Visited a steak lunch with my family. The meat was tender and the kids were happy. They cook it right in front of you on a hot plate. Personally, I felt the satisfaction was low considering the price. The meat was decently tasty, but the pasta wasn't great. The evening courses on the menu looked delicious.

On weekends, I visited for lunch and found that the lunch menu is reasonably priced. The set meal mainly consists of meat, with soup and a light spaghetti on the side. The pickled vegetables (zassai) as a side dish were unusual. The meat was harami, and it came with sauce, salt, and wasabi. It was a satisfying meaty lunch, thank you for the meal.

The restaurant opens at 11:30 am on weekdays and two guests entered at the same time. They left at 11:58 am. They ordered the 120g beef Harami lunch set which came with salad, bean sprout stir-fry, miso soup, and a large portion of rice. They also ordered 5 pieces of shrimp chili for an additional 500 yen. The portion size was suitable for women, but the taste was authentic and delicious. They thanked the restaurant for the meal and look forward to visiting again in the future.

The second time I visited the restaurant, I was worried because there were no other customers there last time. But this time, there were two other groups, so I felt relieved. The food was still delicious. In particular, the vegetable tempura was crispy and I could really taste the flavor of the vegetables. However, I was a little disappointed that the wagyu beef tataki seemed unusually small compared to last time. I'm not sure if it was just small this time or if it was just unusually large last time. The taste was still good though...

I went to a restaurant in Settsu City during my lunch break for work, based on a recommendation from an acquaintance. Since I was alone, I sat at the counter seat. The chef cooked the meat right in front of me on the iron plate! The lunch was very filling, and it even came with pasta cooked on the iron plate. I left satisfied and full. ------------------------------------ 【Takatsuki Sign Girl Activity Report】 ○ Instagram (introducing 25 stores) ○ Tabelog, 1st place in Takatsuki area in June and July ○ YouTube (introducing 10 stores) ○ 2022.6 "Sugiru TV" Takatsuki feature coverage ------------------------------------

I visited this popular restaurant for lunch due to work reasons. I was surprised by the high-quality meat they served. The bento boxes kept coming out non-stop! The fried chicken was huge! The teppanyaki grill was very busy. The restaurant was full, so they were turning away customers. I ordered the Black Wagyu steak with extra meat. The soup, salad, and pickled vegetables were delicious. The steak was cut into easy-to-eat pieces and came with wasabi, salt, and garlic chips. The portion of rice was small, but then pasta arrived for everyone later on. ^_^

There was a time when there was a debate about whether to allow taking photos of food, but unless there are very special circumstances like the restaurant publishing the photos, it seems inevitable that user-generated content will prevail in the food industry. When I first started using Tabelog in my 20s, I thought taking photos was embarrassing and only wrote long reviews. However, that strategy no longer holds much meaning. The restaurant in Settsu City offers incredibly cheap lunch menus, although it may not be the most Instagrammable place. Nevertheless, as others have mentioned, the food is delicious. The harami steak, which is tender and generously portioned, and the pasta with meat-infused sauce are both tasty. The beef harami steak set (970 yen) with an additional 60g of pork loin (260 yen) offers great value that is hard to find in Osaka. It may not be a high-end lunch experience, but it was quite satisfying.

A local steakhouse that opened about 5 years ago. The restaurant is small and cozy, with a strong local vibe. They skillfully cook meat and vegetables on a small iron plate right in front of you. I sometimes stop by for lunch when I feel like having a light meat dish.

I often pass by this restaurant in Settsu City, and it has become my favorite recently. The harami (skirt steak) is very tender and delicious, although it may not look very appealing. But trust me, the taste is amazing! And the fried chicken is also incredibly tasty!
On this day, I ordered the harami steak with 2 pieces of fried chicken as toppings, with a medium serving of rice and a daily pasta special set. Even my mischievous little boy was very satisfied. The harami is so tender that you don't need much chewing, and it has no unpleasant smell, just a rich flavor that spreads in your mouth. It's great with salt and wasabi, but the sauce they serve is also delicious. You can eat as much rice as you want with it.
The fried chicken has a light and crispy coating, and when you bite into it, the juicy meat overflows and melts in your mouth. The soup, which I mistook for tea at first, is lightly flavored and complements the dishes well. A restaurant with delicious soup is wonderful.
As for the pasta, I think it's delicious, but I'm not an expert, so I'm not sure. I tend to think a Japanese-style pasta is a hit or miss. If the presentation is better, it would be perfect, but the lack of visual appeal somehow adds to its charm.

I visited for lunch. It's a teppanyaki restaurant that offers steak dishes at night as well as izakaya-style menu and wine, but for lunch they have set meals using the same meat. I tried the steak lunch and the chestnut pork loin. You can customize by adding toppings like fried chicken or increasing the amount of meat. The chestnut pork had a sweet and savory flavor from the fat. The steak lunch probably uses leftover meat from the night, as it was thinly sliced. Visually, the chestnut pork looked more appetizing. However, both dishes were enjoyable with the special sauce, salt, and wasabi, giving a touch of luxury. The meat was delicious, making it a good choice for lunch.

