to the W, but my phone was running low on battery, so they kindly let me charge it for a bit. I managed to snap a picture just as someone was passing by - the colorful setting was perfect for photos. It was a hotel that really stood out. It was a fun experience. We still had some time left, so we thought about visiting the Glico sign. Autumn makes me want to travel... I wonder how the autumn leaves in Kyoto will be this year. Thank you for the meal.

French master Alain Ducasse's collaboration with W Osaka in a chocolate specialty shop ▪️ Welcome mocktail・Chocolat glace▪️ SWEETS・Crème chocolat・Poiré tart・Chocolate framboise・Chocolate mousse・Praline choux・Praline noisette dentelle・Yuzu financiers・Chocolate amandine・W Osaka exclusive bonbon chocolat mojito・W Osaka exclusive bonbon chocolat ginger espresso▪️ SAVORY・Burdock blancmange with truffle and chocolate accent・Grape and foie gras confit with cocoa mini tart・Lightly smoked saury and tartare with Jerusalem artichoke chips・Marinated salmon with sour cream and sauce gribiche・Duck leg confit and eggplant parmentier-style quiche. There were so many drinks to choose from, but the Blackberry Jasmine Iced Tea in a cute pot with a refreshing flavor, the Rose City Genmaicha that is so cozy and can be drunk endlessly, and the Long Black hot coffee that I can drink any number of cups of. I tried these three! They were all really delicious. It was actually my first time at W Osaka! My excitement went through the roof in the amazing space, the free-flowing drinks were attractive, and the welcome drink was irresistible to chocolate lovers with its rich flavor and refreshing aftertaste. Both the savory and sweets were cute and incredibly delicious, I was so impressed. Thank you for the wonderful meal ♡

I collaborated with Alain Ducasse for an afternoon tea. I was somewhat disappointed as I was expecting Alain's world view. The chocolate was incredibly delicious! As expected of Ducasse. After eating, I went to the Ferrari next to the hotel. The popular "four-door" model is not available in Japan... What a shame.

I was able to enjoy the limited-time Alain Ducasse chocolat afternoon tea from September 1 to September 30, 2023. While the tea is available in Tokyo, I was delighted to find it in Osaka as well. What made the experience even better was the special collaboration chocolates with W Osaka and the option to bring home chocolates as souvenirs!

I enjoyed the collaboration afternoon tea "Golden Honey Delight - Blissful Honey Time" by HACCI×W Osaka. The menu included a welcome drink, various sweets like lemon honey mousse, peach compote, lavender tart, mango pudding, and more, scones with honey, savory items like peach bisque, salmon and purple cabbage croissant, corn French toast, foie gras cold flan, ham and fig mini tart, and free-flowing coffee and tea. The collaboration with HACCI was lovely and the food was delicious!

HACCI x W Osaka Collaboration Afternoon Tea "GOLDEN HONEY DELIGHT - Blissful Honey Time" (July 1st - August 31st, 2023) 7500 yen Afternoon Tea at "LIVING ROOM" in W Osaka I experienced afternoon tea for the first time in my life A luxurious honey afternoon tea using 9 types of high-quality honey from HACCI at once The inside of the shop is fairytale-like, beautiful, and full of slender women. As an older gentleman, I clearly felt out of place I was seated in a lovely sofa seat The welcome drink was a welcome mocktail called "Beautiful Buzz" (HACCI Honey Collagen/Peach/Pomegranate/Elderflower Tonic Water), which tasted sour Sweets: - Italian Lemon Honey Mousse and Jelly Lemon Cream, White Peach Compote Lime Cream "Domestic Flower Bouquet Honey" - Assam Lavender Tart Blueberry Cream "Spanish Lavender Honey" Jelly - Mango Pudding, Pineapple Marinade "Hungarian Acacia Honey" Cream - "Domestic Chestnut Honey" Canele Lemon Confit - "Mexican Orange Honey" Cheesecake, Citrus Fresh Savory: - "Canadian White Clover Honey" Peach Vichyssoise - "Italian Lemon Honey" Trout and Purple Cabbage Marinade Mini Croissant - "Bulgarian Rose Honey" and Corn French Toast - "Domestic Acacia Honey" Cold Foie Gras Flan Mango Sauce - "Domestic Flower Bouquet Honey" Prosciutto and Fig Mini Tart Scones: Plain Scone/Raisin Scone With honey containing beauty ingredients I tried to write down the menu, but I was too nervous to remember the taste Apparently, in the world of afternoon tea, you are supposed to enjoy looking at it or taking pictures, not necessarily eating everything My companion was a super famous figure in the afternoon tea world, so we were greeted by Executive something and invited to the nearby French dining "Aurora OH.LALA," where we received a special welcome from the chef and an explanation of the concept, followed by dishes like Matsusaka beef I just followed along like a goldfish poop, but it was a valuable experience to visit the café in collaboration with "Barbie" on the first floor Thank you for the wonderful experience #WOsaka #OsakaGourmet #OsakaLunch #Tabelog #Foodstagram #AfternoonTea #HACCI #Foodies #HiroshimaGourmet

