As it is a new store, it is clean and the atmosphere is a mix of wood and exposed concrete, giving a sense of cleanliness and luxury. It was new and very beautiful. The first floor had a lot of visibility from outside, with counter seats. The stairs were quite steep up to the third floor, maybe because it was a private room. The course meal was served at a relaxed pace. The tempura and sashimi were delicious! There was a variety of soy sauce and salt. The eel was cold. I forgot to take photos of the rice porridge and dessert of warabi mochi served at the end.

This time, we enjoyed sushi in a private room. The sushi rice had a tangy red vinegar flavor, and the toppings were fresh and delicious with an extra touch. Unlike the bustling Kita-Shinchi on weekdays, the quiet atmosphere on Sundays was very pleasant.

I had the "Omakase Nigiri Course" with all-you-can-drink option in a completely private room. The course included 8 pieces of sushi and cost 10,000 yen including tax, which I think is a great deal. The restaurant was clean and it was nice to be able to relax in a private room, but it was disappointing that there was no explanation of the dishes. The sashimi and jun-sai were delicious. I talked too much and ended up eating the sushi after some time, which was my mistake... I think it's a good place for company drinking parties.

For tempura, I had wagyu beef, squid legs, and shrimp stuffed shiitake mushrooms. A recently opened shop on Honmachi Street in Kitashinchi. I have visited a few times already, and the first time I went, it was quite impressive. You can see the inside of the shop with a counter on the first floor from the street. The entire building seems to belong to this shop, with table seats on the second and third floors. I sat at the counter on my first and second visits, and on the third visit, I used the table seats on the second floor. The counter seat on the first floor has a nice depth to it, making it very comfortable. Kitashinchi has many sushi restaurants that only offer courses, so it's nice for guys like me to have a place where you can order a la carte. They have a wide variety of sake, and I enjoyed ordering appetizers, simmered dishes, and tempura before finishing with sushi. The sushi was delicious. The vinegar rice, especially, was outstanding, with two types of vinegar used depending on the topping. The taste of the rice was excellent. The sea urchin is apparently sent from Toyosu, and each box is labeled with the grade. The salmon roe is also large and from Hokkaido. It was so delicious. This is a convenient restaurant that can be enjoyed alone, with a friend, or in a small group. Thank you for the meal.

I had a meal with a tax accountant at a restaurant, and we went with the chef's choice course. The appetizers were sashimi with lobster, flounder, sea bream, sea urchin, medium fatty tuna, fatty tuna, and blackthroat seaperch, all delicious. The sushi included shrimp, squid, tuna, salmon roe, conger eel, sea bream, and amberjack, all tasty. The grilled fish was also delicious. There were three egg dishes, including salmon roe, but I can't remember the others. The wagyu beef was seasoned with truffle salt. Other dishes were as shown in the photos. For dessert, there were strawberries and mangoes. I don't remember much towards the end as the alcohol was flowing, but I apologize for that. The private room setting is perfect for entertaining clients.

We had a 10,000 yen course with all-you-can-drink option, and it was great value for money! The drink menu was excellent, and all four of us were satisfied. We were a bit hesitant to eat on the first floor, so we were glad to find out they had private rooms and made a reservation. I would love to visit again if I have the chance.

I tried this stylish restaurant for the first time the other day, with a sushi counter visible through the glass from the street. The cleanliness of the interior, the professionalism of the chef, and the exciting service were all top-notch. I started with beer and appetizers, then moved on to sake and sushi. Watching the chef prepare the food in front of me made me feel so reassured that I wanted to leave everything up to him. The appetizers like mackerel, kohada, and squid were all amazingly delicious. The prices were reasonable for Kita-Shinchi, and the portion sizes were just right. The sushi was elegantly small in size and the quality of the fish was excellent. The only improvement I would suggest is the amount of sake served. I ordered a 1,500 yen sake, but the amount that came out was only about half a cup... I was surprised to see that the glass tokkuri was only half full. If you're not a drinker, this might not bother you, but for sake lovers, it could be a problem. If you're charging 1,500 yen for a cup, you should serve a decent amount, otherwise people might think, "This place is making money off of sake..." Despite the fantastic atmosphere, chef, and food quality, stumbling on the way sake is served could prevent you from gaining repeat customers.

The food came out late. I planned to leave at 8:00, so I ordered 4 tempura dishes (kisu, aspara, lotus root, mushroom) 40 minutes before, but it took 30 minutes for them to arrive, and I couldn't order sushi anymore. The second floor was 70% full, but I thought the first floor was busy, but there were only two groups of customers. I had plenty of time, so it was disappointing.

At 7:30 on a Friday evening, I went to the restaurant "登楼金曜日" and found that the counter was almost full. There were a variety of customers, including couples, young couples, and married couples. We enjoyed à la carte dining, including tempura and other dishes.

In the area of Kitashinchi, it is considered affordable, so it might be a good place to stop by when you want to casually eat sushi alone.
