After finishing my temporary job, I went back to Ibrk and met up with U-chan. We visited "Manchuria" for the first time in a while. Our orders were my darling - lebanira stir-fry set meal and for me - nira tamago set meal (both with soup and salad included). The flavors of "nira tamago" and "lebanira stir-fry" are so addictive. I want to go back again and again to try other menu items.

I had some errands near Ibaraki-shi station with my daughter, so we decided to stop by after finishing our tasks. Initially, we planned to eat at a restaurant in the station, but since it was already past 8 pm, most of the shops were closed. We ended up going to Manchuria for some gyoza. There are other ramen shops nearby, but we wanted to have fried rice and Chinese dishes as well. I was a bit worried if the restaurant would still be open, but luckily it was! We arrived just before the last order, but the staff welcomed us with a smile, which we appreciated. My daughter had the char siu ramen and gyoza set with a seasoned egg. Unfortunately, the fried rice was sold out. I opted for the sauce yakisoba and gyoza set with half order of drooling chicken. The yakisoba was packed with lots of vegetables like bean sprouts, carrots, cabbage, bamboo shoots, and pork, making it quite filling. It was a bit oily but perfect for when you want a hearty meal. The gyoza had thick skin and a light seasoning, and the set of 5 was very satisfying. My daughter enjoyed her char siu ramen, which had a ham-like appearance but was very delicious. Overall, we left the restaurant feeling full and satisfied with the value for money. It's a good place for casual dining. Thank you for the meal.

Today, I came here. Like "Ousho," this shop mainly serves gyoza and is part of a chain. For some reason, there are no shops near my local area, so this is my first visit. The bright atmosphere inside the shop consists of a kitchen space on the left, counter seats in the front and back, and numerous table seats in the center. It is run by a few men and women. The menu focuses on gyoza and ramen, with various side dishes and drinks. The noodles are divided into sizes ranging from 0.5 to 1.5 servings, which is convenient. Even though I try to avoid garlic while working, I have to try it at least once. I ordered the "Manchurian Ramen and Gyoza Set." First, the ramen arrived, followed by the gyoza a few minutes later. The ramen, served in a large bowl, had a traditional soy sauce flavor based on chicken broth. Although the menu mentions triple soup, it tasted like the classic clear soup. The noodles were medium-sized egg noodles. The toppings included small, thin slices of chashu, wakame seaweed, half a boiled egg, menma bamboo shoots, and green onions. The gyoza were similar in size to those at Ousho, with a crispy and juicy skin that was slightly thicker than the filling. I left some of the ramen soup and finished the meal. As someone who prefers thin-skinned gyoza, I found it to be just okay, but it was reasonably priced and filling. The service was good. Thank you for the meal. There are more and more affordable Chinese restaurants popping up, serving delicious food comparable to a high-end restaurant. I had the W set meal with huge and tasty dumplings at a great price. I left feeling satisfied and full. I hope more of these restaurants open near my home.

This is a restaurant I sometimes go to for lunch because it's in the neighborhood. The gyoza here is crispy, chewy, and juicy, just the way I like it. Today, I ordered the tanmen and gyoza set. While the gyoza is delicious, the other dishes like ramen lack a certain impact in a negative way. They seem too refined. It's on the lighter side, maybe a bit bland. It's not bad, but I prefer flavors that are a bit more bold and punchy. The service is fine, no issues there. Many people come here to buy gyoza for takeout.

Usually, I often go to a nearby "Oushou" restaurant, but I decided to go to "Manchuria-san" this time with my husband since it's a Chinese restaurant that I've been curious about for a while. The dishes we ordered were steamed chicken, dumplings, scallion noodles, and mixed vegetables. The dumplings and steamed chicken were incredibly delicious, and we were very satisfied with the taste. I didn't expect to find such a delicious restaurant near my home, so I think it's worth coming back regularly despite the short walk from home.

For lunch, I decided to go with a bento box. I ordered the "Liver and Garlic Chive Stir-Fry Set" with extra rice, which ended up costing close to a thousand yen. It felt quite extravagant for a quick work lunch. Normally, I set a limit of 600 yen for work lunches when I don't have much time to savor the meal. But today, I decided to treat myself and try to enjoy the food a bit. When I opened the bento box, I was surprised to find that it came with gyoza and a huge portion of rice. The liver and garlic chive stir-fry was tasty, but nothing extraordinary, just a standard Chinese dish flavor. The liver was easy to eat, neither great nor terrible, just a taste that would appeal to most people at a chain restaurant. The variety of ingredients, including the garlic chives, was a plus. The gyoza didn't stand out much, but the overwhelming smell of garlic in the room left me feeling guilty for inconveniencing my coworkers. The excessive amount of rice left me feeling a bit dizzy after finishing it all. However, I would like to try dining in at the restaurant next time. I'm curious to try their ramen and maybe enjoy some gyoza and beer in the evening.

I had been curious about this restaurant since I saw its sign, so I decided to give it a try. Even though it was lunchtime, there were only 2-3 customers ahead of me. Since they didn't have a standard option, I ordered the "Spicy Vegetable Noodles" and some "Gyoza." The noodles were pretty standard, with nothing particularly special about them. The soup had a refreshing spiciness but lacked depth. The noodles were accompanied by cabbage, leeks, carrots, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, wood ear mushrooms, and a beaten egg. As for the gyoza, I had high hopes based on the restaurant's name alone, but the skin was tough and had a strange texture (like it had been dried and then cooked). Personally, I don't think I'll be returning for a second visit. It's a bit different from the gyoza you'd find at "Gyoza no Manzoku" in the Kanto region...

A polite chain restaurant. I like both the filling and the skin of the dumplings. They are light, juicy, and my favorite dumplings. However, this time I only had the regular size cold noodles. The noodle texture, seasoning, balance of ingredients, sweet and sour taste, and pickled ginger were all perfect. It was the best cold noodles for me. The fact that they serve plenty of ground mustard in a separate dish is also a nice touch.

This shop is quite well known among people who have lived in Saitama Prefecture and the western to northern areas of Tokyo. The shop is famous for its gyoza, which has a generous amount of juicy filling and a chewy, slightly thick skin that sets it apart from other shops. Many people come here to buy frozen gyoza to take home. The regular Chinese menu also has a wide variety of dishes, and overall there are no disappointments. I am grateful for the increased dinner options and will definitely come back again.

(※Visited in 2015) A dumpling restaurant located on the east side of Hankyu Ibaraki-shi Station in Osaka Prefecture. It is a well-known chain in the Kanto region. Lately, they have been running radio commercials in Kansai as well, so their recognition is increasing. Their pan-fried dumplings are less greasy and lighter compared to Osho. They also serve boiled dumplings. In addition to cold noodles, they have a decent selection of dishes like sweet and sour pork. However, they have slightly fewer options compared to Osho in terms of variety.

The food is cheap and delicious no matter what you eat. The dumplings are soft and the noodles are chewy and tasty.

Among many menu items with lackluster flavors, the "Umani Ramen" was delicious. However, the fried rice was disappointing as it lacked the desired crispy texture and was rather mushy. Thank you for the meal.

The side dish Wakame soup is Kanto-style. (Is it not egg drop soup?) The addition of Zasai is also a nice touch.
