[Completely Non-Smoking] 10/24/2021, a little after 6 pm, First Visit I had been curious about this place for a while, but I had been consciously avoiding it because I didn't want to go alone. By chance, the person I was with was also interested, so it was the perfect opportunity to try out this high-end Genghis Khan restaurant. After enjoying the delicious meat, we decided to stop by here as well. The restaurant was quite busy, even on a Sunday, and the stylish interior is perfect for a date or a girls' night out. The seating charge was 2,796 yen, and we also ordered two happy hour drinks for 600 yen. The drink all-you-can for a low price was included in the seating charge, which was a good deal. The drinks were delicious, so it was worth it. We ordered 5 steamed oysters for 1,580 yen and fried gnocchi for 390 yen. We toasted with beer, which was a Premium Malt and very tasty. The fried gnocchi had a mysterious sweetness to it - I wonder if they mix sugar in the batter along with salt and pepper before frying it. It was delicious and would probably go well with various types of alcohol. As for the steamed oysters, I actually don't like to eat oysters as a drinking snack, but I prefer to eat them on their own (scallops, surf clams, and Japanese pearl oysters too). By the way, I don't need alcohol for sushi either. I can't remember what the drink I had was, but it seemed to be a mix of Premium Malt and mandarin orange, which I really liked and could drink countless glasses of. I would like to come back alone next time and just drink that (・ω・) ♬ In any case, the menu had plenty of meat dishes that caught my eye, so this is a restaurant I would like to visit with someone else as well.

It was really great. The food, drinks, service, and atmosphere of the restaurant were all excellent. We visited for my son's birthday and it was a perfect place for a surprise celebration. It's definitely worth more than the price. I want to go back again and again. The food was delicious no matter what we ordered. The staff were kind and good-looking.

I had the Egg Benedict Carpaccio, a specialty item only available at SACHI, from my favorite Sachi-san. The scallops were amazing! I also had the 3L size option for the oysters, which were delicious. The SACHI special assorted plate was great, and I chose the crispy pizza. The beef steak was a rare cut and very tasty. The milk gelato for dessert was so good that I ended up eating about 5 of them. The course menu was a good deal with a variety of seafood and meat options. The drink selection was diverse, including a wine buffet. There was also a gelato buffet, so anyone with a sweet tooth would be satisfied. The taste and service were top-notch. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

I was intrigued by this elegant-looking restaurant in October 2021. The interior is bright and spacious, with a lovely atmosphere. They also offer all-you-can-drink. As for the food, the steamed oysters were delicious with large, juicy meat. The fried gnocchi was also fantastic and I want to try making it at home! The gnocchi is deep-fried and served with a mustard and hatch miso sauce that is so addictive. I definitely want to visit again.

I visited a restaurant for the first time for dinner today. They have a wide variety of wines by the glass, with 10 types each of red and white. It's fun to be able to choose different wines by the glass. I tried five different types of white wine, and they were all light and delicious. For food, I had smoked herring cream cheese, crab cream croquette, pasta, and fried chicken, all of which paired well with the wine and were delicious. Despite enjoying wine and food, the bill was reasonable, which was great. Thank you for the meal!

The previous places weren't particularly great, but there's something about the atmosphere here that I like. Maybe it's because I've been enjoying rural drinking experiences lately, like in Enbetsu or Nakashibetsu. It's not that I'm comparing them to Susukino or other main areas, but I think it's nice to drink in places that are not the usual spots. We're heading to the third place now, and this time my wife chose an Italian bar-like place. It's a bit of a walk, but we found the place on a corner. We climbed up to the second floor, and the spacious interior was filled with the voices of young people. We sat at the counter and ordered a beer, which was Sapporo Premium. It was decently tasty. We had to choose from four types of appetizers, and my wife went for the "Tomato Western-style root vegetable stew" while I chose the "Octopus and something with basil." After the beer, we ordered wine, and my wife made the selection. It wasn't a full-bodied wine, but it was quite good. We also ordered "Butter soy sauce grilled tsubu" for 200 yen, which was surprisingly cheap. It came with two pieces of blue tsubu on a plate. We also had our usual "Iburi Gakko and cream cheese," which was delicious. The blue tsubu was quite cheap, at 100 yen per piece, and although the color wasn't great, the taste was decent. We ended up ordering more because it was so tasty. The staff were very friendly, making the experience even better. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, especially considering how affordable it was. The total bill came to just under 4,000 yen."

