The grilled vegetables absorbed the meat juices, adding to the savory experience. The scallops were plump and delicious with butter soy sauce. Just when we thought we were full, the cold noodles arrived. The refreshing acidity made them easy to eat even when full. For dessert, we had Catalana and the daily gelato, with options like strawberry or blue cheese. I chose the blue cheese, which had a distinct flavor but was not overpowering. A classic meal in a charming brick building, enjoying both beer and fine dining!

The children had their first experience with Genghis Khan BBQ. My daughter and I enjoyed it without any issues, but my wife and son were hesitant due to the unique taste. They ended up eating it with salt and pepper, which they found tastier than the sauce provided. They thought the sauce was too light for their liking, and suggested a sauce with more garlic would be easier to eat. The beer, however, was still delicious.

The Genghis Khan (grilled lamb) had no unpleasant smell and the meat was delicious. It was so good that I ordered additional meat. However, the course alone was satisfying in terms of portion size.

The building had a very luxurious feel and a calm atmosphere, allowing me to enjoy a luxurious lunch while looking at the historical museum building. Now, I ordered the Satisfying! Three Kinds of Genghis Khan Lunch for 2,480 yen, as well as Hokkaido Purple Asparagus for 220 yen and Hokkaido Sweet Potatoes for 270 yen. The restaurant was spacious and clean, with a grand entrance where a sharp male staff member confirmed my reservation and led me to my table. It was a proper restaurant where I, as a solo diner, occupied a large four-person table, allowing me to relax comfortably. Now, looking at the menu, there were some reasonably priced lunch options available on weekdays, but price was not the issue for me. I was already full! After much contemplation, I decided to order the Ezo deer sausage and Hokkaido pork sausage with Sapporo Classic beer. Here, they used robots for serving the dishes. The robots did not bring the dishes to the table, but they carried the dishes from the kitchen to the floor. Their presence was endearing and cute. The sausages and beer were delicious. Despite only ordering two sausages after making a reservation, the floor staff was attentive and provided excellent service akin to a hotel dining experience.
