The pork was a bit overcooked and tough, so I think it would be better to cook it a little earlier. The miso soup was spicy, so I got really thirsty afterwards. It's probably tasty, but the cooking method was a bit disappointing. I might not come back again.

The other day when I went to Obihiro, I unfortunately found that the top two popular pork bowl restaurants were closed. The next two places had long lines, so I gave up. Finally, I was able to enter the fifth place and enjoy the authentic pork bowl. The next day after returning to Sapporo, I wanted to eat pork bowl again, so I went to this place near my office. The meat was tender and the seasoning was good. It was much more delicious than the one I had in Obihiro! I will definitely go back! It exceeded my expectations!

It's been a while since I had pork bowl! I had plans to go to Obihiro, but it got canceled, so I really wanted to eat pork bowl. I ordered a pork bowl with two types of pork meat and pork miso soup! The pork bowl was as delicious as always! The sauce was also tasty! The pork miso soup was delicious too, but I wish it had a stronger flavor.

I wanted to try this pork bowl restaurant! They offered various customization options, but I ordered a regular pork bowl. Just the smell alone was enough to tell it was delicious! The side pickles were also tasty! Next time, I want to try the large size!

After being turned down a few times due to it being sold out, I finally succeeded in ordering this limited quantity bowl. The "Buta Zanmai" bowl with less rice costs 1,040 yen (tax included). Unlike the usual pork bowl which uses loin meat, this one comes with a combination of loin and belly meat. The front portion is loin meat, while the back is belly meat. I also made a custom order for less rice and extra sauce. The tenderness of the belly meat and the fatty flavor pairs well with the sauce.

During my trip to Hokkaido, my father-in-law recommended this place for my first visit. Since it was close to closing time, there was only a short wait with about 5 people ahead of me. I wasn't sure what to order, so I decided to try a little bit of everything and ordered the "Pork Feast" which included a mix of loin and belly meat, along with a Sapporo Classic beer. I was expecting a sweet and savory sauce, but it turned out to be a spicy sauce with a strong charcoal flavor, making the grilled pork a perfect snack to go with my drink. Of course, it also went well with rice. Thank you for the delicious meal.

This shop is located in Higashi-ku, Sapporo City. It is located near a diagonal street in Higashi-ku, where there are many famous restaurants such as soba, curry, sushi, and yakiniku. Today is the second pork bowl restaurant I visited. I went to Ippin, as I was starting to dislike pork bowls. - Special Pork Bowl (smaller cuts) Despite having just eaten, I ordered the special pork bowl... I'm such a fool! The pork loin I had earlier was tough and hurt my teeth, so I asked for smaller cuts. It arrived in about 8 minutes, with a lid on the bowl to keep it warm. The thick pork loin had some fat on it too. The more you chew, the more you taste the meat. It also had a charcoal aroma which was delicious! Although I'm quite full, I managed to not dislike pork bowls!

A friend invited me to a popular pork bowl restaurant for the first time. The place was crowded, indicating its popularity. The prices were very reasonable and catered to the masses. During my commute to work, I stopped by this restaurant located in the Tetsuhigashi Shopping Center in Higashi Ward, Sapporo. I was surprised to find that Tokachi pork bowls have become so popular and affordable in Sapporo. The menu mainly consists of pork bowls, with options to customize the amount of rice, meat, and how it is sliced. Today we are in Sapporo. I came with my friends to have Tokachi pork bowl. Although there are pork bowl restaurants in Tokyo now, it's hard to find an authentic Tokachi pork bowl that is grilled over charcoal and topped with sauce. This time, I had the "Pork Delight" (1,100 yen), which is a mix of loin and belly meat. I was able to enjoy the sweetness of the sauce and the smokiness from the charcoal. The rice was just right. The miso soup is not included but I think it would be a good addition to the set. After us, many tourists from Taiwan came, seems like they also know about Tokachi pork bowl. Amazing! I received a pork bowl for 1,110 yen at Buta Zanmai. I love fatty pork, so I chose the pork bowl with a mix of pork belly and loin. The pork bowl is cooked over charcoal, giving it a delicious smoky flavor that you can only get when dining out. The sauce for the pork bowl is just right - not too sweet or salty, and not like yakiniku sauce. It's a Hokkaido specialty. They also provide condiments like sansho pepper, shichimi, and black pepper. As a fan of sansho pepper, I was delighted. Additionally, I was impressed by the fact that they served both warm hojicha tea and cold water from the start.

