We were able to have a relaxing meal in a private room. The atmosphere was great and the food was incredibly delicious. I never thought blowfish could taste so good in the summer, but they used amazing ingredients.

I cannot provide photos as this is for work purposes. Since it's a year-end party, we're having a little luxury with fugu! Looking at the all-you-can-drink menu, I see they have Dassai and Nabeshima on the sake menu! From the second glass onwards, it's fugu sashimi with sake! A cold fin sake was served as an aperitif. The cold fin sake, soaked in fugu broth, was delightful. It was a shame that I couldn't reach that level with other sake. The fried chicken and the hot pot with porridge were of course delicious. Fugu is good once a year, isn't it? (^^)

The fugu sashimi was deliciously fresh. The tessa and karaage were both excellent. The cold fin sake was unique and refreshing. The attentive service from the modest owner was also wonderful.

The fin sake was amazing. They poured so much alcohol into a beautiful glass decanter. The fugu sashimi was also delicious and had a nice crunchy texture.

It's been a while since I had fugu! As usual, or rather, even more than usual, I forgot to take photos (;_;) This was probably because not only did I have beer, but also fugu fin sake. It tends to make you a bit tipsy... It was delicious, but I ended up drinking quite a bit that day... Maybe because it was so tasty, I ended up drinking a lot...>_< I enjoyed various fugu dishes that day, although I don't remember all of them clearly. The ones I do remember are: Tataki (sliced raw fugu), fried fugu, hot pot, and the rice porridge at the end. The restaurant is quite easy to find, especially if you check Google Maps. It's located on the second floor of a building, and the interior is bright and clean. Now, onto the food - it was simply delicious! The Tataki had a great texture and flavor, and the fried fugu was one of my favorites. It was full of meat and had a rich taste. It paired perfectly with beer! We had a great time drinking and chatting, and it was a wonderful dining experience. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the delicious meal.

If you want to eat fugu in Hakata, this place is the best. The master is a nice person and you can enjoy with peace of mind. The fugu is delicious and the service is excellent. After seeing a bill of 68,000 yen at Isshin Sushi in Miyazaki, it is even more soothing. It is a highly recommended restaurant for studying business.

This is a restaurant near Akasaka Post Office where you can enjoy delicious fugu at a reasonable price. This time, I had the pleasure of enjoying fugu dishes with my colleagues from the same industry who gather once a month, just like last year. The meal started with small fugu dishes, followed by fugu sashimi, fugu tempura, and fugu hot pot course. All this for around 5000 yen, so the cost-performance ratio is excellent. The members who attended were enjoying sake, but unfortunately, I had to refrain from drinking this time as I was in charge of the bill.

I was introduced to this restaurant on a certain FM Fukuoka program and I really wanted to go there! The sashimi and sake were delicious. It's just right for women, but men may find it a bit lacking. I went with a friend and I was the only one drinking, so being able to choose a plan with all-you-can-drink for just one person was very convenient and appealing!

This is a restaurant near Akasaka Post Office where you can enjoy delicious fugu at a reasonable price. I used it for a dinner party with colleagues in the same industry that meets once a month. As we headed towards the entrance of the restaurant on the second floor after climbing the stairs, the lovely sign of the restaurant welcomed us. The restaurant was relocated to this location last autumn in 2015, and it still maintains a fresh and clean Japanese-style feel in the bright interior. There were nearly 20 people on this day, so we had a private party for the dinner party. The price was set at 6,000 yen, including drinks, by the organizer. The first dish to start with was fugu sashimi. We had a toast with rosé sparkling wine. Each person had a plate of fugu sashimi placed on the table, which was the first fugu sashimi of the season. Since we had fugu sashimi, I decided to try the fin sake as my drink. The next fugu dish was fried fugu, which we enjoyed with matcha salt that was served. Then came the grilled fugu, sprinkled with chili peppers, giving it a spicy kick that goes well with alcohol. From here, it was time for the warming fugu hot pot. The first pot arrived already boiling with ingredients, and we dipped the fugu and cabbage in ponzu sauce before eating. Once we finished the first pot ingredients, we added new ingredients and waited for it to boil again. When the vegetables and fugu boiled again, we started the second round of hot pot. After finishing the hot pot, it was time for the finishing touch - a delicious porridge. If you felt the porridge lacked saltiness, you could adjust it by adding ponzu sauce. The porridge was light and easy to eat with a small amount of rice. Finally, we had a cold yuzu yogurt-flavored sherbet for dessert, and the dinner party ended. It was a blissful fugu-filled feast with not only torafugu but also magurofugu. Thank you, Owner Ida, for the delicious dishes.
