We were taken to a restaurant that this couple who loves Hawaii always visit. They offer courses, but we ordered a la carte: Seafood Platter, Wolfgang Salad, Lobster Bisque, and Premium T-Bone Steak. The Seafood Platter was served on ice, very cold and fresh. The shrimp and crab were firm and delicious. The sauce was like ketchup, I thought there could be other sauces that would go better with it. Even though we ordered a la carte, they brought out the salad and soup on separate plates, just like in a course meal. We didn't know that they wouldn't bring out the meat until we finished the salad and soup, so the meat was quite delayed. The Lobster Bisque was rich but didn't have a strong fishy smell, which made it really tasty. I wanted more bread but missed the timing. The round bread was really good. Finally, the awaited meat arrived sizzling on the plate. The staff served it for us. The meat was tender and juicy, even though it was rare. It wasn't fatty and was incredibly delicious. I usually don't like fatty meats, but both the sirloin steak and filet were so tender and juicy. The creamed spinach side dish was also delicious. It would be nice to have a bit more space between tables as they are quite close together.

I came to this restaurant because I wanted to eat their T-bone steak. It was amazing as expected. The meat quality was great, not too fatty, and it felt like they were truly pursuing the essence of the meat. I also ordered lotus root as an additional dish, and for the first time, I found lotus root to be delicious. I want to come back again.

I ordered a la carte. It's a style where you can order as much as you like of your favorite items. I didn't even look at the menu, haha. I wanted to eat meat that day, so I focused on meat dishes. Thick cuts of meat are best for steak! There's a goodness that you can't find in yakiniku. Well, my friends were eating fish, haha. The T-bone steak allows you to enjoy both the fillet and sirloin cuts, which is great. Both are delicious, but personally, I found the fillet to be tender and more delicious. I always make sure to order the Lobster Bisque! It's a portion meant for sharing between two people, but I always have it all to myself. It's so delicious that I can't share it! If you don't dislike shrimp, I highly recommend ordering this dish. The Caesar salad comes with bacon topping. Normally, it doesn't come with bacon. This is the full-size portion, haha. You can share it or get a half-size portion. The staff's service is excellent, and the atmosphere is great, so it's a favorite restaurant of mine. By the way, during early hours, you can enjoy happy hour at the bar counter. There are also menu items that are only available at the bar. I'll share more about that next time. Lately, I've been using bars for meetups a lot, but it's been a while since I came here to eat properly. There are staff who can speak English, so I think it's reassuring for foreign visitors. The staff are friendly and considerate, truly living up to the Wolfgang name. If you let them know in advance, they will also celebrate your birthday with a birthday plate or a song. You can also request this during bar use, but honestly, the reception staff's service has always been disappointing, but once you're inside, the staff are professional. I had a Kirin Ichiban Shibori draft beer. Asahi wasn't available (sad). There were four types of draft beer, but I only had Kirin (I think the others were Hoegaarden White and such, but I didn't order them as I didn't know the taste of foreign beers). As you can see from the glass, it was very cold and delicious! Depending on the location, the view varies, so if you're particular about it, it's better to communicate your preferences when making a reservation. Previously, I had a seat with a view outside, but this time, I was seated at the back, where the ambiance of the restaurant was more noticeable than the view. The restrooms are separate for men and women and very clean. Mouthwash, cotton swabs, and hand soap are provided at the sink, and there's also a deodorizer like Febreze inside the restroom. However, the lighting was dim, so I couldn't see which manufacturer it was from. Thank you for the delicious meat and wonderful time!

I went straight from Fukuoka Airport. Despite making a reservation on Tabelog, the restaurant did not have the reservation information. It was empty, so it turned out fine, but... I ordered the aged T-bone steak lunch course. The quality was stable, as expected from Wolfgang's. In a way, I think it's very valuable to be able to casually drop in when you feel like eating T-bone. Hang in there, Fukuoka store!

