While waiting, more and more customers kept coming in. For an additional ¥150, you could get a drink after the meal, but I decided to just stick with the set as it seemed a bit busy. The food was served in about 7-8 minutes. The shrimp fry had the head on and a nice firm texture. The crab cream croquette had a crispy coating and was very delicious. The rice and miso soup that came with the meal were also great. I didn't feel the need to add any extra seasonings as it was perfect as is. If this place was closer, I would definitely come back. However, when I opened the door, I was pleasantly surprised to find a stylish and cozy café-like interior with white walls and wooden tables and chairs. Despite my initial hesitation, I decided to try the "Crab Cream Croquette & Shrimp Fry Set," which was a popular menu item at the restaurant. The shrimp fry, about 150mm from head to tail, had a firm texture and a sweet flavor, with a crispy breaded coating that was satisfying to bite into. The handmade crab cream croquette, made with snow crab, had a smooth texture and a delicious crab flavor. The rice and soup were also delicious and satisfying. The addition of myoga (Japanese ginger) on shredded cabbage showed thoughtfulness towards boosting appetite and preventing summer fatigue.
