Get off at Hankyu Jusanguchi station... and it's right there. You can tell it's JK Ramen even if it's your first time seeing it, haha. I went inside. There was a touch panel ticket machine. I ordered the soupless ramen with 125g of pork fat for 100 yen and a raw egg for 50 yen, I kept tapping on the screen. I asked for all toppings. Lately, I've been choosing the smallest portion at JK, but it's still a lot (^^;). The default came with a raw egg, should I have gotten quail eggs instead? Oh well, I'll add extra eggs. The pork fat mixed with meat creating a nice greasy feeling. I piled it on generously. The garlic adds a wild and delicious flavor. The pork fat does a great job. I recommend adding the pork fat topping. I was full with 125g. If I had ordered 250g, it would probably have been too much. The staff's service was good, and I definitely want to come back. It's right by the station.

I ordered the mini pork bowl for 1050 yen and a raw egg for 50 yen, totaling 1100 yen. I paid with my SUICA card at the ticket machine. When I arrived on a Saturday afternoon, there were only a few people in line. I bought my meal ticket and waited about 5 to 10 minutes before being seated. The raw egg arrived first, followed by my bowl with garlic and extra vegetables as I requested. The broth had a rich flavor, and I finished everything except for the soup because I ran out of time. Overall, I was very satisfied with the delicious meal and would love to visit again if I have the chance.

The large pork ramen costs 1200 yen. There are various types of Jiro-style ramen, but I like Butayama because the staff are friendly to beginners. The staff are also energetic and nice. The taste is great for those who like Jiro-style ramen. The restaurant is located near the station, but the parking lot is a bit far, so if you go by car, you need to check in advance.

When the store first opened, it was recognized as a popular spot and has been crowded ever since. I had to work on a Saturday, visiting a nearby client in the morning, feeling hungry and looking for a place that opens at 11 am. Among several options, I chose this particular place, but I felt a bit regretful after entering. It was filled with young people and sturdy middle-aged men. Without hesitation, I chose the menu item that seemed the least filling from the ticket machine: Mini Ramen for 850 yen. The small shop had a L-shaped counter with 13 seats, each with a numbered tag in front. Before serving, they asked about the amount of garlic, and I requested a small amount. At the same time, I shouted, "Less vegetables, please!" Hence, the image shows my order. Other guests were ordering with phrases like "Extra everything!" and "More vegetables!" Their bowls looked mountainous, and I was surprised. The soup had a strong flavor, very sour due to the intense pork bone taste. The noodles were thick and chewy, exceeding my expectations. The vegetables (cabbage and bean sprouts) were soft and well-cooked. The thick slices of chashu were tender and delicious. I added some vinegar towards the end to lighten the flavor, but I couldn't finish the soup. Nevertheless, I think it's an amazing ramen. The fact that there are many guests who enjoy this kind of ramen makes me hopeful about the future of Japan. It even made me nostalgic for the light bonito-flavored noodles I had last night, just half a day ago. Thank you for the meal.

Located in front of Juusan station is "Butayama" restaurant. The exterior is bright yellow with red letters that stand out. They offer a hearty ramen with lots of toppings! Exciting! During lunchtime, there was a long line. I waited for about 10 minutes as it was fully packed. For my first visit, I ordered the "small ramen" for 900 yen. Even though it's small, it comes with 250g of noodles and 300g of vegetables, so I feel like it will be very filling! You can customize your ramen by choosing the amount of garlic, vegetables, oil, richness, etc. If I wasn't working, I would have added garlic... The noodles are thick, so it took about 10 minutes to be served. Finally, it arrived. The presentation is impressive. The tender pork slices are about 3cm thick and there are two of them. Delicious! The soup, cooked with plenty of pork and pork bones, has an addictive flavor. Even the small size is quite generous! It's a very satisfying bowl. Thank you for the meal.

