At the age of 40, I tried Tenka Ichi for the first time. After watching SUGIZO's presentation on Matsuko's show, I realized I had never been there before. The local Tenka Ichi had a nostalgic Chinese restaurant atmosphere, contrary to my expectations. I ordered the rich ramen and half fried rice set. The fried rice was a bit oily and slightly sticky. The rich ramen had a thick soup made from chicken bones and vegetables. The aftertaste was refreshing but I found it a bit salty. Thanks to the rich soup, the noodles stayed warm, which was nice. It wasn't to my taste, but I can see why it has loyal fans! I wanted to have kimchi for a change in flavor, but I couldn't find it as a separate item in this store.

Osaka Hirakata "Tenichi" It's been a while since I've been to Tenichi, the food here is delicious! The sweet and sour pork may be too sweet. They also have touch panel ordering at Tenichi now! I'm interested in trying the thickly coated fried chicken on the menu. #Won't be going tomorrow m(_ _)m

Today, I came here. Celebrating its 50th anniversary in November 2021, a special event offering a "super rich" ramen for a limited time in February with only 5 servings available per day?! I need to go early to get it. I have 3 choices of locations that I can go to, and after some consideration, I decided to skip the Hirakata store and the Kumiyama store due to high competition. I set my sights on the Kuzuha store. When I arrived, there were already a few people waiting in line. Luckily, I managed to secure the 5th spot in line. After a while, the ramen arrived in a small black bowl. The soup was a thick chicken potage with a mild soy sauce flavor and crunchy diced onions. The noodles were thin and straight, slightly thinner than usual. The soup clung to the noodles with each bite, creating a rich and creamy texture. I added some ramen sauce from the table and finished it quickly. Although it was richer than the usual "rich" ramen, the flavor felt a bit flat and lacked addictiveness. What stood out to me was the cheap chashu and bamboo shoots. Despite using high-quality ingredients and putting effort into the dish, the price of 1200 yen for just onions and green onions felt a bit steep. In the end, I realized that the classic "rich" ramen is still the best. Congratulations on your 50th anniversary. It was a good experience. May the "rich" ramen live forever.

When I asked my grandmother, "Are you hungry? What do you want to eat?" she said "Tenichi," so we decided to go there. We arrived at the restaurant in the early afternoon and it was crowded. I ordered the fried rice set and also added some dumplings because they looked good. I really like the rich soup at Tenichi. I enjoyed my meal today as well.

I visited the Tenkaippin festival to get a Gamakuchi wallet! It's been a while since I last visited, and this time I tried a new menu item instead of the Spicy Rich Ramen with chili peppers that used to be available. I ordered it with a medium level of spiciness (2nd level) and toppings of char siu, menma, and green onions. The soup at Tenkaippin is thick and rich, which is delicious! The red powder-like chili pepper sprinkled on top looks very spicy, but surprisingly, it was manageable. If you want more heat, you might want to try the next level of spiciness (3rd level)… The basic taste is the rich and creamy broth that Tenkaippin is known for, but the red powder adds a unique touch without being overpowering. I finished the bowl without feeling overwhelmed. As for the lucky draw, I won a 50 yen discount coupon for my next visit! If you're interested, make sure to install the Tenkaippin app on your phone.

The restaurant is currently open from 9:00 due to the state of emergency declaration. The layout of the store is quite distinctive, with a good selection of magazines and a variety of set meals similar to the Hirakata store. One of the features of this restaurant is the Shiosai Ramen, with a wide variety of toppings such as pork belly and braised pork, as well as thin noodles. I ordered the Ramen Rice. The rice was hard and tasteless. The ramen had a thicker and more intense broth compared to the Hirakata store, lacking the sweetness found in the latter. The green onions here seemed fresher compared to the dried ones at the Hirakata store. The noodles I chose were regular type, likely a common type used nationwide. Overall, there is nothing particularly outstanding to mention. The soup was quite delicious, but the haphazardly cut bamboo shoots caught my attention. The thin noodles and pork belly chashu also stood out in a different way.

There is a dangerous road near the bicycle parking lot in Kuzuha that is always in plain view, so you have to be careful not to look at it when you are too drunk. Although Tenkaichi has been tough for years, I've been playing it safe recently. I heard here and there that the new miso at Tenkaichi is delicious, and the place I went to earlier was not great, so I went there after getting drunk. Shock! There's no mini size for the miso... I had carbonara after yakiniku, so I definitely wanted to avoid a large portion. After much deliberation, I went for the mini size. I shared the mini size with that girl. It's a relief. The mini size, with thin noodles cooked firm, is only 550 yen, which is 200 yen cheaper than the regular size. I didn't know that until now. (At Kuzuha shop, you can choose thin noodles.) The thin noodles don't stick too much to the soup, making the rich soup at Tenkaichi much easier to eat, in my opinion. But I don't have the courage to try the rich version. Hmm... It's delicious! And then that girl started eating a lot, even though she usually eats very little, and in the end, it was like a competition to finish the ramen. She ate it all in no time. The next day, I asked her what she thought was the most delicious yesterday, and she said "the ramen." That girl is so cute.

