The restaurant was as good as written on the signboard, serving delicious dishes and tasty drinks. I tried honeycomb for the first time in a while, and all the dishes had a unique twist to them. The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice, suitable for both small and large groups. I will definitely visit again.

In a corner of Hiroshima's bustling district, there is a liquor store rumored to serve the best beer in Japan. People from all over the country gather at this shop to enjoy a glass poured by the "Beer God" known as Mr. Shigetomi. One of Mr. Shigetomi's disciples has a shop in Nishi-Ohashi, Osaka called Bistro "Orange". I received information that Mr. Shigetomi himself will be visiting this shop. Last summer, when I visited Hiroshima, I was amazed by the deliciousness of the beer. And now, to be able to enjoy that beer again! In Osaka!! Mr. Shigetomi, in his white coat and tie, will be there to reign supreme!!! Despite only offering one type of beer from a major brewery, they use two different beer servers from the Showa and Heisei eras to create 5 different flavors! The first pour is recommended for the first glass! A refreshing sensation running down your throat! The second pour adds deliciousness to the refreshing sensation, with a balance of refreshing sensation, bitterness, and sweetness. The third pour enhances the malt sweetness by reducing the carbonation of the beer, resulting in a soft flavor. The "Mild" pour allows you to taste the natural sweetness of the beer by minimizing the carbonation and bitterness. The "Sharp" pour, using both modern and original beer servers, provides a smooth throat sensation. It's a miraculous collaboration☆. This time, I will once again start with the recommended first pour. A refreshing sensation running down my throat! I'm so glad to be an adult! The foam is so delicious! That excitement once again... At "Orange", you can enjoy beer passed down directly from Mr. Shigetomi. This is what delicious beer is all about. I recommend both "Orange" and "Shigetomi's Beer Stand" at "Orange" for casual French cuisine. Mr. Shigetomi, please visit Osaka again! We look forward to seeing you! Thank you for the wonderful meal!

On a day of catching up with a friend from my previous job, we met up for a night of bar hopping. We decided to meet at the event "Beer Stand Shigetomi in Osaka" on October 23rd (Sunday), where a total of 350 beers were consumed that day alone. I recommended my friend (whom I hadn't met before) to try a single pour, while I opted for my usual double pour. I wanted him to taste the difference in smoothness, so I let him have the first sip. "How is it? The smoothness is different, right?" He exclaimed, "Wow, this is delicious!" The bartender poured the beer from a swing tap with such a smooth and skilled motion, it was like watching a seasoned pro at work. I've been to beer bars before, and I've noticed that the taste can vary depending on who pours the beer. It was at this bar that I truly appreciated and recognized this. Even when I drink canned beer at home, I pour it into a glass with care. It's a small detail, but it adds a touch of luxury to everyday life. Now, shall we go grab something to eat? Bon appétit.

Upon receiving a report from Myrebi-san via LINE that Hiroshima's Shigetomi-san was coming to Osaka, I hurriedly made a visit♪ We went after lunch, but when we arrived at the restaurant, it was already overflowing with people drinking outside the store:(;゙゚'ω゚'): It seems like there are quite a few fans here after all! We didn't want to be left behind, so we got a card resembling a numbered ticket at the reception and waited for our turn♪ Shigetomi-san seemed busy outside, carefully explaining the beer to each person while pouring their drinks with dedication ( p゚∀゚q) This time, we decided to go with the Sharp Lager♪ Since there was no space left inside the store to drink, we enjoyed our beer outside on the street. Yeah, the smoothness of this foam is really different from others, isn't it(((o(*゚▽゚*)o))) The beer itself, with its initial crisp taste that lasts until the end... once again, we fell under Shigetomi's magic spell (*/▽\*)キャッ Is this really Asahi's Marueff⁉️ When I tried the one at the main store in Hiroshima, I thought the same thing, but I can't help but think that they have a special beer prepared just for Shigetomi! It was quite different from the Marueff I know♪ I'm not sure when the next visit will be, but if I catch wind of Shigetomi-san coming to Kansai again, I will definitely want to go. Thank you for the meal m(_牛_)m

Today is Sunday♪(´ε` )ナハハ I had a rare full day off, so I decided to visit a beer stand called orange in Nishiohashi that my friend recommended. Today, there was a special event where Jutomi, a famous beer stand from Hiroshima, would be visiting for the day. I had heard about Jutomi a long time ago, but due to various reasons, I never had the chance to visit until now. I arrived around 10:30 am as the stand was set to open at 12 pm. Jutomi arrived shortly after, and I had the chance to chat with him before the place started getting crowded. The menu only offered one type of beer, Asahi's Marueff, with five different pouring styles to choose from. I bought two tickets for a glass of beer each and selected the pouring style I wanted. The first glass was poured using a swing carafe that was a replica of a server from the early Showa era, which I drank standing up as recommended by Jutomi. It was a unique experience not knowing what to expect from the first glass. The beer was refreshing and easy to drink, and I enjoyed it a lot. After finishing the first glass, I got the second one poured using a combination of the swing carafe and a modern server. The taste was slightly different but still delicious. I appreciated the opportunity to try both pouring styles. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable experience, and I hope to visit Jutomi's stand in Hiroshima someday. The staff at orange was also very friendly and provided excellent service. Thank you for the delicious beer!(*´ω`*)

Bistro Orange, which used to be a popular spot for both private and public gatherings, has undergone a major renovation. The cozy private rooms are gone, creating a more open and spacious atmosphere. And guess what? They have installed a beer stand in the area that used to be for storage! Surprisingly, even though it's the same restaurant, it's registered as a separate location. They serve Asahi Marufu beer on tap, and the owner is a beer stand pro named Shigetomi from Shigetomi Beer Stand. I decided to enjoy a beer on an empty stomach. You can choose from four different ways to pour the same beer, so I decided to try them all. 1. First pour: A normal, everyday experience with the typical crisp and refreshing taste of beer. 2. Second pour: A well-balanced taste with sweetness and umami, complemented by the bitterness of the foam. I could drink this all day long. 3. Third pour: A luxurious experience where you discard the foam and add more, allowing you to savor the sweetness of the malt. This is the ultimate indulgence in beer. 4. Mild pour: This is the most wasteful way to pour beer, causing the foam to overflow. It has a smoothness with almost no carbonation. Oh, this is so delicious! The price of 680 yen for a 420ml glass is a great deal for beer lovers. The stand is small, so you'll have to stand while you drink. If a table is available, I recommend enjoying it with some food. The owner has really started something interesting here. I'll have to bring some beer-loving friends or maybe even some ladies next time. Thank you for the meal.

#Orange's Beer Stand# Standing space inside the store August 2022 Hey there❗ I was invited by a friend to visit this place. According to my friend, this place used to be super popular before the pandemic hit. The effects of the pandemic have been tough on this once-famous spot. However, they have now added a beer stand on the left side of the entrance. They have top-notch beer poured by a beer master, and it's delicious❤️ The beer master adjusts the bitterness and sweetness by controlling the foam and pouring technique. It was really tasty❗ Now let's enjoy some food at Orange's main seating area. Bon appétit~❤️

Orange, a popular French restaurant, has a small beer stand with only 2 seats (lol). They serve Asahi's "Marueff" beer with an old-fashioned, strong server. You can choose between pouring the beer once, twice, or three times. I tried the two-pour option, which gives the beer a rounded taste as the carbonation settles. They also have a normal server for comparison. The staff explain the pouring options well, making the experience enjoyable. If you have a nearby appointment, stopping by for a quick drink is recommended.