The best date spot in this town was W Osaka. Among them, the afternoon tea stands out. It's honestly delicious but very expensive. However, it comes with free-flowing tea, coffee, and juice, with multiple options to choose from. I think going for afternoon tea with your partner on a special day is the best. ^ ^

LIVING ROOM (Minami-Honmachi, Osaka City, Chuo Ward) Located along Midosuji between Hommachi and Shinsaibashi, there is a hotel called "W Osaka" that appeared out of nowhere. Last November, when I went to see the Orix championship parade, I couldn't get close to the venue on Midosuji and ended up walking behind Minami-Midosuji, where I stumbled upon a shiny, all-black mysterious building, which turned out to be W Osaka. It is a hotel of a more luxurious brand than Marriott. Of course, the main entrance is on the Midosuji side. When the automatic doors open, the interior is pink. Hmm, interesting sense of style. Going up to the 3rd floor in the elevator, I was asked, "Are you here to check in?" My purpose was to visit a dining place called "LIVING ROOM." Although the space here is different from what you would imagine from the word "living room," after a while, you start to get used to the heightened sense of "perfect escapism." I tried the "100% Kobe Beef Patty Burger," which is listed at 4000 yen, but with additional charges and service fees, it's definitely not just 4000 yen. By the way, the original canned highball is priced at 1520 yen. Yay. If you want to experience a mind-blowing time, you should definitely check it out. ETHICAL STRAWBERRY AFTERNOON TEA ¥7,500. My favorites were the red wine stewed croquette with beef and the foie gras and strawberry tart! The second picture shows the fresh strawberries that were brought later, from the "BUTTOBI BERRY ORGANIC" brand from Tokushima Prefecture. They were big and sweet, and it was so nice to be able to enjoy such impressive fresh strawberries at the café.

Visited the W Hotel, which is gaining attention as a gathering place for Parisians. The interior is very colorful, like a club... I couldn't really figure out what was what even with the guide, haha. It's a different space in many ways. However, the afternoon tea was delicious as usual. The sofa was comfortable to sit on. Despite being spacious, there seemed to be few staff members. Perhaps it's due to the impact of COVID... Compared to the crowded Ritz-Carlton, this place is somewhat of a hidden gem for afternoon tea.

I visited the W Hotel in Osaka for the first time for afternoon tea. The collaboration with Louboutin was on at that time, creating a stylish space with various photo spots. Normally, there is a DJ and it can get noisy, but that day it was calm and relaxing. The afternoon tea included sweets, savory items, scones, and drinks that you could enjoy as much as you like. Everything was not only visually appealing but also delicious, and I was very satisfied. The staff were accommodating, offering to take photos without being asked, showing true Kansai hospitality. The restaurant was spacious, allowing me to relax and enjoy my time. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Located in W OSAKA, the lounge bar "LIVING ROOM" is a night spot where DJs perform live music in a comfortable setting. The design of the place is inspired by familiar Japanese elements, creating a unique and stylish space. Situated next to the front desk on the 3rd floor of W OSAKA in Shinsaibashi, the lounge features sofa seating surrounding the bar counter. The design decorations, such as lantern motifs and lace, create a dazzling and enchanting atmosphere. The venue transforms from a bright upscale nightclub earlier in the evening to a darker, club-like bar counter setting later at night. The house music played at a slightly high volume is seamlessly mixed by the DJ booth in the center of the floor. The venue is also rated as a restaurant, offering a wide range of food items. The recommended cocktails by the staff include the "LIVING ROOM G&T" priced at 2,280 yen and the "Hibiscus Fizz" also priced at 2,280 yen. Both cocktails are meticulously crafted by the bartender in front of you, allowing you to enjoy the music while waiting. The "LIVING ROOM" cocktail has a refreshing taste with the acidity and spiciness of gin, followed by the lavender aroma that lingers pleasantly. The "Hibiscus Fizz" cocktail, on the other hand, is sweeter with tropical hibiscus fragrance that leads to a refreshing aftertaste with lemon acidity and raspberry bitterness. Both cocktails offer a stylish taste that would appeal to women, enjoyed in the enchanting space with music in the background. Despite the slightly loud volume, the excellent sound system makes it easy to listen to the music while enjoying your drinks. The venue hosts live DJ performances almost every day, creating a perfect blend of music, atmosphere, and drinks. The floor staff is proficient in English, providing attentive service even in the spacious venue. Open to non-hotel guests, this emotional adult playground in the heart of Osaka is a must-visit spot. I have used the afternoon tea service several times. As it is a hotel's afternoon tea, I had certain expectations, but unfortunately, they were not exceeded, so I am giving a critical review. There is a difference in service between weekdays and holidays, with issues such as drink orders not being taken on holidays and the service being quite slow. As a result, the service level drops, and the hotel-like service was not received. The food is always excellent in terms of quantity, quality, and presentation. If the service level improves a bit more, it could be on par with international hotels.

