The pear tart and the orange tart were also very delicious. I forgot to take a picture, but the Amadine pastry was also delicious. It had a mild sweetness and a slightly bitter taste. This time, I bought a Mont Blanc, a strawberry cake with Amaou strawberries, and a Gras. The Mont Blanc and strawberry cake reminded me of the nostalgic taste of old-fashioned cakes. The Gras is said to be popular among men. I will visit again when I want to taste that nostalgic flavor!

Amandine is a historic cake that has been around since the shop was founded. It's a simple tart made with almond powder. I can see why it's a long-time bestseller. It looks simple but it was delicious. The chocolate cake had a nostalgic taste. It may not be modern, but it reminded me of the birthday cakes I had as a child. It was exactly the taste of a whole chocolate cake!
