The miso soup that you order at the end is also delicious! They have a great selection of drinks, especially shochu. The staff are very attentive and make you feel at ease. The seafood was delicious! It was truly a great sushi restaurant. The appetizer had crab sticks in it. I'm not sure if it's because we were in a private room, but I felt that the service was a bit slow. I really liked the atmosphere.

I heard there are various types available, so I'd like to try a different chawanmushi next time. I visited the Fukuoka head office of Tsukiji Sushi Sen located at Panorama Square Hakata B1F in Haruyoshi 3-11-19, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City. It is located underground in a large building on Haruyoshi Avenue. There were quite a few customers, but I was relieved to be seated at a table on the edge. I ordered draft beer, a 5-piece assortment of tuna, fried chicken, deep-fried squid legs, miso soup, and more. I was happy to see that the tuna assortment included real tuna! The seared tuna had just the right amount of fat removed. The squid legs had a slightly thick batter, but the fried chicken was delicious. The miso soup at the end warmed me up nicely! Chain restaurants are great because they maintain a consistent level of quality. It was delicious! Thank you for the meal!

This time, the kotatsu seats were full so we were seated at a table. We ordered: - Namako vinegar - Squid shumai - Sushi: shrimp, flying fish roe, natto roll, Spanish mackerel, squid salted guts (other dishes were eaten by friends) The namako vinegar had a crunchy texture that I love. The sushi was similar to what I had last year, and I realize I haven't really grown in my tastes. Why did I even eat squid salted guts? Next time, I want to try more traditional sushi. A few years ago, I visited "Tsukiji Sushi Sen" in Haruyoshi, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City. Their lunch seafood bowl comes with miso soup, chawanmushi, and salad for 980 yen. The seafood pieces are arranged like dice, creating a beautiful "seafood chirashi" look. The presentation is beautiful, the fish is fatty and delicious. The value for money is excellent. It's hard to believe this isn't rated higher than 3.1 if it's not a chain restaurant. They seem to specialize in natural bluefin tuna, even holding tuna cutting shows. The fact that they are open 24 hours is also surprising.
