I haven't had Strawberry Garden's cake in a while and felt like eating it, so I visited. Oh, the price has gone up. This time, I had the Mill for 540 yen. It seems like the volume (of custard) has increased compared to when I last had it. Also, the crispy surface seems to be thicker. It was delicious! Thank you for the meal!

I wanted to eat cake, so I visited this shop on my way home. The shop is surprisingly spacious for its location, with about 10 pastry chefs working inside. They must be making cakes for other branches as well. The cakes in the showcase are all large and reasonably priced, around 500 yen each. I ordered my favorite strawberry shortcake and my partner got a mille-feuille to take home. The strawberry shortcake had two layers and the cream was not too sweet. The mille-feuille had fruit sandwiched inside. They also have baked goods, so I want to try those next time.

I had milk crepe, cream puffs, and cheese tart. The milk crepe with custard, caramelized fruit was delicious. The cream puffs with custard were comparable to famous city center and department store shops, so I recommend them. The cheese tart was creamy and gooey, also highly recommended. It's a great place, although a bit hard to reach without a car.

On my way home, I stopped by to buy a cake. The cake shop is quite spacious, with a large showcase at the front and a visible kitchen in the back. They offer various baked goods, Baumkuchen, shortcakes, whole cakes, etc., all looking delicious. Please note that this shop only accepts cash payments and does not take credit cards or electronic money.

Today was my second visit, and I tried the limited-time peach cake. It was delicious, made with a whole peach. By the way, last time I forgot to take a photo, but I had the fruit-filled mille-feuille. That was also amazing.

They offer free-flowing fruit tea and mango juice, which feels very kind. The milk crepe and strawberry tart were really delicious. I'm not a big fan of bananas, but even with that, the milk crepe tasted really good. The strawberry tart was not too sweet, I could eat 2-3 pieces. I've gotten used to going cashless recently and don't usually carry cash, but here they only accept cash so be aware of that. But it was delicious.

In terms of price, the milk crepe is 390 yen, and most other cakes are surprisingly in the 300 yen range. The milk crepe tends to sell out quickly, but they are always making more in the back, so you can usually get one if you wait a bit before closing time. The staff are well-trained and friendly, always serving customers with a smile. Whether dining in or taking out, free drinks are available - coffee and peach juice. The peach juice is particularly delicious, and I always have some before leaving. There are only 2 seats for dining in, as this shop is primarily for takeout, but the disposable plates and forks are sufficient. It is not common for customers to dine in, so you can usually find a seat easily. There are two parking spaces on the shop premises and (probably) two more in the adjacent parking lot. They do not accept credit cards here, but the main store does. The logo and paper bags have a nice design, making them great for gifts. If you are looking for a thoughtful souvenir, I recommend visiting this shop. They offer whole cakes as well as slices. The stamp card accumulates quickly, so I recommend getting one.

I arrived at 14:30 and it was almost sold out. I heard there's a cafe, but there were only 5 seats... Luckily, there was an empty seat. We went with five people. I had my favorite chestnut flavor. I always want to try something new, but... chestnut is the best. First, the whipped cream... it melts in your mouth... not too sweet and the crust is fluffy and delicious. The bottom was a tart. The tart was not much different from others. Oh, the coffee was delicious! We live in Chikushino, but it's better than our top 3 favorite cake shops. Our anniversary is coming up and I want to order, but it's far away.

The cheesecake was very soft, creamy, and popular among girls. I also bought a milk crepe for 370 yen, which was a popular item with layers of crepe filled with plenty of fruits. The cake had a soft surface caramelized lightly, giving it a crispy and aromatic finish. Lastly, I purchased a chocolate banana pie for 320 yen, which had a crispy sesame-flavored crust filled with bananas and topped with chocolate. The other day, my friend brought me the "Cube Chocolat" from "Strawberry Garden"♪ It looks so cute♪ A cube-shaped cake with chocolate powder sprinkled on top, it looks deliciousヽ( ´ｰ`)ﾉ When you cut it, you can see multiple layers of cake and cream stacked on top of each other, which really boosts your mood♪ The outer layer is coated with firm chocolate and sprinkled with powder! It's not too sweet and really delicious. It reminds me of the chocolate shop "Hakata no Ishidatami." It was so tasty♪ Thank you!

Strawberry Garden, with a total of 4 branches, has opened a new branch in Konoha Mall. Their sweets with just the right amount of sweetness are very delicious! The first branch, Wakahisa, has been around for 14 years. The eat-in area was recently reopened after being closed for a while. If you choose to eat here, they will serve your dessert on a plate. The cakes are delicious! I tried the Strawberry Shortcake and the half-baked cheese cake. The plates are made of paper and the forks are disposable. They offer 2 free drink options, which on this day were flavored iced tea and apple juice. You can pour your own drink from the paper cups provided. You can also have unlimited refills! They also sell the tea leaves for the iced tea, which has a rich aroma that goes well with the cakes. There are no cafes around here where you can sit and have tea, so this is really convenient. I wonder if they will offer hot drinks when it gets colder? Well, I definitely would like some hot drinks too. After finishing your meal, you can throw the plates and cups in the trash. It's a bit less charming now that they switched to disposable plates and cups, but I'm still happy that the eat-in area is back!