Visited in October 2020 because there was a shop where you could eat limited miso ramen. For those who like the rich flavor of Tenka, miso is highly anticipated. I parked my car at Sugaba Mall. There may be other places to park as well. I heard that the aroma disappears when miso is heated, so it must be difficult to devise. Blending red miso from Hokkaido and soybean miso from Aichi Prefecture. The taste turned out to be more delicious than expected. I would be happy if it became a regular menu. Normally, you would have to choose between the rich and miso flavors. Thank you for the meal.

A few days ago, I started craving that rich and hearty ramen with thick soup. Finally, I got the chance to go, so I went. I ordered the "Tenshinhan set". The rice under the silky egg was hot, which surprised me a bit, but it was delicious. Of course, the ramen was rich and I had plenty of green onions. This is it, this taste. No need to say more. It's my favorite taste. It was delicious again today.

During the period of self-restraint, I couldn't go out to eat much, so I visited the restaurant after a long time!! Since Tenkaippin's Kizugawa store moved and became the Kyo-Miyama store, it has become a regular Tenkaippin store, so the Kuzuha store feels the most delicious in this area!!

I was planning to finish the night with ramen after standing and drinking in Osaka, but the ramen shop I aimed for seemed to have entry restrictions due to social distancing inside the store. I thought about trying to sleep healthily without ramen, but my hunger couldn't be satisfied. My body automatically led me to Tenka, a ramen shop. This time, I had ramen with rice. I added pickled radish and garlic chives at the kimchi bar. I first enjoyed the ramen, then used the rice to cleanse my palate. When you savor ramen like this when you're hungry, it tastes delicious until the end. Lastly, I mixed the remaining rice with pickled radish and garlic chives. Due to fatigue, sleepiness, and alcohol, my memory is a bit hazy in places, but I feel like this was the most delicious meal I've had at Tenka in Mokoba.

It had a nice balance of lightness and richness, complemented by the sweetness of the Chinese cabbage, and was delicious ♬ The noodles were slightly thicker than regular noodles, with a pleasantly chewy texture - it seemed well thought out. It came with a flavor-changing set, adding to the special experience, but I felt that messing with it too much might throw off the balance, so I just added a bit of sesame that seemed to go well with the spicy miso and miso flavors. I enjoyed it while finishing every last bit.

I ordered the "Char Siu Ramen" with roast pork, bamboo shoots, and green onions. I was expecting a photo of the menu, but what came out looked like normal ramen. This was my first time ordering Char Siu Ramen at Tenkaippin, so I'm not sure about other places... The difference was the sweet and savory sauce drizzled on top, but there were only about 5 slices of pork, so it felt like there were 2 slices more than usual? It was delicious, but the presentation was too sloppy compared to the menu photo, so I'm giving it a lower score.

It's been a while since I visited. Prices have gone up and the consumption tax is now 10%, but the lunch service prices have also increased. However, the unlimited kimchi and extra green onions with ramen are still available. You can get a free refill of rice with the set meal. I think the weekday lunch specials are a good deal. I had the fried rice set with extra toppings, thick noodles, and extra green onions. You can enjoy unlimited white kimchi, pickled garlic chives, and pickled daikon. I really like the white kimchi here. I didn't include photos of the food since they are similar to other posts. I was able to get a slight discount using PayPay. The beer set also looks good. They offer a student discount as well.

I went to have lunch and ordered the "braised pork" this time since I had the "pork belly" last time. I asked for extra green onions. The rotation of the female-only staff was something I had never seen before. When I lifted the noodles for the first time, the ramen sauce was clumped in the center... I like to eat while keeping the original form, but since I already lifted the noodles, I mixed everything together. Unlike other Tenkaippin stores, I was disappointed by the unique soup and the overly fragrant and sweet braised pork, which might be good as a drinking snack but didn't go well with the soup. I finished the braised pork first and ended up eating the regular ramen...

Unlimited kimchi at Tenkaippin in Kashiwa, Tenkaippin Ramen Maido! This is Yamadera. I felt like having ramen after a long time, so I went to Tenkaippin in Kashiwa. I have also uploaded a video on YouTube, so please take a look if you'd like. As soon as I entered the restaurant, I noticed that kimchi, osinko, and leeks are all-you-can-eat here! Since it was lunchtime, some set meals were a bit cheaper. I chose the gyoza set for 860 yen. While enjoying the all-you-can-eat kimchi, I waited for my order to be ready. It only took a few minutes before my ramen was served. I started with the ramen, as Tenkaippin's rich broth is always a treat. The gyoza was also delicious. I used to occasionally visit Tenkaippin when I was working in Kuzuha. After work, when I felt a bit hungry, I would crave something to eat before heading home. The familiar taste of their ramen never disappoints, although the seasoning can be a bit too strong. However, when paired with rice or alcohol, it's not a problem. Originally a street food flavor, it gained popularity as a satisfying final meal. It really hits the spot on cold days.
