In the heart of Shinsaibashi, a new yakitori restaurant called "Yakitori Bonzo" has opened. They actually have a branch in Kami-Shinjo as well, but the one in Shinsaibashi has a beautiful interior. Personally, I found the atmosphere to be great, suitable for going out for drinks or even for a date. It's located in the back of a building, so I felt a bit nervous entering. The oshibori (wet towel) could be thicker in my opinion. What impressed me the most was the "Soriresu" chicken. It had a texture similar to high-quality salted tongue, not your typical yakitori taste, and it was amazing. I've been to a few yakitori places in Shinsaibashi before, but I was pleasantly surprised by how cheap it was. I wonder if there was a discount for the grand opening. The food was incredibly delicious, and I had about 4-5 drinks for less than 4000 yen. They also have my favorite yuzu sake, so that's a plus. With the delicious yakitori, great cost performance, I definitely want to go back again.

I often use restaurants like Joushin in Joushin and Bonzo in Miyakojima, but the new store Bonzo in Shinsaibashi has a different interior than the casual feel it had before. While they continue with their basic menu, they seem to be aiming for a higher level. The Soliles seared dish and charcoal-grilled chicken thighs are consistently delicious. They do not offer sashimi alone, only chicken thigh sashimi and a mixed plate of chicken thigh sashimi. I also wish they would offer liver sashimi if possible.

Soriles' charcoal-grilled dishes are incredibly delicious, and a popular restaurant in Uenoshima and Miyakojima has opened a new branch in Shinsaibashi. I went to check it out right away. The restaurant is located in the heart of Shinsaibashi, hidden in a mixed-use building, giving off a cozy and intimate vibe. The interior is clean and warm with a counter and semi-private rooms. Each seat has USB and power outlets, making it a comfortable space. Here's what I ordered: - Charcoal-grilled liver, the flavor and texture are amazing, a must-order. - Charcoal-grilled Soriles, moist and delicious with a perfect chewy texture. - Charcoal-grilled aged thigh meat, bursting with flavor with every bite, incredibly delicious. - Red pork belly sushi, looks delicious and tastes even better. - Yakitori (grilled chicken) such as seseri, bonjiri, and chicken red hormone, all delicious with the chicken red hormone being a must-order. - Charcoal-grilled mixed vegetables, flavorful and delicious. - Cheese tsukune with plenty of cheese and a creamy egg yolk, irresistible. - Yakitori bowl, full of delicious grilled chicken, absolutely amazing. - Original Häagen-Dazs cookie & cream with Oreo, a delicious dessert to end the meal. The dishes were all delicious and reasonably priced, which is why the restaurant is always nearly full. In the bustling district of Shinsaibashi, at the back of a building housing various establishments including snack bars, a group of eight people visited. We passed through a long counter to reach the table at the very back. The interior had a slightly dim light from downlights, creating a calm atmosphere. Customers varied from young to elderly, and we started with a toast of beer. As it was a yakitori restaurant, we enjoyed dishes like chicken sashimi, grilled chicken offal, chicken skewers, and chicken nanban, all of which were delicious. We also tried a salad made with a type of pork called "Akabuta," which had a rich flavor. The grilled edamame beans were also tasty. The staff, mostly young students, served our drinks promptly and made us feel comfortable. The drink menu included beer, shochu, sour cocktails, highballs, and sake, with even high-end sparkling wine priced over 100,000 yen available. We had a pleasant time. Thank you for the meal.

In Shinjo, a famous yakitori restaurant that everyone knows opened in Shinsaibashi on June 7th! I had yakitori alone and it was amazing. You can enjoy high-quality authentic yakitori at Le Bonheur. Each skewer is carefully prepared and grilled over Binchotan charcoal. In addition to yakitori, they also recommend Miyazaki's specialty "Aged Charcoal-Grilled Chicken Thigh" and rare items like "Soriresu Seared Yakitori", limited quantities of Miyazaki chicken sashimi, and liver rare grilled. The recommended menu items are Charcoal Aged Chicken Thigh, Soriresu Seared Yakitori, Charcoal Grilled Liver, Red Pork Belly Sushi, Charcoal Grilled Assorted Vegetables, etc. You should definitely try the Charcoal Aged Chicken Thigh, it has a great texture and delicious flavor.
