I stopped by after visiting Lalaport. They have a cafe that serves Genghis Khan only on weekends and holidays. The wild-looking interior has storage containers for bags and aprons are provided. I shared the marinated lamb double portion set for 2299 yen and the special Genghis Khan set for 2409 yen with my partner. I'm not a big fan of lamb, but it was easy to eat without any strong smell. Lamb meat is healthy, isn't it? What impressed me the most about this place was the excellent customer service. I would definitely want to stop by again if I pass by the area. I have been to the udon shop many times, but I have never been to this cafe before. As soon as I found out about this place, I was full of curiosity and decided to take a peek. It was a Sunday morning, and the inside of the cafe was not too crowded, with just the right amount of people, making it a comfortable atmosphere. There was wifi available, and many solo customers seemed to be enjoying their own time. The menu included morning sets like bread, as well as pancakes that you could order in the morning. I decided to order the pancakes, which came with plenty of fruits and I was satisfied. As I leisurely enjoyed my meal, more customers started to arrive as lunchtime approached. If you want to spend a relaxing time, it seems like the morning hours are the best.

I had Genghis Khan (grilled lamb) in a room outside the cafe. It seems like they change it to an oyster hut depending on the season, but this time it was Genghis Khan! The meat was light and easy to eat with little smell, so I could eat quite a lot. It's reasonably priced, so I'd like to go again!

The cafe is located in Fukuoka City, Hakata-ku, Mitsukoshi. It can be a bit hard to find because it is situated within the same premises as other West affiliated restaurants such as the udon shop, yakiniku restaurant, and Chinese restaurant. The exterior of the cafe has a traditional Japanese design, and upon entering, you will find a variety of menu options including set meals, pasta, curry, and even shaved ice during the hot summer months. The interior of the cafe is spacious with around 170 seats, smoking area, free Wi-Fi, and power outlets, making it a comfortable place to relax and enjoy your meal. The ordering process involves selecting your meal at the counter and receiving a buzzer to collect your order once it's ready. The menu offers dishes like "Napolitan" with a generous serving size and a side salad, as well as options like the "16-grain rice vegetable curry." The Napolitan dish is classic and tasty, with a good amount of sausage included. Overall, West Cafe is a hidden gem in Fukuoka that offers a pleasant dining experience and is worth a visit to try their menu.

Sushi lovers! It seems that at the West Cafe Mugi no branch, you can eat someone's sushi on Wednesdays only during lunchtime! But today is a different day, so I'll have curry and head home. Thank you for the meal! I don't know if it's delicious or not.

I tried the popular frozen noodles from Fukuoka, West Frozen Noodles, at a restaurant in Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City. I found a cafe inside the restaurant that I didn't know about before. I ordered the Sausage and Egg Napolitan for 759 yen. The noodles were a bit dry but had a good texture, with some onions, bell peppers, and plenty of sausages. The ketchup flavor was mild, with a generous amount of tomato sauce. I sprinkled plenty of powdered cheese on top to enhance the flavor. Overall, considering the price, it was decent. I returned the plate to the return counter after finishing the meal.

The interior of the shop is spacious. A cafe latte with whipped pancakes costs 700 yen. The cafe latte was pretty tasty! But the most attractive thing is the communication environment! They have Wi-Fi and PC outlets, the seats are spaced out, making it perfect for people who want to work at a cafe!

Two waitresses on duty. Pick up your order with a buzzer. The hot potatoes are more solid than McDonald's. Wash it down with a Sapporo Lager. They also offer Japanese cuisine and sashimi set meals, but it takes courage to order them. Maybe it's better to stick to exploring cafes rather than being indecisive?

I had lunch in Fukuoka and didn't have much time, so I decided to go to a nearby restaurant called West that I thought of. West is a restaurant known for Fukuoka's soul food, udon, but recently they have expanded to offer a variety of options such as fresh soba, izakaya, yakiniku, and Chinese cuisine. I went to the Mugi-no branch, which is part of the "West Flavor Town" where udon, yakiniku, Chinese food, and a cafe are all located in one place. I have been here a few times before and you can choose a restaurant based on your mood when you arrive. Today, I felt like... I initially planned to have udon, but I changed my mind and went to Cafe West instead. I ordered the "Chicken Steak Set" for 935 yen, with a choice of sixteen-grain rice. The chicken steak sizzled on a hot iron plate with a bright red tomato sauce drizzled over it. The taste was... well, it wasn't anything special but it was decently delicious. I did think to myself, "I should have just ordered the udon..."

I casually dropped by Cafe West because I was feeling a bit hungry. When I tried to enter the shop from the back parking lot, I saw a photo of pho... I didn't know they had that! I tried the chicken pho. It was surprisingly good, although a bit pricey at 680 yen before tax. The place doesn't have much of an ethnic vibe, but it's quite tasty. They have a somewhat stylish terrace seat, but it's always empty.

On Showa Day, I had a morning café at WEST. Even though it's called a café, it's more like a traditional Japanese breakfast with natto and mixed grain rice, along with coffee. The total cost was 582 yen, which is very affordable. The natto and egg were simple but delicious. There are other breakfast options available as well, so give them a try. WEST café is located at 1-5-8 Sanchiku, Hakata-ku, Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture. You can reach them at 092-581-2133. They are open from 7:30 am to 9:30 pm.

On Sunday, I had some errands to run at a nearby store, but since they opened at 10:00, I decided to have breakfast around 9:30. I had the ham, egg, and toast for 590 yen (excluding tax). The place is spacious and comfortable, so I was able to relax. Surprisingly, the coffee here is quite delicious.

Today, I would like to introduce Cafe West Mugino in Hakata, Fukuoka. They offer a variety of casual lunch options, as well as a wide selection of drinks and desserts, making it the perfect spot for lunch or coffee time. Enjoy a delicious lunch in a relaxed setting and savor the blissful moments.

This cafe is located along Tsukushi Street, intersecting with the urban expressway in West Village. They offer morning sets and traditional Japanese breakfast. While the coffee set is a good deal, I opted for just a sandwich (100 yen) with coffee and salad on the side. You can choose from 5 types of vegetables for the salad, plus an additional option of brown rice, rye bread, or plain salad for a small fee. I chose shrimp salad, onion, olive, egg, and 5 bean salad with brown rice, and Cobb salad dressing. The staff plated everything nicely. The sandwich and salad were delicious, but the coffee was just okay. Overall, I was satisfied with this cafe.
