So I waited with a little hope for a cancellation. 35 minutes later, the same staff member said, "Thank you for waiting," and showed me to a table. He asked, "Can we have the table back in about an hour and a half?" I said, "No, that's not possible. Can we leave in 30 minutes? So bring the food quickly!" I ordered using the touch panel. The conclusion is that all the meat was excellent. The quality of the meat was good, and there was no unpleasant smell. The premium thick-cut tongue was so thick that I initially thought it was a computer mouse. It had a perfect thickness and just the right amount of fat. Most importantly, it was tender. The upper ribs and skirt steak were seasoned with salt. The skirt steak was tender and meaty with no unpleasant smell. When you come to Fukuoka, this is the place where you can eat delicious meat at a reasonable price. The meat was tender and incredibly tasty.