Casual Italian restaurant. The roast beef and sea urchin roll with cheese inside had no sea urchin flavor. A bit pricey at around 400 yen per piece. The sea urchin cold pasta was also disappointing as the sea urchin flavor was lacking. I just want to eat regular pasta. The Quattro Formaggi pizza was delicious when drizzled with honey. The Carpaccio was the best dish. It looked good and the flavors varied with yuzu pepper or ginger, masking the fishy taste and making it delicious. The roast beef had an overcooked taste.

I had a drinking party with members who share the same hobby. The location was at the intersection of Route 12 and Atsubetsu Chuo-dori, right under the JR overpass, making it stand out yet inconspicuous. The staff warmly welcomed us as soon as we entered the restaurant. The interior had a vibe of an Italian bar, serving Western-style dishes in a casual dining setting. We started with Carpaccio, followed by Fish & Chips, Steamed Oysters, Foie Gras with Mashed Potatoes, Pizza, Roast Beef, and finally, ice cream. The drink menu was extensive, with a variety of options for whiskey and wine. The staff's service was excellent, and we enjoyed a pleasant time throughout the course. I regret not visiting this place sooner and would love to come back again in the future.

I arrived late but still enjoyed the variety of dishes and drinks. The lemon sour was refreshing, and the large fish fry was a standout. I struggled with the ginger in the second drink, so I switched to sparkling wine. I vaguely remember ordering desserts and enjoying steamed oysters. Overall, it was a fun night with friends, and I look forward to using the coupons again for another gathering. The atmosphere and staff were great, but the "handsome staff" sign remains a mystery.

The Hokkaido Seared Ginger-Soy Marinated Mackerel for 580 yen was seared using a burner in front of us. The mackerel was tender and flavorful. New Sapporo drinking. After "Tantanmen Rikyu" and "Subleed", it was "Bistro SACHI". I visited after making a reservation around 8:30 pm on Friday. 90% full, crowded with many young people. We were seated at a 6-person table, starting with 4 people, and one person joined a little later. Free drink for 100 minutes for 1280 yen per person with a mandatory order of 2 items per person. Wine is self-poured buffet style. I poured a lot and ended up drinking too much (^^;). There are 4 types of optional appetizers served in mini glasses, very stylish. For the orders, we had the Meat Tapas Platter for 1280 yen, a beautifully arranged tapas platter that made me happy just by looking at it. Fish & Chips for 620 yen, we had to order it when it's available. Crispy Margherita for 680 yen, Seared Garlic Mackerel for 580 yen, both were delicious. Steamed Oysters for 390 yen x4, we ordered these to meet the 2 items per person requirement. Plant Pot Pudding for 480 yen, Homemade Tiramisu for 480 yen, both were very cute and delicious. There was a small bell on the table, when you ring it, a staff member magically appears. Despite the lively atmosphere, the staff respond promptly to the bell. Every dish and drink were beautifully and creatively presented, which made the experience enjoyable. It was a very fun night out in New Sapporo, and that's a wrap. Thanks to the organizer, Izuchan. Stayed for 2 hours, paid around 3000 yen per person. And as usual, I discreetly took home the leftover fried food.

So, we decided to go to a reliable spot♪ The place we ended up at is a trendy spot in Shinjuku, where we used a coupon from Hot Pepper for a wine buffet with all-you-can-drink for 120 minutes at 1280 yen per person. Since we didn't eat much at the previous place, we had room in our stomachs to enjoy: - Avocado and 10-item Cobb with Aurora sauce, the vegetables were crunchy and the avocado was a bit scarce - Steamed oysters, slightly overcooked - Port town carpaccio with daily fish selection including salmon, octopus, red snapper, striped beakfish, and yellowtail, each with its own seasoning and fresh taste - Meat & tapas platter, a visually appealing dish that would be sufficient for a regular second round of drinks The drink menu included beer, cocktails, and an extensive wine buffet with over 20 types of wine! We even finished a bottle of sparkling wine (^^; I wish we had come here first. **Postscript** The next day, while organizing my wallet, I found a receipt with a 421 yen cover charge that we didn't pay... The atmosphere, taste, and cost performance were all good at this restaurant for a girls' night out. The restaurant is skilled at presenting their dishes well. The clientele seemed to be on the younger side, and it appeared to be a popular choice for workplace welcome and farewell parties.

We used it as a second party. The cheapest bottle was 2,500 yen. It's reasonable. The snacks were a little lacking, but we had a good time drinking!

The restaurant is displaying the award certificate from winning the Izakaya Grand Prix, but the potato chips were burnt and inedible (they were taken away after complaining, but the staff didn't seem to notice). Even when seats became available, the service was slow in taking orders.

Even though the restaurant wasn't full, it took 50 minutes for the pasta to come out, which was a bit long. The taste was average, but the service was good.

The food is okay, but the service is slow. It's disappointing that the dishes and drinks take forever to come out.
