I was invited by a friend who was staying at the Tokyu Stay Hotel to have dinner on the first floor. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was nice, the taste was average, but the menu was affordable and good. They kindly recommended the Margherita pizza as today's special. (Note: I forgot to take a photo of the pizza)

I was intrigued by the service where you can choose a fish from the showcase and have it cooked in your preferred way, so I decided to visit without a reservation on a Friday night. It was surprising to see that the majority of customers were Westerners, creating an overseas atmosphere with foreign languages and Italian spoken when taking orders. The seating area had high partitions, providing a sense of privacy in a stylish setting. This heightened my expectations for the food. However, when it came to the dishes - the prosciutto, pickles, and Isaki aqua pazza were delicious, but the carpaccio was disappointingly fishy. Given the concept of selecting fresh fish from the showcase, I had expected more. Additionally, the service was slow, with drinks and dishes taking a long time to arrive. It felt like the staff lacked enthusiasm and love for the restaurant, which was off-putting. Overall, it was a letdown, and I don't think I will be returning. Thank you for the meal.

Osteria Valentina in Haruyoshi is a perfect Italian restaurant for dates and special occasions. They have private rooms and sofa seats, and the spacious interior is welcoming. You can choose your fish from the showcase, and this time I chose the filefish, which was delicious with a mild flavor and sweetness. The fresh and large rock oysters were amazing when eaten raw. The seafood dishes are all delicious, and I recommend their pizza, pasta, meat dishes, and high-quality prosciutto. The desserts were also beautiful and delicious.

Family of three revisited the restaurant for son's birthday! We requested a special birthday plate when making the reservation, and had a luxurious birthday celebration! Today we enjoyed premium dishes such as abalone and lobster! Both were exceptionally delicious and more affordable compared to other restaurants! For our second visit, we tried the rockfish cooked in tomato sauce instead of aqua pazza! We also opted for pasta instead of risotto for the finale, and it was incredibly flavorful and delicious! We highly recommend trying it! The staff were very kind and accommodating to our 2-year-old son, making it a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience! Thank you very much!

This shop is a new store located in Chuo Ward. Even though I usually don't go to Italian restaurants, I decided to give it a try because it was recommended to me. The service and atmosphere were great, and even though I don't drink alcohol, I had a stylish and enjoyable time. Italian restaurants are often seen as expensive, but this one was recommended even for first-timers, and the staff kindly explained everything. I definitely want to visit again. The food was delicious, but the atmosphere of the restaurant was just lovely. Whether you go or not is up to you.

Valentina in Haruyoshi. The carpaccio for the appetizer, the aqua pazza for the main course, and even the meat were all delicious. The dessert at the end was exquisite too!! The flavors exceeded my expectations, surpassing the appearance. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is great, and although today was mostly a male gathering, it seems like it would be well-received for dates or girls' nights out. There is a showcase in the center of the restaurant with fish lined up where you can choose your favorite fish and have it prepared in your preferred way. When you order the prosciutto, they slice it with a special slicer and it comes out extremely thin, a texture unlike any prosciutto I've had before. Both the seafood and the prosciutto, as well as the dessert, show attention to detail, and while I'm not sure which dish is the specialty, it seems like any choice would be satisfying. This time, since it was a gathering, I didn't choose the menu myself, but there were many other dishes that caught my eye, so next time I want to choose what I want to eat!!

I heard that a new Italian restaurant opened in Haruyoshi recently, so I went there with three friends. The atmosphere was very upscale, so I was a bit nervous at first, but once we were seated, I found the ambiance to be calm yet cheerful, and the staff were very friendly, even explaining the dishes to us. The dishes we tried this time were a seafood carpaccio platter, aqua pazza of the day, wagyu lamp tartare, luxurious creamy pasta with sea urchin, and squid ink risotto... Every dish that came out was amazing!! I can't pick just one favorite because they were all so delicious. We ordered wine for drinks, and the staff helped us choose one that suited our preferences, so even as a beginner, I didn't have any trouble. The dishes were so visually appealing that I wanted to take pictures as soon as they arrived, and the taste matched the presentation. There were many other menu items that caught my eye, so I will definitely be coming back. The prices were not too high for an Italian restaurant, and considering how satisfied we were after the meal, the cost performance was excellent!! This restaurant seems suitable for special occasions, business entertainment, and of course, casual dining as well.