When I woke up in the morning, the first thing that surprised me was the state of my car. It was in a terrible condition due to yellow sand! I checked the yellow sand information in the weather forecast and went to the car wash in the morning. The lineup at the car wash was unbelievable! I had to wait in line, and when my turn came, I quickly washed my car. I had plans with my wife starting at 11 o'clock, so it was a race against time. I finished just in time at 11 o'clock, and decided to leave the other car unwashed for now. After finishing our errands with my wife, it was already past 2 o'clock and we hadn't eaten lunch yet, so we decided to go to this restaurant for pork bowl. The parking lot was easy to use as it was a complex facility. Since it was past the lunch rush, there was only one person in the restaurant when we arrived, but more customers started coming in. It's definitely a popular place. I registered for a free miso soup coupon through LINE, of course. The pork bowl arrived, beautifully grilled! Opening the lid revealed the perfectly seared pork bowl! It looked delicious! Sprinkled with sansho pepper, the savory grilled pork loin was irresistible. The sauce was generous, soaking into the rice nicely. I could probably eat two bowls of rice with this sauce alone. Taking a bite of the meat and scooping up the rice, it was amazing! We chatted about how we had come here when we were newlyweds, and before we knew it, we had finished the meal. It was incredibly delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I think this place at the pork bowl restaurant is the most delicious. I have been going there many times since coming to Sapporo. I feel like I don't even need to go all the way to the hometown of Obihiro. I have been to a few places in Obihiro as well. The moment I parked my car in the outdoor parking lot, I was captivated by the delicious smell. It's almost deadly. I never get tired of eating it no matter how many times I have it! By the way, I prefer the sauce to be a little less. The white rice is also delicious. Thank you for the meal!

The pork overflowing from the bowl is appetizing. Triton was busy this time too. Pork bowl that white rice lovers can't resist, and the miso soup as a bonus on LINE is unexpectedly nice. I opted for extra sauce. The pork, grilled over charcoal, was generously coated with sauce, and additional sauce was provided on the side. The pork cuts were of regular size. The pork seemed to be cooked more tenderly than usual. When eating the pork plate, I enjoyed it in a pork bowl style with a bit of extra sauce on the rice, topped with pork and white leeks. I also added some table condiments like sansho pepper, shichimi togarashi, and black pepper to the pork.

I think I visited around 11 o'clock. Luckily, they had the pork MIX that is usually sold out! I ordered it with less rice and more sauce. I also ordered pork miso soup. It's often sold out too, so I was lucky this time. It had two types of roasted pork belly. Even though one type is enough, there's a sense of happiness in being able to eat them alternately. I think I prefer the leaner one! Maybe it's because of my age. I seem to notice the greasiness more now. And the pork miso soup was delicious! The boiled egg was sweet, I wanted another one. It's a hearty miso soup with plenty of vegetables and meat. The pickles are a nice palate cleanser. Even with less rice, I felt full. There are so many places to have lunch around here, it's hard to decide. I'll come back again. Thank you for the meal.

I don't usually eat pork bowls outside of Obihiro, but I was lured in by the smell and decided to try it. As expected, it was delicious. I felt like I was in Obihiro. There are various ways to eat it, but since it was my first visit, I played it safe and ordered the regular size. Next time, I think I'll go for less rice. I like to have miso soup with my meal, so if there's too much rice, I end up forcing myself to finish it. The pickles are a nice palate cleanser. You can also add more sauce during the meal, at your preferred timing, or ask for extra sauce from the start. There are many ways to enjoy it according to your preferences! The place was already bustling with salarymen, but I managed to slip into one of the three available seats at the counter without waiting. The restaurant specializes in Tokachi-style grilling of pork over charcoal. The interior is smoke-free and the smell of the cooking meat whets your appetite. This chain restaurant is known for its signature Soraichi pork bowl sauce. I ordered the "Buta Zanmai" for 1000 yen, which is a limited quantity item. Unlike the regular pork bowl which uses pork loin, this one comes with a mix of loin and belly meat. Served in a covered bowl, the rice is topped with charcoal-grilled pork coated in sauce, with white leeks in the center. Be careful as the meat may stick to the lid. The sauce is well-balanced with a sweet and savory flavor, but it doesn't penetrate the meat enough, leaving it dry. The portion of belly meat is too small and overly charred, so I recommend sticking with just the loin meat or ordering extra meat. It would be great if they provided extra sauce at the counter for customers to add as they like. The meal comes with pickles, including pickled Chinese cabbage with shredded kelp for added flavor. I also ordered the pork miso soup for 250 yen, which was delicious with a variety of vegetables and a half-boiled egg, but lacking in pork meat. Next time, I'll go for the large portion of meat in my pork bowl and pair it with miso soup.