I used a private room for lunch at a price of 9900 yen for a sirloin course. Despite being sirloin, it had little fat and was delicious. Salad and bread were refillable. Coffee, black tea, and herbal tea were available, and you could choose your own loose leaf tea for hot tea, which was Mighty Leaf.

A restaurant inside the Grand Hyatt. The meat dishes seemed like something out of an American drama or movie, very filling and made my jaw tired from chewing. The salad with shrimp and tomatoes was delicious. Personally, I think I prefer Japanese beef.

I visited for lunch around 2:00 PM, so it was relatively empty. I ordered a Caesar salad and a Loco Moco. The Loco Moco was very filling with 280 grams of meat. It was delicious.

This is my first time at Wolfgang's in Fukuoka. It's a bit pricey, so I don't come here often, but I used a travel support coupon so I decided to give it a try. There is only one lunch course available, which consists of salad and steak only. No soup or dessert. The freshly squeezed orange juice is delicious. I followed the recommendation and ordered my steak medium rare, but I should have gone for rare. I always regret it afterwards. The steak is delicious when it's freshly cooked, but it gets a bit tough towards the end as the heat from the plate transfers. Rare would have been better. However, the portion is American-sized, so you will end up feeling very full. Even if there were desserts available, I wouldn't have been able to fit them in. Just like in Marunouchi and Roppongi, the reception is quite cool. I wonder why that is. I feel like the New York branch is friendlier.

I splurged on the lunch course! The meat was indeed delicious, but it's expensive. The bread, mashed potatoes, and spinach on the side were also carefully prepared. It's a great place to go for a special occasion. The customers were diverse, with some dressed very casually.

The atmosphere of the restaurant serving aged meat for lunch was great, and the staff's service was excellent. However, the quality of the meat was quite poor. It was tough, sinewy, and lacked flavor, almost like it was fresh meat. I heard there can be differences in individual cuts, but I wondered if they failed in the aging process. Other aspects of the service were good, but it was quite a shock that the main meat dish was disappointing.

Located on the first floor of the Grand Hyatt across from Canal City. Before starting using Tabelog, in other words, before visiting high-end restaurants, I used to think every time I went to Canal City that it was a very high-class restaurant and seemed intimidating. This time, during a half-day trip to Fukuoka on a Saturday afternoon, I visited the restaurant for lunch to use up my expiring T-points. Wolfgang's Steakhouse is a "top-notch steakhouse that impresses even the most discerning gourmets" with immense popularity in New York, Waikiki, Miami, Beverly Hills, and more. I ordered the Aged Sirloin Steak Sandwich from the lunch menu (tax included 5,060 yen). Two pieces of bread were brought out first. "Are they giving bread before I eat the sandwich?" I thought to myself (laughs). Then the hearty-looking sandwich arrived, but it was tough to chew and somehow lacked flavor. I couldn't help but wonder, "Is this really aged meat?" The aroma and temperature were disappointing, almost making me sigh in a negative way. "Is this really worth 5,000 yen?" I was disappointed. I tried adding steak sauce, but it was still just average. I thought I would have been happier going to a local steakhouse multiple times or paying more to go to a high-quality meat cuisine restaurant. It might have been better to choose the cheapest option, the Loco Moco or hamburger (tax included 2,640 yen) instead. The service is good, but considering the 10% service charge, it's just average. The interior is clean and has a luxurious feel, but the view outside the window is just Canal's commercial facilities and shoppers. I realized once again that it's better to splurge on a "high-priced but impressive restaurant" or opt for a "cheap but delicious restaurant" or live frugally by cooking at home, rather than going to a "slightly expensive and uninspiring restaurant" like this time. Half-measures are not enough. Card payment is accepted.

★During my stay in Fukuoka, I stayed at the Hyatt and every time I entered or left, I was greeted by a lovely scent. I couldn't resist stopping by. Instead of my usual favorite Hakata yakiniku, I decided to try Wolfgang's this time. The male staff members were very friendly and the service was excellent, making the dining experience very pleasant. I usually order the T-bone steak, but since it only comes with 3 pieces of filet for a 2-person serving, it might be worth ordering the filet as the main dish. They were very generous with the butter, which I love, so I appreciate that. Since I'm from out of town, I couldn't take the bones home this time, but making soup with them is also delicious.

