It was quite popular and we were seated on the second floor without a reservation. It was hot, probably because of the season, but the food was good. The second floor is spacious and can accommodate large groups, so it would be convenient for big families.

I had never visited this place before because the vinyl house had a somewhat run-down feel, but it had been renovated into a nice building so I decided to check it out. The menu consisted of items priced at a flat rate of 300 yen each. I ordered various yakitori items like chicken skewers, quail eggs, liver, and pork belly. They weren't particularly delicious, but they weren't terrible either. It felt like they had just reheated store-bought yakitori over charcoal. I also ordered other dishes like sausages, chicken nanban, chicken wings gyoza, fried tofu, beef stamina grill, and hormone skewers. They were all average in taste. With everything priced at 300 yen, some items offered decent value while others, like the tiny sausages, were a rip-off with only 3 pieces. The drinks were also priced at 300 yen, including the bland soft drinks.

The other dishes were also delicious. The atmosphere was like a traditional Japanese izakaya with a counter and tatami seating where you can relax. Families and couples were also there. The counter seating is good for solo diners to enjoy a leisurely meal. The spacious tatami area seems suitable for parties or gatherings. However, I wish they had informed us about the option for all-you-can-drink. We ended up drinking a lot with friends and the bill was high... Also, the fact that the restroom is Japanese-style was a bit inconvenient.

We also ordered fried tofu, chicken wing gyoza, fried mochi hearts, tsukune, cheese tsukune, and tsukune with raw egg on top (this was my first time trying it). We also had yakitori, chicken liver, and tori-nanban (which was really delicious). The dishes came out quickly, and the taste was excellent, especially the yakitori sauce. The shochu is also 277 yen. It was amazing, and I ended up drinking too much. If there was a restaurant like this nearby, I would probably go there every day. And the price is just a little over 2000 yen per person, which is surprising!

After a long time, I went to Shibaya for yakitori on my way back from work to Tomitani direction. There are counter seats and table seats inside the restaurant. I asked for a variety of skewers. Also, a Nanban fry? The grilled dishes have a simple seasoning, but they are quite delicious. The Nanban fry? with tartar sauce was also delicious. I didn't discover anything particularly new, but the owner was friendly and the atmosphere was good. The drinks are also quite cheap, so it's a good place to go if you want to drink a lot.

It's cheap! And it's reasonably delicious!!! ...but there's a lot of smoke from the charcoal grill. The interior is all white, and the grilled chicken smells strong! So, it's a perfect place for hanging out with friends and having a drink. But for a date? Maybe not a good idea, haha. Regardless of what you order, the prices are fair and you get what you pay for. Sometimes the food is a bit burnt, which can be a downside. The beer is really cheap too! It's the original Sapporo beer, not a knockoff. I can't remember the brand, but it's a great place to have a fun time with friends, even if it gets a little smelly! The cushions were a bit dirty, which might bother some women.

There is a yakitori restaurant near Kingo and Daiei. The parking lot can fit about 4 cars under the blue sky in the back of the road. There is a counter and a tatami area with tables for 4 in the back. It's good for families with children. The atmosphere feels like having a meal at a relative's house, with commercial-like tables and no cushions. I like the yakitori sauce here, it's refreshing. The "negima" chicken skewers are big, with the scallions quite charred to cook the inside. The chicken skin skewers are interestingly pierced one by one like a donut, with a texture similar to boiled skin. The chicken nanban is made with fried chicken breast, but the batter could be crispier. The tartar sauce seems to be mixed with store-bought mayo and boiled eggs, overpowering the egg flavor. It would be tastier with more sauce or added ingredients like onions. It might be better to mix the sauce when ordered to preserve freshness. They offer affordable drinks, possibly to attract more customers in these times. They also have unique shochu options that fans would appreciate.

There are counter seats and private rooms in this restaurant. I am happy that they have fresh liver and other organ meats. It's perfect for when you want to drink slowly and have a good conversation. It's near my friend's house, so I often end up going there. I like that it's not as busy as chain restaurants.