✔️ Extremely thin sliced prosciutto (large plate ¥1580)
✔️ Homemade salsiccia (¥1280)
✔️ Wagyu lamp tartare (¥2380)
✔️ White tiramisu (¥680) etc...
Just opened last month in Haruyoshi, this Italian restaurant offers authentic pizzas baked in a pizza oven and seafood dishes made with fresh ingredients delivered directly from Nagahama Market. Each dish is filled with plenty of vegetables, visually appealing, and enjoyable both to the eyes and the taste buds. My personal recommendation is the extremely thin sliced prosciutto! It was so fluffy and melted in my mouth, incredibly delicious. I recommend getting the large plate since you'll want to devour it all in one go! Other highlights include the carefully grilled "Wagyu lamp tartare" made with the popular lean meat "lamp," the enticing "homemade salsiccia" with the aroma of herbs and juicy meat juices, and the White Tiramisu dessert made with luxurious white chocolate. Everything was absolutely delicious. Perfect for a date or a girls' night out! ☺️🌟

Upon strong recommendation from a friend, my husband and I dined at an Italian restaurant in Haruyoshi. The interior of the restaurant was chic and had a great atmosphere. I was a bit nervous! The dining experience began with a showcase in the center of the restaurant displaying a variety of seafood for the day. Each seafood item had its price and cooking method listed, allowing us to choose. After a brief chat with the staff, we were seated comfortably. The menu was extensive, not only featuring seafood but also other dishes. We tried the tuna steak, carpaccio, prosciutto, pasta, and slow-cooked Itojima pork, all of which were delicious and filling. The cost performance was excellent! I was particularly impressed by the tuna, so I took a photo! I will focus on taking proper photos next time rather than just enjoying the meal. This restaurant is recommended for dates, anniversaries, or when you feel like having Western food on a regular day! For your reference, the bill was less than 6,000 yen per person! It was a satisfying dinner! Thank you for the meal!

Just opened in Haruyoshi, the Italian restaurant "Osteria Valentina" is a great place to visit after work with 3 people at 7 pm. The elegant interior makes it suitable for business dinners or dates. As you enter, you'll see a showcase of the fresh fish of the day, which you can choose and have the chef's recommended preparation. Today, we ordered the Lencodai Aqua Pazza, a whole fish cooked beautifully. You can also enjoy the remaining broth as a risotto. We also ordered the ultra-thin prosciutto, Arita chicken involtini, creamy sea urchin pasta, and white tiramisu. The prosciutto had a unique texture, sliced ultra-thin with a special Italian slicer, making it melt in your mouth. Each dish was carefully prepared and satisfying. With a good amount of drinks, the total came to about 7,000 yen per person (around 5,000 yen without much alcohol). The atmosphere is great, making it perfect for couples or groups of 3-4 people to enjoy a variety of dishes. Overall, a wonderful dining experience.

I visited Osteria Valentina. It used to be a casual dining place where you could easily drop by, but now it has changed into a slightly stylish and calm atmosphere. When you enter, there is a showcase in the center of the restaurant with fresh fish lined up like a fish market. Quite impressive! First, I toasted with Italian beer. The fluffy prosciutto ham made the beer even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing, so I switched to wine, which was rare for me. The fish quiche and pasta were all high quality and paired well with the wine. The staff kindly gave advice on which fish was good and which dishes would go well together, and the live atmosphere in the kitchen was lively and fun. Especially, the pasta made with the mediterranean fish from the showcase was exquisite!! I had a relaxing time drinking after being busy every day. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

At Haruyoshi's "Osteria Valentina," which opened just 3 days ago, you can enjoy Italian cuisine that stimulates all 5 senses. The showcase is lined with a variety of fish, from which you can choose and have the chef prepare for you, such as in Aqua Pazza. With 7 types of pasta available, the sea urchin pasta was particularly rich. The pizzas baked in the pizza oven were also delicious. The restaurant offers private rooms, counter seating, and sofa seating, creating a relaxed atmosphere with a touch of luxury. Whether it's a date, family outing, or hanging out with friends, this place is suitable for all occasions.

