Considering the French atmosphere of the store, it seems they may use a lot of butter or high-quality fermented butter from the country of origin. However, when actually eating it, there was only a slight crispiness at the edges and middle, with a sticky texture overall. It made me wonder what this product really is. It seems like they may have displayed it in the basket immediately after baking without letting it cool, or they may take a long time in the preparation process despite using a lot of butter. In any case, serving a sticky croissant to customers before noon is unacceptable. Moreover, when I asked for one croissant, the staff put their hand in a plastic bag, grabbed the croissant, flipped the bag over, and taped it. Despite the nice atmosphere of the store, this kind of serving method undermines the efforts and ambiance. It is a shame because the taste is good, but the overall experience is disappointing.
