It was Sunday, so there were about 10 groups waiting in line. This place is completely self-service. I ordered a simple tonkotsu ramen. I received a call alarm and waited for the ramen to be ready. It felt kind of lonely, like a food court (lol). When the alarm went off, I went to get the ramen. The tonkotsu ramen was served in a small bowl with cloudy broth. The noodles were quite thin. The 4 slices of chashu were lightly seasoned with a hint of salt. The portion was on the smaller side. It was delicious.

I ate here after a long time! I remember this place being featured in the manga "Cooking Papa." It was my first time eating at Deitos. I ordered the lunch set with tonkotsu shoyu ramen and half fried rice. Let's dig in! First, the ramen soup. It's not too thick, but the flavor is strong with a good amount of soy sauce. The noodles are very thin. If you like a chewy texture, I recommend getting them firm. The fried rice is on the mushy side, but it's also a bit fluffy and has a strong flavor. I divide fried rice into two categories: mushy and fluffy. I prefer the mushy type, but... There are many ramen shops along the Hakata Ramen Street, so I hope this review is helpful for you (^_^)

I ended up at this restaurant while looking for something else, and decided to try their ramen. I chose the pork bone soy sauce flavor, which was delicious with a strong taste. The main dish, fried rice, had a slightly lighter seasoning, which paired well with the rich ramen. It would also be good to mix the soup with the fried rice.

I had the boiled egg pork bone ramen for ¥990. The soup was mild without any unpleasant pork bone smell, and it had green onions, boiled egg, and chashu. I sprinkled some sesame seeds on top, but it would have been even tastier with some pickled ginger. The soup was light enough to finish completely, but it had a deep flavor. It was delicious! ★★★

Arrived at Hakata Station at 1 pm on a regular Friday. Visited Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine for my daughter's entrance exam prayer, my first time in Fukuoka Prefecture. Wanted to try Hakata ramen, so I went out of the ticket gate and headed to the 2nd floor of Hakata Deitos. It was so crowded with people everywhere! I quickly lined up at this place because it seemed to have a fast turnover compared to other shops. I ordered the C set meal which is only available on weekdays (ramen + half fried rice). My impression is... it's just okay. It originated from a food stall established in 1987, so it might taste better if eaten at a food stall. The fried rice was quite salty. I was hungry, so I ate it. I couldn't help but feel the high level of Osaka ramen. It didn't give me the same happy and satisfied feeling after eating as places like Mutahiro or Kagari... ( ; ; )

It was past 9 PM on a weekday, but there were many customers. I ordered the B set meal, which is a weekday limited menu, with tonkotsu ramen and firm noodles. The B set meal includes five pieces of Hakata-style dumplings and rice can be added for free upon request. I also added some pickled ginger which was available for free. The ramen was tonkotsu flavor, not too rich, slightly light, and very delicious. You can adjust the taste by adding condiments like garlic and sesame on the table. I had been wanting to try ramen at Nashimaten, and I was glad to find it at Hakata Deitos directly connected to Hakata Station. I almost became a late lunch refugee at Hakata Station. It was 3 pm and the restaurant was about 30% full. I didn't have high expectations, but the simple tonkotsu broth with slightly thin noodles was just right. The one-bite gyoza was delicious too! The only downside was that there was no red pickled ginger.

Hello, it's Ma-kun. I'm in Fukuoka on a business trip, but surprisingly I haven't had a chance to eat ramen yet, so I'm wondering what to have for my last bowl before heading back. Fukuoka is really a fierce battleground for ramen, so I don't know what criteria to use to choose. I like tonkotsu ramen, so I like Ikkousha, but I also wanted to eat fried rice so I came here. It's not ramen after all! The ramen was simply tonkotsu, and the fried rice had a little bit of kamaboko and shiitake mushrooms, which was innovative. They have a half fried rice set on weekdays, but only single items on weekends, so I ended up eating a mountain of it haha. It was delicious.

Fukuoka business trip~ For lunch, I went to the ramen street at Deitos, where all the shops were crowded. I chose this place because the fried rice looked delicious. The ramen was also good, but the fried rice was the highlight. The turnover is fast, so even if there is a line, you can get in quickly. It's great!

At noon, I felt like eating ramen at Hakata Station, so I went to this restaurant in Deitos connected to the station since the one I wanted to go to had a long line. I ordered a set of Hakata ramen, fried rice, and mini gyoza. I've heard of the name of this ramen shop before, but it was my first time eating here. First, I tried the ramen soup. It was simply delicious. The noodles were the typical firm Hakata style. They were also delicious. The fried rice and gyoza were also simply delicious. Overall, it was an average ramen that was neither good nor bad.

I felt like having tonkotsu ramen and gyoza for dinner, so I visited a place near my workplace. I ordered a set of tonkotsu ramen and gyoza, paid at the counter, and waited for my order. The ramen was simple but tasted like the authentic tonkotsu ramen I used to have in Hakata. There are many types of ramen, but eating tonkotsu ramen like this made me realize that I really love tonkotsu ramen. The gyoza was also delicious as always. Another satisfying meal. Thank you!

