The head chef of a sake bar opened his own restaurant, and when I went there after 9pm, it was almost full of people from the food and beverage industry (laughs). The staff were energetic and provided great service to all customers, with the owner also actively engaging with everyone. I initially thought it was just a sake bar, but both the drinks and food were reasonably priced with good value for money, making it feel more like a sake izakaya. There was a wide variety of dishes available, and the portion sizes were larger than expected, with surprisingly high levels of flavor. If it were closer to my neighborhood, I would definitely become a regular customer. Next time, I would like to gather some sake enthusiasts and try out the all-you-can-drink course menu.

The owner of the "Nihonshu Nomu Toko" who had moved to Tachibori, I was wondering where he had opened a new place, and as I walked on the north side of Zeze Park, I found it right across from the old place. It's amazing. I ordered the course and it was a great deal with a 3-hour all-you-can-drink option for 5000 yen, truly reflecting the spirit of Nihonshu Nomu Toko. The lineup of Japanese sake ranges from Tatenokawa to Kyuhei, with a variety of daiginjo. I asked the owner (an old man?) if it was okay to offer such great service, and he shouted, "I'm drowning in debt but I'll work hard every day until 3 am!" They are open every day until 3 am, and with individual sake priced at around 450 yen, it's really affordable. It's a wonderful place that anyone can enjoy, not just old men. I will definitely come back again.

In the vicinity of Higobashi, a new sake specialty store has opened. Originally, it is said that the store was opened by someone who used to work at a place where you can drink sake in Honmachi, which is a liquor store. The variety of sake is abundant and the prices are reasonable! For those who like to drink sake for a long time, the all-you-can-drink sake option is quite a good deal, making it a happy place for sake lovers. The dishes are also carefully prepared, with dishes using Kawachi duck and Yoshiju pork being both voluminous and satisfying as a main meal. The staff are polite and lively, and many regular customers enjoy their drinks elegantly, creating a pleasant atmosphere for interacting with each other. There are also many appetizers suitable for sake, so for those who want to enjoy sake in a relaxed atmosphere, this is a must-visit place.

There are plenty of delicious dishes and a variety of Japanese sake to choose from, making it hard to decide. You can choose from small amounts of sake, so it seems like a place where you can enjoy yourself even if you go alone. I would like to visit this restaurant again.

I was very satisfied with the sake, food, and staff, all worth more than the price. Next time, I plan to order more of the duck menu.
