I wanted to eat a lot of high-quality meat so I decided to try the [Special Selection Miyazaki Beef] Gokusteak/Uni Caviar Beef Nigiri/All-You-Can-Eat Buffet for 5335 yen. When I entered the restaurant, I was surprised to find out that: - The all-you-can-eat order time was limited to 60 minutes, which felt short. - There were a lot of meat platters that needed to be eaten first. The amount seemed like it could be finished in an instant, as shown in the photos. There were chicken, pork belly, sausages, tongue, vegetables, and lots of green onions before the Miyazaki beef, making my stomach feel heavy. After the initial platter, it was easier to order because the dishes were in smaller portions. The meat was delicious and grilled crispy and fragrant on the shichirin grill. The beef tail was particularly tasty. I didn't feel much advantage in ordering the all-you-can-eat option, so maybe just ordering individual dishes would be better.

A newly opened yakiniku restaurant in Tanga. It was my first visit, including when it was known as "Cow meat tender." Looking at the menu, I got the impression that it was a bit pricey. Not that I don't have money, but I've had plenty of good meat in Osaka, the mecca of yakiniku, so I didn't feel like having yakiniku in Kita anymore. However, due to the impact of the new coronavirus, I haven't been to Osaka recently, so I thought it might be nice to have some good meat once in a while, and the first place that came to mind was this restaurant. The name of the restaurant is "Horumon," so I thought they would focus on that, but it seems they are promoting Miyazaki beef. If it's Miyazaki beef, both horumon and regular meat should be delicious. I ordered the "sasanomi" (flank) which is rarely seen in Kita. This became the main dish and I ordered other items as well. The "sasanomi"… well, I'll just call it "flank" since I'm more familiar with that term. It's a hybrid of the richness of the belly meat and the freshness of the lean meat, and I like it as much as harami. In Osaka, you usually get the black outside skirt, but in Kita, you often get sagari, which I tend to avoid. However, when it comes to "flank," as long as they handle it, you can trust it (although there are some places that occasionally make mistakes, haha). The "flank" at this restaurant was of the highest grade available in Kita. It goes well with beer, of course, but red wine is also good, so I enjoyed both beer and food. The rest was like a bonus. Having had good meat at the beginning, I was able to enjoy it to the fullest. The service was good, and although the price was a bit higher than expected, personally, I feel that it is not inferior to the popular yakiniku restaurant "Ondoru" in Kitakyushu, which has a reputation in North Kyushu.

I went up a level and sat at the counter. I ordered the "Special Tongue Assortment" because I wanted to eat tongue. It's been a while since I've seen such a large piece of tongue. Today, due to the impact of Corona, I finished work early. I explored from Kokura Station to Uomachi with a colleague with whom I finished work, thinking it would be nice to have something delicious for lunch. The streets of Kokura are quite empty due to the pandemic. We found a stylish yakiniku restaurant to the right of Shizuka Udon and walked a bit. Unfortunately, they only open from 5 pm, but there were customers at the counter. It turns out that due to the pandemic, they are currently open from 12 pm to 8 pm only! We were seated in a private room, which was lucky. And they have a special offer on weekdays (Mon-Thu) for a 120-minute all-you-can-drink option. I can't remember the exact price, but it was around 1200 yen, with an additional 500 yen for draft beer. It was a nice and chic atmosphere. We ordered some dishes and started with a fresh beer. The kimchi had a good umami flavor with dried shrimp and salted fish. The namul assortment included bean sprouts, carrots, and warabi, which I personally enjoyed. We ordered Miyazaki beef sirloin carpaccio, which was a bit pricey at 2480 yen but had a beautiful marbling. We also had red meat tongue with a good balance of fat and a red meat assortment. They also had yukhoe, which I hadn't had in a while and was delicious. The beef tripe was flavorful and had a good texture. Overall, the restaurant offers high-quality meat at relatively reasonable prices. It's recommended to go for the all-you-can-eat and drink option if you want to eat a lot. The ventilation system was good, and there was no lingering smell. If you can get a private room, it's a great spot for a date.

