It was just really bad... When I looked it up, it seems to be affiliated with Eikokuya, and it tasted like instant food. I won't be going back. The woman with the name tag, Hirata? Hirayama?, was very unfriendly. Also, the cafe au lait was served with spilled on the plate. It was unacceptable for a department store.

After various lunch plans fell through, I ended up at Cafe DUKE in Osaka Umeda, passing by the line for Hermes. I ordered the Toast Mix Sandwich and a blended coffee.

While shopping, I planned to have tea but ended up being drawn to a tempting set: "Scallop and Shrimp Doria & Sandwich Set" with iced tea. The Doria was delicious and piping hot, and the iced tea was brewed with the tea leaves in a pot until the sand timer ran out, then poured over plenty of ice. The aroma was truly different. The atmosphere in the department store was very quiet, and I was able to relax and enjoy my meal. Thank you for the delicious food!

Three of us wanted to chat leisurely, so we went to Café Duke on the 6th floor. They offer light meals and cakes as well. We were undecided between getting the waffle set, but all three of us ended up choosing the Japanese-style waffle. It cost 1430 yen and even had warabi mochi on top. The waffles were crispy and freshly baked, served with two pieces on a plate. The coffee was delicious and you could have refills, which was a nice service. The café has a luxurious atmosphere where you can relax and feel like you're in a high-end setting.

On a regular day around 12:30, it was quiet and seemed like a relaxed atmosphere. But around 13:30, the customers started pouring in and the place quickly became full! Many women with department store paper bags were chatting and the atmosphere became lively. The tables were low and spacious, with very comfortable chairs. - Chiffon Cake Set for about 1200 yen - Chiffon Cake: A chiffon cake with just the right amount of sweetness and light cream. It was quite filling. - Iced Tea: I think it was Earl Grey. It was delicious without any bitterness. Thank you for the meal.

I arrived at the restaurant just in time for the last order at 18:25, as they only serve 20 limited edition strawberry parfaits until tomorrow, 4/7. Due to the new coronavirus, they are operating with shortened hours until 19:00, with the last order being at 18:30. The strawberry parfait costs ¥1,980. The restaurant is located on the 6th floor, surrounded by high-end brand shops, which feels a bit out of place. Despite the challenges of getting there, I was able to enjoy the almost private dining experience with the delicious strawberry parfait. The strawberries had a firm texture and there was a generous amount, along with ice cream, whipped cream, custard cream, and strawberry syrup, creating a delightful combination.

When I first came, I didn't know and arrived at 7:00 pm, so of course, it was closed. Today, I arrived at 18:25, just 5 minutes before the last order, and confirmed they have a limited 20 servings of strawberry parfait for ¥1,980 before entering. The 6th floor is full of high-end shops, so it felt out of place and quite a hassle to get to this shop. As expected of being on this floor, the cafe feels more like a salon than a casual cafe, very luxurious. The amount and quality of strawberries in the parfait are top-notch. There is a whole strawberry on top, and inside the glass, there are thick slices of strawberries all around, probably using 14-15 strawberries in total. The strawberry flesh is bright red, with a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. Inside, there is whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, custard cream, and strawberry compote. There are no cornflakes or cereal-like toppings. It's delicious. I want to come back again before April 7th.

It's filled with plenty of strawberries! It's irresistible! Priced at 1980 yen, the atmosphere of the cafe is luxurious. The strawberries are very juicy and delicious. The parfait contains plenty of whipped cream and ice cream. Personally, I think the ice cream is close to condensed milk, a milky flavor that goes well with strawberries, but it's a bit different... considering the price, I felt that the cream elements had a more common taste! I'm sorry (>_<) It's just my personal opinion. But when you want to indulge in plenty of strawberries, this cafe is a good choice!

It's been a while since I visited Hankyu Department Store ^_^ My friend recommended an exhibition of cute costumes from around the world at the National Museum of Ethnology collection. The costumes were really cute and lovely! But exhibitions can be tiring, you know. Before that, I went to see my mother and then came here by taking the loop line from Tamatsukuri to Umeda. And now, I have to go back to Tamatsukuri by car and drive for 3 hours to my house in Kyoto! I need to take a little break. Inside the Hankyu store, I went to the café because it was hot and I was sweating, so I got an iced coffee. And since I was feeling relieved, I added a chestnut chiffon cake (#^.^#). Just when I thought I was relaxed, they asked me if I wanted a coffee refill. What?! A refill! Half please. And then they brought a new glass with half coffee, half milk, and even syrup, along with a fresh hand towel. The female staff were all elegant and provided courteous service. Feeling refreshed, it's time to head back home! It was a long-awaited review of the restaurant inside Hankyu Department Store (laughs).

I took a break from shopping at this café. The interior is luxurious and exudes a sense of high-end atmosphere... But when I looked at the menu, all the items were reasonably priced and I was happy! The Halloween limited edition waffle was a dish where you can fully enjoy sweet potatoes and pumpkins♪ The waffle was on the moist side, right? The tableware also had a luxurious feel, which personally got me excited ⸜❤︎⸝‍ The fluffy sofa seats are comfortable and relaxing ⸜( ॑꒳ ॑ )⸝ Thank you for the meal!

The seasonal limited edition mango parfait was delicious. The mango chunks and ice cream had a strong mango flavor. The combination of vanilla ice cream, sponge cake, yogurt sauce, and mango sauce provided a variety of textures and flavors, keeping it interesting until the last bite. I would love to try a parfait with a different fruit next time.

This is a cafe on the 6th floor of Hankyu Department Store. After looking at the clocks, I took a break here. The menu is the same as Eikokuya, so I thought it might be related, and it turns out it is an Eikokuya-affiliated cafe! I couldn't find chiffon cake though... I wonder if it's just a coincidence that many Eikokuya-affiliated cafes don't have chiffon cake after COVID, or if they just don't make it. The cafe has an open atmosphere, but the service from the staff was not very good. Despite being a department store cafe, the service was below expectations. Thank you for the meal.