I used this restaurant for a girls' night out! The service was excellent, with dishes being cut up for easy sharing. The fish dishes you can choose right in front of you, the melt-in-your-mouth prosciutto, and the freshly baked pizza were all amazing. I personally recommend the sea urchin pasta. The stylish interior makes it great for a date night too. I definitely want to go back to this restaurant!

The sake selection and food were excellent! The fish was fresh with a dense texture, and the vegetables were also fresh with delicious sauce! It was interesting to be able to choose the fish from the showcase and select the cooking method. I forgot to take a picture, but I highly recommend the squid ink risotto!

The Italian bar "Osteria Valentina," which opened on February 20th, is located in a prime area about a 5-minute walk from Tenjin Minami Station, midway between Tenjin and Nakasu. The restaurant has a large sign facing the main street, making it easy to locate. With seating for 70 people, including tables and sofa seats, the place was bustling due to its recent opening.
A notable feature of this restaurant is the fresh seafood sourced from Nagahama Market, displayed in a central showcase. Customers can choose their meal based on the visually appealing display and select their preferred cooking style. The appetizers included bread, financiers, and various sauces like cheese and hollandaise, all of which paired well.
Highlights of the meal included wine-steamed white hamaguri clams, crispy fried conger eel, colorful Fukuoka vegetable pinzimonio with crab miso sauce, fish quiche, shrimp pasta, luxurious sea urchin cream pasta, extravagant blackthroat seaperch aqua pazza, and a trio of ice creams (vanilla, pistachio, and strawberry).
Overall, while the service could use some improvement due to the recent opening, the restaurant's concept is interesting and user-friendly. It offers a unique Italian bar experience with a variety of delicious dishes.

When it comes to Italian cuisine, I always had the impression that it was a bit high-end, but this newly opened restaurant in February was more casual. The risotto with the broth from the classic Acqua Pazza as the finishing touch was incredibly delicious. The Quattro Formaggi pizza baked in a genuine pizza oven was topped generously with honey, a dish that cheese lovers would adore. The variety of wines was extensive, and the staff recommended wines that paired well with the food. Despite it being only the second day since opening, the operation seemed a bit chaotic, but I was impressed by the attentive customer service. Most importantly, all the dishes we ordered were delicious. I will definitely go back again.

Opened on February 20, 2023, this new concept Italian restaurant features a central showcase filled daily with fresh seafood from Nagahama Market, primarily sourced from the Genkai Sea. Customers can personally select their dishes based on the chef's recommended cooking methods, allowing them to choose how they want to enjoy their meal based on their current mood. This unique style makes the dining experience feel like becoming a buyer, which is both enjoyable and delicious. Some of the recommended dishes include Kawahagi's Acqua Pazza, Wagyu Lamp Taliata, Veal Cutlet with Baked Mozzarella, Stracciatella Caprese, Thinly Sliced Prosciutto Biancaneve, Oven-baked Sazae, Fresh Oysters, White Wine-steamed White Hamaguri, White Tiramisu, Espresso Catalana, and a selection of three ice cream flavors. The Acqua Pazza is easy to eat as the bones are removed, allowing the full flavor of the fish to be savored, and finishing with risotto to fully enjoy the flavors. The Wagyu Lamp Taliata comes with a rapeseed sauce, adding a seasonal touch to the dish. The combination of Japanese and Italian influences in the Veal Cutlet with Baked Mozzarella is incredibly delicious. The oysters are plump and juicy, while the Thinly Sliced Prosciutto Biancaneve, made with the restaurant's special prosciutto and powdered cheese, is a delightful treat. The White Tiramisu is as beautiful as powdered snow, and the Espresso Catalana is a dessert for adults with a bitter espresso flavor. The restaurant has an ambiance reminiscent of Italy, and the unique experience of selecting fish from the showcase is a rare treat. With its luxurious atmosphere, this restaurant is sure to impress your companions, so be sure to give it a try!

I stayed at Tokyu Hotel Tenjin and had dinner there. I forgot to take a photo, but the fish and meat dishes were delicious. My favorite was the fish aqua pazza that I chose myself. The fish was tasty and the risotto at the end was exceptional. As someone who enjoys fishing, I had a lot of fun while eating and learned how cooking can enhance the flavor of fish. The staff were also very kind. I would definitely like to come back when I visit Fukuoka again.
