When I went to Mino Queue's Mall, I had lunch at "HammockGarden," which opened last summer. The entrance used to face the outside, but now you can enter the store from inside the building. The shop is spacious, with various tables having hammocks. Since Tom was with us, we were guided to a sofa seat in the back. There was a large hammock in front for us to use freely. I sat on it for a bit and found it surprisingly stable. You can even lie down and relax in it. There were also bench-style swings for two, perfect for couples or friends to enjoy. The lunch menu had 4 options, including 3 types of pasta which change weekly. Lunch included appetizers, soup, baguette (or multigrain rice), and a drink. First, we got the appetizers and soup, which were quite generous. The salad with paprika, duck meat, and arancini were delightful. The caprese and potato salad were also a nice touch. The minestrone soup was hearty and full of ingredients. The pasta dish we ordered was the "Spicy Peperoncino with Prosciutto and Spring Cabbage." It was made with fresh pasta, giving it a chewy texture. The combination of prosciutto, spicy peperoncino, and sweet spring cabbage was delicious. The baguette had a crispy crust and soft, moist interior. The "Premium Beef Lunch" included a 160g steak of premium beef which was a bit tough when eaten whole but juicy and flavorful when cut into smaller pieces. The "Half Roast Chicken" was cooked slowly for 3 hours, making it juicy and tender. The sides included potatoes, ratatouille, and sauerkraut-like condiments. The lunch drink options included coffee, tea, oolong tea, and juices. The restaurant was spacious, and we were seated in the back, so we didn't have to worry about our child bothering others. The neighboring table was also leaving when we were, so the timing was perfect for us. Mino Queue's Mall has become a more family and pet-friendly place compared to before.