After picking fuki (butterbur sprouts) in Settsu City, I went to a restaurant called "Teppan Steak Sai Sai" for lunch. I absolutely love fuki, especially in tamago toji. I searched along the Ai River on my bicycle and finally found a few fuki plants, but it wasn't enough. So I decided to move to a different location and luckily stumbled upon a hidden spot where fuki was abundant. I had a great harvest and decided to stop there. For lunch, I ordered the "Beef Harami Steak Set" for 1,000 yen. The beef harami steak was 120g and served on a bed of stir-fried bean sprouts. The salad with delicious dressing and pickled zasai were also included. With rice and miso soup, it was a perfect meal. The plate came with salt and wasabi, as well as a spicy gochujang sauce. The steak was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing with both the salt and wasabi, as well as the gochujang sauce. The miso soup was also delicious. To my surprise, a mini-sized "Cabbage and Salmon Oil Pasta" was served as well, which was also incredibly tasty. For only 1,000 yen, this meal was outstanding. The owner managed the restaurant alone, and the other lunch menu options included steak (beef or pork loin), chicken karaage, and shrimp chili.

Last time I had curry, but since this is a steakhouse, I decided to have steak for lunch (*´꒳`*) I ordered the "Beef Harami Steak Set" for 1000 yen with an additional topping of "3 Chicken Cartilage" for 250 yen. It was wonderful to see the steak being grilled right in front of me during lunchtime (笑). And all this at such a reasonable price! The harami steak was 120 grams, just right for women but might be a bit small for hearty eaters like me. However, the chicken cartilage topping was huge and very satisfying ( •̀ω•́ )و You can choose the size of the rice, so you can fill up your stomach! The set also includes miso soup, salad, and even pasta as a bonus, thanks to the incredibly service-oriented master (*´艸`). I'm thinking of coming back at night to enjoy steak with wine!

A teppanyaki restaurant located a little away from Settsu-shi Station. I occasionally go there for lunch, and this time I tried their special curry dish. The "Vegetable Curry Rice Set" for 950 yen with an additional topping of thinly sliced beef cutlet for 300 yen. The curry was a European-style curry with lots of vegetables such as onions, carrots, potatoes, enoki mushrooms, komatsuna, and paprika. It was not too spicy and allowed the natural sweetness of the vegetables to shine through. The set also included miso soup, salad, and pasta, which was stir-fried on the teppan before being served. On this day, it was made with sakura shrimp and spring cabbage, and it was surprisingly delicious! Next time, I will try their famous harami steak and share my experience.

I was drawn in by the limited-time offer and the curry came with mentaiko pasta, which felt like a good deal. However, the curry itself was not that great. It came with umeboshi on the side, but personally, I did not like it. It didn't go well together.

I have been to this restaurant for lunch twice before, but couldn't get in due to it being full with reservations. This time, I finally got a seat. The restaurant itself is not very big, so there may be times when you can't get in during lunch time, so be careful.
I ordered the 'Harami Steak and Chicken Karaage Set' for 1,100 yen. It includes rice (choice of small, medium, or large), soup, steak, chicken karaage, salad, and mini pasta.
The steak is tender and comes with wasabi, giving it a refreshing taste. The portion size may be a bit small, but the chicken karaage is also included, so it's okay. The chicken karaage is moist and seasoned with salt, allowing you to adjust the flavor to your liking. The mini pasta has a slightly sautéed flavor and a hint of beer in it.
Even though it's a steak restaurant, the mini pasta left the biggest impression on me. But the steak is also delicious - tender meat, with wasabi, and moist chicken karaage.

I went to the Teppanyaki Steak SAI restaurant in Settsu City for lunch. I found this place online and called ahead to confirm if it was okay to bring a baby stroller, which they said was fine. The restaurant is about a 10-minute walk from Settsu City Station on the Hankyu Kyoto Line, and there is no parking available on-site. The entrance has a slight step, but it is flat inside. The cozy restaurant has two 4-person tables, one 6-person table, and about 4 counter seats. The decor is casual and stylish, with a Christmas wreath outside and a view of the teppanyaki grill in the kitchen. The lunch menu offers three set options: beef harami steak, pork loin steak, and chicken leg karaage, each served with rice, miso soup, pickles, salad, stir-fried bean sprouts, and pasta of the day. You can choose the size of rice and switch the pasta for coffee. I ordered the beef harami steak lunch, which was served with a plate of sides and miso soup. The meat was very tender and flavorful, with three different sauces to enjoy. The salad was fresh and delicious, and the bean sprouts and pickles were decent. The portion of meat (100g) felt a bit small, but the pasta that came later was a nice surprise. Overall, it was a satisfying and reasonably priced lunch experience.