I plan to go shopping in Hakata Station in the afternoon and have a Hakata lunch. I felt like having tonkotsu ramen after a long time, so I wandered around the cool building and arrived at Ramen Street. There were many places that I had already tried and it was crowded everywhere. However, I found a place where there were people inside but I could get in right away, so I entered immediately. I originally planned to just have ramen. But then I found a set meal (C set) that came with a highball and gyoza, which seemed like a good deal, so I decided to go for that! I received the highball first, then went to get the gyoza and ramen myself. I wished I could have gotten the gyoza first ( ̄▽ ̄). The noodles in the ramen weren't really to my liking, but I loved the soup! It was light and refreshing. I could just drink the soup alone!!! The gyoza were bite-sized and tasted delicious. The combination of highball, ramen, and gyoza was simply amazing (^。^)b Thank you for the meal.

I visited a ramen shop and tried their pork bone soy sauce ramen. The base flavor was strong but not overpowering, with no strong pork bone smell. The chashu had a good texture, and I enjoyed adding garlic and sesame toppings for a more complex flavor. I went for lunch and was seated fairly quickly, which was nice. I would especially recommend this place for those who don't like overly heavy flavors.

Located in Hakata Station Building, it is very convenient. I ordered the 990 yen tonkotsu ramen with seasoned egg. The noodles are thin and surprisingly light for a tonkotsu broth. It has a street stall ramen vibe. There are many ramen shops around, so it's quite a dilemma.

I visited during a business trip to Fukuoka. I have been going to Meijimaya in Meijima for 20 years, so I am disappointed by this change. I miss the time when the owner and his family used to run the place. I want to eat the dumplings made by the wife and daughter again. Even the ramen itself now lacks the old charm. This is not the ramen of Meijimaya. What a shame.

I missed out on trying Hakata ramen this time, but despite having a fever and chills that day, I stubbornly decided to eat Hakata ramen. I found a place where I didn't have to wait in line, unlike other popular shops with long queues. There were about 10 people waiting by the time I finished eating. The taste was quite ordinary, just like "pork bone ramen." The noodles were not well separated and eating them was difficult as they clumped together. The gyoza was flavorful, and it paired well with the beer I ordered. The seasoned boiled egg was also quite flavorful. The noodles were thin with a noticeable wheat flavor. The chashu was thin and tender. My companion ordered pork bone soy sauce ramen, which turned out to be quite strong in soy sauce flavor. They offered free garlic and pickled ginger for flavor variation, and adding a bit of garlic didn't make much of a difference. Overall, I was satisfied just to have eaten Hakata ramen this time. However, if you're looking to buy mentaiko (spicy cod roe) at Hakata Station, I recommend the original mentaiko from Nagato-ya Co., Ltd. It's additive-free and has a well-balanced flavor and spiciness. Recently, most of the mentaiko available as souvenirs have been disappointing in taste, so I was happy to rediscover this delicious mentaiko. I've already placed an order for 5 packs online and am eagerly awaiting their arrival. Well, this has nothing to do with the restaurant, but...

After a gathering with friends, I suddenly felt like having some ramen as a finishing touch. I decided to go to Deitos where there are many famous ramen shops. I ended up choosing Namejima-tei, where they offered a set with ramen, gyoza, and a draft beer. I chose the soy sauce pork bone ramen. The ramen had a punch of pork bone flavor but wasn't overpowering, and it matched well with the soy sauce. The gyoza were bite-sized and went well with the beer. It was the perfect way to end the night.

I came to Fukuoka on a business trip and before boarding the Shinkansen, I went to the Hakata Ramen Alley on the 2nd floor of Daimyo in Hakata Station to try the traditional Hakata ramen. There, I found Namashima-tei. The tonkotsu soup was light but flavorful. In the past, Hakata ramen used to be a bit cheaper, so it's a bit disappointing that Namashima-tei has also become a bit more expensive. That's the only downside.

It's been a while since my business trip to Hakata. I arrived in Hakata at an odd time and decided to search for a place to eat something for breakfast and lunch. When I searched for ramen alleys in Daimyo at Deitos, I found that Namijima-tei opens from 10 am! Namijima-tei is a famous shop that used to be in Higashi-ku. I remember driving all the way to Higashi-ku just to eat there when I was a student. Unfortunately, the main store seems to have disappeared... It's been so long, or rather, I don't even remember that far back, so I decided to visit this new store. I ordered a ramen and gyoza set with a boiled egg topping for 1080 yen at the counter, paid, and waited at my seat for a few minutes. They informed me with a buzzer and I went to the counter to pick up my order. Now, let's dig in! Oh, by the way, Hakata ramen usually has Chinese pickles and red pickled ginger on the counter, but here they only have pepper and sesame. Water and gyoza sauce are self-service in packets. Now, let's eat. The pork bone aroma is subtle and not overpowering. The noodles are thin and straight. The chashu was thicker than I expected, giving it a satisfying volume. The soup was just the right thickness and perfect for the morning stomach. It gives off the image of a relatively simple pork bone ramen. It's convenient for travelers to be able to have morning ramen at Deitos in the morning. I was able to enjoy the traditional Hakata ramen. Thank you for the meal!

I went during lunchtime and it was extremely crowded. Despite that, everything looked delicious so I chose this place. I had the holiday lunch set with mentaiko rice for 900 yen. The thin noodles and char siu were delicious, and I wished I had more time to get an extra serving of noodles.
