This time, we tried the chef's recommended menu. From the visually striking fried chicken to the burgers, garlic shrimp, and more, every dish was delicious. The dishes finished in the Spanish-made charcoal open "Josper" that can smoke and grill simultaneously are exceptional! They bring out the maximum flavor and juiciness of the ingredients, including meat and vegetables that are incredibly tasty. The "carrots" are a must-try. They are so sweet, almost like sweet potatoes, making them undoubtedly the best carrots I've ever had. The dessert French toast is also a must-try. The whipped butter with maple syrup is a perfect match, and the texture is delightfully creamy... you can drink this. An all-day dining experience is available for lunch, dinner, and cafe use! When you enter the store, you will be guided to your table through the wine cellar. It feels like a different space while looking at the stylish wine labels. The space where we were guided was also very nice. It's a perfect space for a date. There were actually many couples. The food, in general, there wasn't anything particularly delicious, but the hospitality of the staff was amazing. The staff who served us may have been special, but their smiles and thoughtfulness were wonderful. I would like to visit again to see that staff.

I heard that a stylish restaurant opened near Daimyo, so I went to visit as an older woman! The interior of the restaurant is amazing! I wonder how much it cost to decorate it? I started with a sparkling wine toast! It was delicious with a refreshing carbonation! For the fish, I had baked sea bream with a spicy sauce that paired perfectly with the sparkling wine! The A5 grade chicken thigh meat was so tender and melted in my mouth, and it was paired with a red wine! The menu also has a variety of appetizers, making it a highly recommended restaurant for women to visit!

Good evening!! It's been a while in Fukuoka, at a commercial facility that includes the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Daimyo. In front of it, there is a large courtyard with a park, quite extravagant! Upon entering, there is a stylish presentation passing through the wine cellar, it's on a different scale. Passing through the cellar, the atmosphere is fashionable and luxurious. Let's start with a toast with a draft beer!! Tuna carpaccio, garlic shrimp, Jamon Serrano, Green Garden Genovese, etc. The shrimp in the garlic shrimp was plump and went well with the alcohol. Beer -> Hakata Mule (ginger). The staff members are knowledgeable and interested in alcohol as well. It was delicious, thank you for the meal (*^^*)

Even though I was too full to eat, I ended up ordering dessert just to stay longer. I understand that it was a busy day off for the restaurant, but I wished they could have let us take our time for at least an hour and a half. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice, and the drinks and food were delicious, but I felt a bit rushed, so I might not choose to go back on my own.

A craft beer and grill restaurant that opened in June on the 1st floor of Daimei Garden City. The interior is quite spacious, probably the largest among the restaurants on the 2nd floor. The concept is to establish "New American" as a new food genre in Kyushu. I chose the "Shrimp and Grilled Tomato Sauce Pasta (1,540 yen)" from the menu. It comes with a salad and a drink. The salad mainly consists of lettuce with a crunchy texture. The dressing is tasty, but a little more would be nice. The pasta is cooked al dente and has a good texture. The shrimp is generously served and looks delicious. The sauce is rich in olive oil with a light tomato flavor, complementing the seafood umami. It's not too heavy, so you can enjoy it without getting tired of the taste. The drink is customizable, and I chose "Iced Coffee," which came in a surprisingly large portion, almost double the size of other places. It's flavorful and delicious, but maybe a bit too much. The pasta with plenty of shrimp filled me up. The "French Toast" here is popular and I'm curious about it, but it's only available after 2 pm, which makes it a bit challenging. But I'll have to try it someday.

I chose the recommended menu items and they were really delicious. Especially the carrots had a sweetness that I had never tasted before, I could eat as many as I wanted! It seems that many people order them together with the meat. The atmosphere is like an overseas shop, and you can have dessert and talk leisurely. Unfortunately, the popular French toast was sold out on that day, so I couldn't try it, but I would like to go back to eat it again.

As the name suggests, this is a place where you can enjoy craft beer and grill dishes. Upon entering, I was impressed by the wine cellar, which was quite a spectacle! The seating area had stylish sofas that looked expensive. I tried dishes such as grilled rockfish, Miyazaki A5 grade wagyu beef thigh, grilled pork shoulder loin, and steamed clam herb soup, all of which were delicious! The rockfish, in particular, was cooked quickly and had a delicate flavor. The ambiance of the restaurant was great, and although the craft beer was good, it made me want to enjoy wine as well. It was a wonderful restaurant experience!