Yodogawa-ku, Osaka City. Located right after you exit the Juso East Exit. Tonkazan Juso branch. Inside the restaurant, there is a ticket machine on the right as you enter, and the kitchen in the back left with surrounding L-shaped counter seats. The older brother asks, "Do you want to add garlic mayo?" to the sharp-looking handsome brother. I, as the customer, convey my desire to add it... being the one being raised...
Mini Hiyashi Chuka (1,000 yen) with 125g of noodles. Comes with 2 slices of thick chashu, bean sprouts, cabbage, and carrots. The chashu is unexpectedly thick, but it melts in your mouth! The soup is almost dry, with the desired garlic mayo and soy sauce drizzle. The richness of it all, combined with the bean sprouts and noodles in your mouth. Suddenly, a fierce spiciness attacks your mouth... it's intense for garlic. The volume is just right for a mini size after drinking. The customer next to me exclaims, "I'll have extra everything!" Can't believe it, seriously... Please provide toothpicks.

Recently, a Jiro-style ramen shop opened in the former location of Miyako Ramen. I don't eat it often, but I wanted to try Jiro-style ramen. When I ordered with extra garlic, there was a lot of it and it was intense. I recommend asking for less garlic. I have been to a Jiro ramen shop in Kabukicho before, and I would like to go again if I have the chance. Thank you for the meal.

Today, my colleague Macaroni and I decided to visit Ramen restaurant "Tatezake Juusanhen" for a food battle. We started with a Jiro-style ramen at the first place, where I chose extra pork slices. Despite feeling full, I couldn't resist posting on Tabelog, so we moved on to a fourth place, "Butayama," where I ordered more pork slices. The portions were huge, and I was worried if I could finish it all. Macaroni was already eating fast, so the ramen battle began. The pork slices were tender and delicious, and the noodles had a good texture. Despite feeling a bit overwhelmed by the amount of food, I managed to finish it all. In the end, we conquered Butayama and enjoyed a satisfying meal. Thank you for the feast!

On August 14, 2023, around 2:15 PM, even though I had eaten a small ramen for lunch, I suddenly felt very hungry and couldn't resist... Do you ever feel like that? Well, that's me today. As I was heading towards the station, I saw the words "small ramen". But it looked like a hearty portion. What should I do? I... They also have a mini size... Even the group of girls next to me ordered the small ramen... It would be embarrassing to order the mini size... So, I went with the small size. Oh... Is this considered small? Uh oh... This amount is what I usually call a large serving. From here on, I focused wholeheartedly on eating. Delicious! Surprisingly, it's good! The vegetables are nice! The vegetables make it even better. Huh? There are no more vegetables left. Oh no, I left some char siu towards the end. The char siu is strong... Oh no! Can I finish this? The technique of cutting the char siu into small pieces and eating it! Somehow, I managed to finish it... It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Visited to close out the Sunday. Got the soupless ramen with 250g, less garlic, less vegetables, extra fat and caramelized sauce, and a raw egg. The pork was amazing as always, even though it was from the end part. The seasoning today was fantastic. The fat and flavor matched perfectly, and it disappeared in my mouth with sharpness. Very satisfied.

This was my first time at this restaurant, and it had been a while since I had tried Jiro-style ramen. I had high expectations as I purchased my meal from the ticket machine. After being seated, I waited while sipping water and holding onto the paper receipt that came out of the ticket machine. I watched as others who arrived after me received their ramen one by one. I waited for over 30 minutes, but my ramen never came. It seemed like I had been forgotten, even though I was sitting at the counter. I eventually gave up and asked for a refund, but they hesitated and didn't give me my money back. I insisted that I didn't want the ramen anymore and finally received my refund. Since I never received my ramen, I don't have any photos to share. Two cups of water cost me 950 yen.

I tried the new Jiro-style ramen at Porkyama-san in 13. It operates with a high-tech food ticket system, and I ordered the regular ramen. The noodle portion is 250g, so you can enjoy a substantial amount. I ordered mine with extra garlic, extra vegetables, and extra oil! I wish the vegetables had a bit more flavor though. The staff here is very friendly and energetic. I will definitely come back. Thank you for the meal!