I made a reservation and chose the Loco Moco from the lunch menu. It was a huge portion with a powerful flavor, and the sauce was not too salty. There were plenty of mushrooms under the sunny-side-up egg. The hamburger was cooked perfectly on both sides, maybe in the oven? They recommended it medium rare, and when I cut into the hamburger, I could see the red meat inside. The meat was dense and delicious. I tried the sauce on the table halfway through, it was like a high-quality sweet chili sauce with a mix of acidity, spiciness, and sweetness. The portion was too big, so I ended up leaving some rice. Bread came out later - onion bread and French bread. The onion bread was delicious, warm, fluffy, and had a nice onion aroma. It's their original bread and unfortunately, you can't take it home. The French bread was also tasty, especially with butter. I knew it was American style, but the portion was just too much. Next time, I'll come back for the steak.

Fancy lunch in Hakata! Wolfgang's Steakhouse is a must-try, even though you can find it in Tokyo too. When in Hakata, I always crave Wolfgang's steak. The location inside the Grand Hyatt makes it convenient to access. It's a great option after shopping at Canal City. Everyone knows how delicious Wolfgang's Prime Steak is, cooked on a hot plate. This time, I enjoyed a bottle of wine, a very drinkable Argentine Cabernet at a reasonable price. Be sure to try Wolfgang's steak in Hakata!

It's a bit late, but here is a Christmas review. It's easy when the family says "let's go somewhere!", but finding a cool place to go on the day itself is not easy. Before we knew it, we ended up at our usual go-to place, Wolf. Well, it's a favorite spot so no problem there. This time, we tried ordering a course for the first time. It's nice not having to think about what to order. Lunch can be a bit too bright outside, but it's still a fun place. My wife and I enjoyed some bubbly and got a nice buzz. Thanks for the meal! Afterwards, we had a great time at the Canal game center.

I used it for a year-end party! The variety of drinks at the all-you-can-drink was limited. The meat was really delicious! The taste of the dips is average, I think it complements the taste of the meat. The texture was very good. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was also great.

Celebrating a close friend's birthday. Since they were born on November 29th, we decided to go to Wolfgang's and made a reservation for a course meal, but we were given an a la carte menu instead, which was a bit disappointing since it's a favorite restaurant of ours. We were given a wine list like a dictionary, but since I can't read English, I chose a Pinot based on my instincts. I'm the only one drinking, so I'll savor the bottle without rushing. (Course menu) Seafood platter, additional oysters, Caesar salad, soup of the day, Prime-aged T-BONE steak, mashed potatoes and creamed spinach, birthday plate. The staff sang a birthday song for us, and I love how genuine and embarrassing it is. When I made the reservation over the phone, they asked if we wanted the song or not, but I always choose to have it sung (lol). I'm glad my friend enjoyed it. It's a place I want to go with my loved ones. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I made a reservation for my birthday celebration and visited Wolfgang's for the first time. The atmosphere was great, and it's a perfect restaurant to go with someone you like or someone special. (Course contents) - Seafood platter - Additional oysters - Caesar salad - Soup of the day - Prime aged T-bone steak - Mashed potatoes and creamed spinach - Birthday plate The course meal was so generous in portion that it felt like "this is Wolfgang's, a renowned restaurant!" The Prime aged T-bone steak is a must-try for meat lovers. I definitely want to go back! I thought about taking someone with me. Everyone should definitely try it out!

Today, four of us had a course meal. The atmosphere was special, especially for those who frequent the restaurant. I would rate it as a "bamboo" in terms of quality. I always think I should have ordered dishes individually because I got full with just the soup, and missed out on enjoying the meat dishes. The lobster at the beginning was delicious. The salad was generous in portion, with just the right amount of bacon. I felt that a different soup would have balanced the meal better. The meat was cooked medium rare. The dessert was too much for me to finish. I enjoyed the tea after the meal.