The male waiter seemed to sense that we were there to drink, as he carefully timed bringing our drinks and even casually brought us the wine list. The food was just the right size and delicious. However, there were fewer craft beer options than I had expected, which was a bit disappointing. When we couldn't find the exit and tried to head back to the wine corridor, another staff member, different from the one who had been serving us, smiled and guided us in the right direction (laughs). All the staff members were friendly, and the overall service was pleasant. Although the craft beer selection was not extensive, the wine list seemed quite extensive and reasonably priced, so my friend and I agreed that we would like to come back for dinner next time. Feeling disappointed, I decided to order the Craft Burger and the Beef Ragu (with extra large portion for an additional 600 yen). Both dishes were delicious, and the salad was automatically included. The atmosphere reminded me of a restaurant in Disneyland that serves alcohol, with the cast members responding with a cheerful "YES" after the leader's call. On June 8th, the "Fukuoka Daimyo Garden City" opened with 18 stores in the commercial and dining area called "Fukuoka Daimyo Garden City Biosquare", with "The Ritz-Carlton Fukuoka" set to open on the 21st. I had planned to visit later, but upon learning that a favorite Italian restaurant from Ginza, Tokyo, "RESTAURANT DAZZLE" and its affiliated restaurant "THE CRAFT Bar and Grill" had opened in the area, I decided to visit. The restaurant had over 100 seats and being the second weekend since opening, it was expected to be crowded. The atmosphere was cozy with terrace seating overlooking the green lawn of the former Daimyo Elementary School. I ordered "The Craft Burger" and "The Pastrami Sandwich" to share, both of which were delicious with their unique flavors and textures. The dessert, French toast, was also delightful. The service was excellent, and I enjoyed a pleasant 3-hour dining experience.

I arrived a little after 11 am, the usual opening time, and there was already a line forming. It seems like making a reservation would make things smoother. I had the Craft Burger set for 1500 yen, which comes with a salad and a soft drink. The burger also comes with fries and pickles. I also enjoyed a Stella Artois beer for 650 yen. The only downside is that there is no restroom inside the restaurant, so you have to go to the 2nd floor of the building. Since we were drinking a lot... the restroom was a bit inconvenient.

I started with a refreshing draft beer, which is brewed by the company itself in Kanagawa and delivered directly from their brewery in Minato Mirai. The beer was great! I ordered a la carte since there was no lunch menu that day. The bruschetta with roasted tomatoes and mascarpone was delicious, as well as the one with mascarpone and caramelized onions. The clam herb soup was impressive with large clams and a flavorful herb broth. The strawberry and burrata caprese was sweet and soft, and the A5 Miyazaki beef thigh meat was flavorful and tender. The Itojima pork shoulder loin was also tasty with a good amount of fat and a nice texture. The mozzarella mashed potatoes were creamy and hot. Although I didn't have much time that day, I would love to visit again and enjoy the food leisurely. I had a delicious meal, thank you.

This time, focusing on recommended dishes, we ordered the famous French toast for dessert. First, attracted by the name, we ordered the Lobster Deviled Egg. It was a bite-sized dish with lobster pieces on top of the egg. A simple dish, perfect as a snack. We also ordered the Craft Green Salad, a voluminous American-style salad with cherry tomatoes, oranges, lettuce, roast beef, roast chicken, and other ingredients. The salad allowed us to enjoy the deliciousness of the meat, and the carrot sauce was also delicious on its own. The Garlic Shrimp had a strong spicy flavor that complemented alcoholic drinks well. The large shrimp had a firm texture and was a dish worth recommending if you enjoy shrimp. For the main dish, we ordered the Spicy Mao Chicken made with Arita chicken. As advertised, it was quite spicy. If you're not a fan of spicy food, we recommend ordering the original fried chicken. The crispy coating was generously seasoned with spices, and the juicy chicken inside was tender with varying textures depending on the part. Another dish that pairs well with alcohol. To finish off the spicy meal, we ordered the dessert - the French toast that had been featured on TV. The French toast with plenty of whipped butter arrived on a hot plate, and after drizzling maple syrup, it was ready to eat. The thick French toast was soaked in egg mixture, resulting in a creamy texture inside, while the surface was crispy and fragrant. It was one of the best French toasts we had ever tasted. We will definitely order it again on our next visit. The atmosphere is great, the variety of drinks is extensive, and with sofa seating available, it's a fun place for groups of 4-5 people.

If you go for lunch at off-peak hours, you can get a table without waiting. I ordered the Craft Burger for 1500 yen, which comes with a salad and a choice of drink during lunchtime. The salad had a miso dressing which tasted fresh, and I opted for a hot coffee as my drink. The Craft Burger consisted of a patty, lettuce, onion, tomato, cheese, and some kind of aurora sauce. It also came with fried potatoes and cucumbers on the side. It was quite filling and personally, I really enjoyed the fried potatoes. The hot coffee was also delicious, so I decided to get a refill for an additional 200 yen. Overall, the atmosphere is cozy, the prices are surprisingly reasonable, and I highly recommend this place.

The beer is huge!! I thought it was expensive at 1000 yen, but then I saw the size of it! Of course it's 1000 yen! haha It's not cheap for Fukuoka, but the customer service is good and the food is delicious. I underestimated it a bit. The customer service, from the receptionist to the bartender, to the person who showed us to our seats, was great. I wonder if they have assigned seating? The person in charge of our table was also very good, so we had a pleasant experience from start to finish! It seems like they have good training in place. Even the kitchen staff had loud greetings like "welcome" and "thank you" which made us feel energized! Thank you! We were able to order from the a la carte menu starting at 3pm, and our server discreetly recommended the chef's special of the day, so we went for it.