No soup, small size, less garlic, less vegetables. Topped with spicy bamboo shoots. Monster-like deliciousness. They are open all day, so if you come slightly later, you can get in right away. Look at the pork in the photo today. It's fatty and tender, truly amazing pork. I'll only eat this today because it's so rich.

On Friday, as a reward, I tried the Jiro-inspired cold noodles at Butayama Juso Higashiguchi store for the third time. It was really hot today, so I came to have Jiro-style cold noodles. The Jiro-style cold noodles have become famous at Chisato Megane in Tokyo, and some Jiro-style stores also serve them, including Butayama. I ordered the small size cold noodles for 1050 yen, which is 150 yen more expensive than ramen. They asked if I wanted to add garlic mayo, and I chose to add it. I ordered with garlic, vegetables, and extra fat. The thick noodles were cold and had a great texture, and they were mixed with the garlic mayo and the unique Jiro soy sauce, which was really delicious. The default vegetables were shredded cabbage, and the extra vegetables seemed to be bean sprouts. They mixed well with the sauce and tasted delicious. The pork was the usual tasty and meaty kind. Since there was garlic mayo, I didn't need to add much garlic. I was too full and completely satisfied! I will definitely go back again. Thank you for the meal!

Today I had the soupless ramen. I added extra garlic and oil. I chose 125g of noodles. It was my first time trying soupless ramen, and I think it might be my favorite. I always end up stopping by after drinking. It's delicious, but I have to be careful not to get addicted and gain weight. Thank you for the meal!

I'm not sure how to ask for things very well. I waited nervously for someone to talk to me. They put garlic in it. The Abura Meshi, Ramen, and super crispy pork were delicious, my favorite flavors. The noodles were too much at 250g. Next time, I'll try it without the broth. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal!

I visited for lunch on a regular day. There were a few salarymen around. While the customers were mostly male, the staff were energetic women. There was no difficulty entering or mysterious high threshold like with Jiro-style ramen shops. I ordered a small ramen with garlic, and it was just right. The restaurant is part of the Gift group, and the taste is consistent. Once I added the garlic, I couldn't stop slurping. Before I knew it, I had finished it all. It was delicious.

I tried what is known as "Iekei Ramen" for the first time, and it was very easy to eat and delicious. I heard that it's recommended for beginners of Iekei Ramen... I see, I see. You can customize everything such as the amount of vegetables, garlic, and fat, so you can make your own favorite Iekei Ramen. This time, I chose less noodles and garlic, but next time, I might go for less vegetables too...

Easy-to-eat Jiro-style ramen!! Right near Juso Station. Part of the Machida Shoten group. This is the second store in Osaka!! There are many stores in Tokyo and Kanagawa. I visited because I wanted to eat something hearty after work on Friday. It was around 6 pm, but it was almost full. It's popular. I ordered the soup-less small size for 950 yen with extra garlic, vegetables, lots of oil, and "that" (not specified). "That" is probably bonito flakes. The taste is relatively mild compared to other Jiro-style ramen, and the noodles are chewy with a great texture. The extra vegetables seemed a bit less than expected. A raw egg is included by default, which goes well with the dish. The chashu had a meaty taste. I'm full, thank you for the meal.

I suddenly felt like eating Jiro-style ramen, so I went to a popular chain at 11:20 on Sunday. I was curious about the flashy chain and the good reviews. I ordered a small ramen with extra everything (garlic, vegetables, pork fat), extra pork fat, and a raw egg, totaling 1000 yen. The toppings were as expected, with a generous amount of extras. I poured the pork fat over the vegetables and... it was delicious! The cabbage added a nice crunch. The soup was slightly emulsified and became sweeter with the pork fat. The flat noodles were satisfying. The staff were polite and not intimidating, making the atmosphere comfortable even for those unfamiliar with Jiro-style ramen. Thank you for the meal!