It's my friend's restaurant (*^-^*) I finally got a chance to visit last night as I haven't had much time to go out for yakiniku. First, I had some liver steak (cooked rare at my own risk). I chose the tongue set for 2980 yen. The thick-cut beef tongue was amazing ❤❤❤❤❤ The other meats were also delicious with marbling on each slice. The set included neck, belly, pork belly, and more. Oh, what was it called? The oil-marinated sardines... oh, anchovies! Served with cabbage and stir-fried. It was fantastic (laughs). For drinks, I had beer and sparkling wine, they have a wide variety available. To finish, I had stone-grilled bibimbap! They offer various all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink options. I chose to order items individually for this visit, but next time I might try a course. The customers... were mostly young (laughs). I felt a bit out of place as an older lady (laughs). The quality of the meat is top-notch as it's from a yakiniku restaurant in Tanaka. Thank you for the feast ❤

This day was a company drinking party. We wanted to eat yakiniku, and the number of people was moderate, so we chose this restaurant. The restaurant has 3 floors. The 1st floor has counter seats and tables at the back, the 2nd floor has several table seats, and the 3rd floor has a space with only one table that can accommodate up to 12 people. It's not a completely private room, but the atmosphere is stylish and highly recommended. We had pre-booked the summer Miyazaki beef yakiniku course, and we also received a complimentary "yakisuki" with a free coupon from Hot Pepper. Please note that this offer is limited to weekdays. The restaurant offers 3 types of all-you-can-drink plans: - Plan A: Highball, wine, sour, cocktail, soft drink - Plan B: Above + beer, shochu, sparkling wine, fruit-flavored sour - Plan C: All menu items except bottles are all-you-can-drink This time we chose the middle plan. Soup Extra: Yakisuki 8. 2 types of dessert (vanilla ice cream and homemade pudding) The meat was delicious, tender with a moderate amount of marbling, and the fat was sweet but not overwhelming. Each cut was cooked differently and served with either sauce, wasabi, or salt. The rice and soup complemented the meat well. The dessert was a refreshing vanilla ice cream and a rich homemade pudding. The all-you-can-drink plan was satisfying with a good selection of drinks. Overall, it was a great dining experience with high-quality meat at a reasonable price.

The amount is not too much, fair, and once you finish eating, the all-you-can-eat starts. We ordered various items such as [Miyazaki beef kalbi, Miyazaki beef loin, lean beef kalbi, lean beef loin, teppanyaki, beef heart, onion, Chinese cabbage kimchi, kakuteki, small rice]. - [Miyazaki beef kalbi, Miyazaki beef loin] We enjoyed them with sauce and salt. The meat is thickly cut, high-quality, tender, and delicious. I, who usually likes sauce, surprisingly kept eating with salt in the first half... (laughs) The sauce is not too sweet, with a gentle sweetness of vegetables and fruits. I prefer a sweeter and richer sauce, but this sauce is delicious. - [Chinese cabbage kimchi, kakuteki] The kimchi is not too spicy but has a sweetness at first followed by a gradual spiciness. It has the right amount of spiciness and goes well with rice. - [Lean beef kalbi, lean beef loin] I compared them with Miyazaki beef, and these were okay... The lean beef course is a bit lacking... (laughs) This time it was [Premium Miyazaki beef all-you-can-eat], and my friends were very satisfied with the high-quality Miyazaki beef. It seems like they use good charcoal, as the fire did not weaken until the end. A stylish yakiniku restaurant where you can enjoy yakiniku and wine. I visited without a reservation and was seated at the counter, which felt like a bar counter, with the kitchen right in front of me cooking the meat. There were also private rooms in the back, as well as seating on the second floor where reserved customers were arriving one after another. I ordered the Miyazaki beef assortment for 1,980 yen per person. It included cheese skewers, kalbi, loin, wiener, and tetchan. Considering that this meat is all-you-can-eat, it's quite a good deal. However, personally, I wish I could have tasted more flavor in the meat. We also ordered napa cabbage kimchi, soup, and various other items, but I forgot to take photos. The alcohol selection is extensive, with wines and cocktails available, making it a great recommendation for those who want to enjoy both alcohol and yakiniku.

It was disappointing that the beer foam had decreased before it was served. However, the food was delicious, affordable, and the young staff members were polite and had a smile on their face. The restaurant was very clean, which showed that they put a lot of effort into cleaning.

The chef carefully prepared the special selection platter before cutting the meat. It was delicious with a nice marbling.

The atmosphere was nice so I used it for a date. The atmosphere was really good. However, there were times when they didn't come even after pressing the call bell, which was disappointing. The food was seriously delicious!

I made a reservation but ended up waiting for an hour just staring at the charcoal grill before ordering food. The taste was average.

The taste was as expected and delicious.

The restaurant is located right next to Gintengai in Sakaimachi, easily recognizable with a very stylish exterior and interior. Despite the limited space for grilling and the long wait after ordering, we enjoyed delicious and stylish yakiniku. It was a buffet-style with all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink, so the long wait after ordering was a major drawback from the customer's perspective.
