The restaurant is located on the basement floor of a building, with two entrances. One entrance is a bit hard to find from the Dotonbori shopping district, inside a game center where you can take the stairs down to the basement. There is another entrance that is more visible from the river side. The interior of the restaurant is not very clean, but it's not a big issue. The food was delicious, served fresh and hot! The staff was attentive, always looking at the tables and refilling water promptly. They were quick to respond when called. If you have friends who don't speak Japanese, there is an English menu available, so it's recommended!

I came to Osaka and wanted to have okonomiyaki for lunch, so I wandered around and found a place. The restaurant was spacious and I was able to get a seat without waiting. The menu had typical options around 1000 yen, but if you wanted more ingredients and variety, it would be around 1500 yen. When I placed my order, they started cooking it and then brought it to the hot plate in front of me to add sauce. The okonomiyaki had cute designs and writing on it, and it was thick with a satisfying texture. Even if you're not from Osaka, it had a familiar taste.

Today, I went to a restaurant called "Dotonbori Ichiake" located in the basement of a game center in the Dotonbori shopping street, where the main branch of Kanidouraku is also located. The restaurant is known for its wide variety of okonomiyaki dishes, including unique options like heart-shaped okonomiyaki. The atmosphere is lively and suitable for group gatherings. I tried the spicy Doteni (canned beef stew) and the Osaka Memories Yaki, which was a large heart-shaped okonomiyaki with shrimp, squid, and scallops. Both dishes were delicious and a fun experience. Overall, it was a satisfying meal in a great location with a view of the Dotonbori River.

I went to a bullet tour in Osaka and decided to have kushikatsu for my first meal, and maybe okonomiyaki for the second meal. After taking a photo with the Glico sign at Ebisu Bridge, I went to find a place to eat alone. I didn't have much time, so I quickly found this place. When I went down to the underground shop, I could see the Dotonbori promenade outside. There were various menu options, but I decided to go with the classic pork okonomiyaki since I was dining alone. It took 20 minutes to cook, and I watched as the hot griddle heated up slowly. Finally, my simple, perfectly sized pork okonomiyaki arrived. The waitress asked me if I wanted sweet or spicy sauce. I chose spicy. She skillfully spread the spicy sauce and mayonnaise around the edges of the okonomiyaki, and then drew cute designs with mayonnaise and ketchup-mayo. It was unexpected and adorable. The cabbage was cooked perfectly inside the okonomiyaki, and the pork was finely chopped, blending well with the other ingredients. It was delicious. I enjoyed the spicy okonomiyaki with a beer, and the cute design made it a good memory of my short trip.

It was a weekday during spring break, so it was crowded at lunchtime and we had to wait a bit. However, the wait was worth it because the food was incredibly delicious. We were satisfied with the taste, and the service of drawing pictures on our okonomiyaki made it a memorable experience for our trip. I would love to visit this restaurant again someday.

I came to Dotonbori after a long time, and it's incredibly crowded. I thought that no matter which restaurant I go to, I would have to wait in line, so I searched for an okonomiyaki restaurant and went in. There were four groups waiting, but I was able to get in after about 10 minutes. I immediately ordered okonomiyaki, negiyaki (green onion pancake), yakisoba, and yakiudon, as well as a beer. Since I'm using the train today, it's all-you-can-drink from noon. First, the yakisoba and yakiudon arrived. My throat is already moistened by the beer. The Osaka-style yakisoba has medium-thick straight noodles, which are delicious even though I personally prefer very thin noodles. The yakisoba goes well with pork, cabbage, and squid. It also goes well with beer. Next came the okonomiyaki and negiyaki, and the negiyaki was delicious. I'm simply judging based on whether it goes well with beer or not. I plan to eat takoyaki later, so I'll end it here. But how much can I eat in Osaka, right?

I had Dotombori with beef tendon and an okonomiyaki with squid. While waiting, I enjoyed it with a spicy sauce at maximum hunger level.

I enjoyed a fun meal while overlooking Dotonbori with heart-shaped okonomiyaki with mayonnaise art. The yakisoba was also delicious.

It's perfect for making memories! The taste is amazing, the performance is great, and I'm very satisfied. It was very crowded at lunchtime, so I think it's better to go earlier than the peak time.

It's been a while since I visited Dotonbori and I was drawn to the heart-shaped okonomiyaki. The taste was average but I appreciated the effort put into the presentation by the staff! It was a good memory.
