It's understandable that the store itself has aged over the years, but it would be better if they could be more thorough with cleaning and not use duct tape to fix broken areas. The overall impression is that the restaurant looks a bit dirty, which made me wonder if the food is okay.

I love the drink bar at "Steak no Don" so much. I used to not care much for family restaurants, but my perspective on them has changed in the past 3 years. At "Steak no Don", you can order the daily lunch menu on weekends and holidays until 5 pm. If you make a reservation and go, you can get the daily lunch menu plus the drink bar for ¥1111. The first time only, if you add "Steak no Don" as a friend on LINE, you can get the drink bar for free or get free ice cream or potatoes, which is a fantastic privilege. The lunch is served on a hot iron plate, so you can enjoy the sizzling sound when you pour the sauce on it. There are two types of sauce, but mixing them is recommended. The amazing thing about "Steak no Don" is that you can have unlimited refills of rice and bread. Every time, warm bread is brought to you (I'm the type who always leaves some bread uneaten, but the other day I found out that the person at the nearby table got three refills of bread, so it turns out that you can have unlimited refills of bread). The most amazing thing is the drink bar. There is only orange juice, but it is placed in a pitcher. There used to be grape juice as well, but it might be part of the daily rotation. There are various types of delicious vinegar and carbonated water. It's rare for a family restaurant to have slices of fresh lemon, so you can enjoy vinegar before and after your meal. The content of the daily lunch menu on Saturdays is the best. The orange juice mixed with vinegar is also delicious. It's great that you can try a little bit of each type. The drink bar at "Steak no Don" is truly the best. I visit about once a month (laughs). I will revisit in a week. The lunch set with a 120g cut steak, normal and Japanese-style, is ¥1309. I selected a special menu for the year-end and New Year holidays, which included a Triple Combo for 1628 yen with rice, bread, and soup bar, and a coarse-ground hamburger 180g & sausage for 1738 yen. My partner had the daily special, while I had a steak for around 1500 yen, but I forgot the name of the dish. Overall, the meat was not processed, and the way it was cooked was good, but unfortunately it was tough. The menu mentioned an apron, but it was actually a napkin. The soup was onion and seaweed, and honestly the meat wasn't delicious, but the rice was good. Thank you for the meal.

My partner requested a meat dish, so we had an early dinner at "Steak House Don". This chain offers lunch until 5:00 PM. Dinner: I wasn't very hungry so I added the free drink bar through a LINE message with my Ebidorai friends. There were a lot of shrimp in the Ebidorai dish! The rice portion was small, but the shrimp made up for it. As a shrimp lover, I was very satisfied. My son and husband enjoyed the hamburgers. They sizzled on the hot plate and looked delicious!

The nearby cafe was closed so I changed my lunch plans. I had an early lunch at 11:30. The lunch menu was a good deal. I added a salad. The chicken and hamburger were surprisingly big. Today's dinner was from "Steak Don" Nakamozu branch. I had the Rib Steak 300g for ¥2060. The steak came with free refills of soup and rice, all for just ¥2060!
