We visited the restaurant as a couple at 6:00 pm on December 3rd. I believe that a good restaurant is one that you hear about through word of mouth without having to research. This restaurant is located in the Kawabata shopping street, and I was always intrigued by the signboard that said "All-you-can-eat including black wagyu beef" every time I passed by. Although I had never heard any rumors about it, I decided to give it a try this time because there was a campaign on Hot Pepper Gourmet offering a refund of 1,250 yen per person. There are three courses for the all-you-can-eat, and to see what level of black wagyu beef this restaurant serves, I chose the highest one called "Supreme Kakashi". Typically, in all-you-can-eat restaurants, they serve a predetermined assortment before you can order, but they asked if there was anything we didn't like before bringing it out, so we were fine with the assortment. The assortment included hormone, wiener, bacon, and black wagyu kalbi, all of which were delicious and not the kind that fills you up before you can enjoy the main dishes. After that, we ordered mainly the Upper Kalbi and Black Wagyu Kalbi, and they were both delicious! In my experience, even high-end restaurants serving black wagyu beef often serve meat with a lot of fat (marbling). Good meat is said to have delicious marbling, but ideally, it should be around 20% to 30% marbling. This restaurant served meat with the ideal marbling ratio, and it was tender and delicious. Additionally, in many all-you-can-eat restaurants, the quality of the meat tends to decrease with each order, but this restaurant maintained the quality throughout. The ice cream that we ordered for an additional charge was excellent, and I went back for more multiple times. I wanted to know which ice cream maker they used. The male staff member who seemed like the manager provided excellent service, and one of the two female staff members was also very friendly. In terms of value for money and the quality of the meat, this restaurant is the best in Fukuoka city in my opinion. However, there is another restaurant that offers even more reasonably priced all-you-can-eat black wagyu beef, and although the meat here is better, the pricing is a bit higher, so I rated them both as tied for first place.