I recently went to the "Patou Afternoon Tea," which expresses the world of the French fashion brand "Patou" based in Paris. The menu was inspired by iconic items representing the brand, such as the "Cassis and Tahitian Vanilla Mousse" modeled after the 'Le Patou Bag,' the "Passion Mango Tart with Pecan Praline" decorated with edible earrings, and the "Floral Splash" welcome cocktail replicating a beautiful lace collar using coconut powder on the glass. The chef at W Osaka carefully selected ingredients in line with Patou's sustainability philosophy, focusing on both appearance and quality of ingredients. For example, the "100% Cocoa Fruit Chocolate Pound Cake" utilizes whole fruit chocolate made from cocoa pulp and skin that would have been discarded, while the "Blood Orange Panna Cotta with Darjeeling Tea" uses organic red tea. The savory items feature locally sourced seasonal ingredients and specialties like the "Master Yasuda's Bacon Quiche Lorraine" made with bacon crafted by the renowned artisan from Gourmet Road Yasuda, and the "Sustainable Lobster and Mussel Saffron Jelly" showcasing sustainably caught omal shrimp. The high-quality and Instagram-worthy dishes are complemented by a variety of free-flowing drinks. I frequent many afternoon teas, but W Osaka consistently stands out for its high quality.

There is a newly completed black hotel along Midosuji Street. Inside, the atmosphere is like a club with music and the staff are all friendly and welcoming. I decided to have a drink because of their hospitality. The cocktails are reasonably priced, much cheaper than the Conrad in Tokyo. I didn't know at first, but their afternoon tea set looks delicious. I would like to visit again. I later found out that the building was designed by Zaha Hadid, who collaborated with Tadao Ando, the architect who designed the ski jump for the Olympics. I thought they were ahead of their time with such designs, but it seems like they are still creating innovative designs. Maybe the form was created by them, but the interior might not be. After all, they are older now. Designs like this should be left to the younger generation. Despite the pandemic, everyone is doing their best. Thank you for the meal.

On the third floor of W OSAKA, there is a lounge where many people enjoy afternoon tea sets. The "Hachigatake herb egg tamago sandwich" costs around 3000 yen and comes in two types: tamagoyaki style and mayonnaise mixed style. It comes with a choice of sides like potato fries or chips, and I chose the fried potato option. I didn't particularly like the taste of the grilled egg sandwich, but the fried potatoes that came with it were delicious. The "Dry curry spicy minced meat, saffron butter rice fluffy omelette" costs 3160 yen and features saffron-colored rice with an omelette on top. The hotel staff cuts the omelette in front of you, and it has a fluffy texture. The portion size is moderate. The coasters featuring Osaka Castle and the unique Osaka vibe added to the experience.

Perfect for special occasions and anniversaries, this restaurant offers a sense of luxury to the maximum. Not only sweet treats, but also spicy dishes are well balanced and kept my taste buds excited. The selection of rare teas made the experience enjoyable. The hotel staff's elaborate uniforms added to the glamorous atmosphere. The interior design supervised by Tadao Ando exuded an international feel, making it a truly amazing trip.
