After the New Year, my family went to a shopping mall together. The food court was crowded for lunch, so we went to a slightly expensive restaurant on the 4th floor. It was an Italian buffet with a focus on wood-fired pizza. It was family-friendly, with thin-crust pizzas and pasta as the main dishes. They also had gratin, cheese fondue, salad, dessert, and more. The price was a bit high at 1,780 yen for adults and 880 yen for children. However, on weekdays, the lunch price was 1,280 yen, and on weekends and holidays, it was 1,480 yen. They also offered a drink bar for an additional 200 yen (100 yen for children). When you enter the restaurant, the first thing you see is the pizza oven. They immediately start baking various types of thin-crust pizzas and dessert pizzas. They had about 15-16 varieties, with toppings like Margherita, bacon, tuna, mushrooms, and different sauces. They also served pasta, including a Parmigiana dish where they shaved Parmesan cheese in front of you. They offered classics like Carbonara and Vongole Bianco. They had about 20 different pasta dishes. The salad, dessert, and drink bar also had a variety of options, including herbal teas and juices. While the flavors were not outstanding, they were decent. The pizza, described as Roman-style on the website, had a thin, crispy crust, but the sauce and toppings were lacking in flavor. The White Snow Pizza (cheese and honey) was alright, but it could have used more cheese. The pasta was overcooked and lacked presentation, with a slightly firm texture and a need to keep it warm after serving. The fresh pasta was tasty, but they should focus less on dried pasta. The lasagna was disappointing, with only tomato sauce and no pasta or cheese. The cheese fondue was more like a white sauce than actual cheese. While it may appeal to children with its unlimited pizza and pasta, the dinner price of 1,980 yen (including the drink bar) was not worth it. If they improve overall, I might consider revisiting with my family.
