They fill the cream after you order, which is a sign of a good shop! The pie crust is crispy and definitely worth more than 100 yen! I recommend both of them. The location might be a bit difficult for parking, but it's definitely worth a visit. The cakes were almost sold out. The lady at the shop provided very polite customer service and left a great impression. She is expecting a child, so I silently pray for the health of her future child.

Recently opened in Chojyu, "Patisserie Maillot Blanc" is located where "Bar Day-Break" used to be! It seems like they have relocated nearby, so that place is also intriguing. The exterior and interior atmosphere are different. The showcase has a stylish feel, with lighting from below creating a fashionable display. The two owners seem to be a married couple. Inside the shop, there are cycling wear and drink bottles on display. When I asked, I found out that they enjoy cycling. A cake shop and cycling, an unexpected combination, interesting! I bought various items to bring to a friend's house. The fig tart using "Toyo-mitsuhime" figs was delicious. The pumpkin Mont Blanc was also very tasty. And the orange chocolate mousse was rich and smooth, a flavor I really liked. Additionally, this shop offers a system called "Choux Cream Delivery Service"! They have three options: "Gentle Choux Cream" for 150 yen, "Chou Parisien" for 200 yen, and "Plump Eclair-san" for 230 yen. They offer delivery for orders over 1000 yen. All of them looked delicious!
