Suke-san Udon is a yakiniku all-you-can-eat restaurant. You can walk in without a reservation and enjoy over 200 dishes and drinks for only 2929 yen, which is quite cheap. The tables in the restaurant are quite close together, and the majority of customers are young people. The tables are so narrow that it's hard to even place your plate during the all-you-can-eat. The service is extremely slow, even for drinks. The frozen meat that was served was not good. The almond jelly dessert was the best tasting dish. The staff are all good-looking.

I visited at night! I enjoyed all-you-can-drink and several grilled meat dishes. It's great that the all-you-can-drink is in 10-minute increments! The meat was delicious, and I also enjoyed a menu item called "Hormone Balls" which I had never seen before. Also, it's fun that there is a playful sign with the word "meat" under the stairs in the 7th photo!

During my business trip to Fukuoka, I visited a place in Kokura called "Yakiniku Horumon Center" that caught my eye. They had a "tabletop highball" server at every table, so of course I ordered the all-you-can-drink option for all types of highballs. Highballs went well with the meat, and what was even better was the "Gin and meat" combination, haha. The "Horumon Bowl" was incredibly delicious!

On the night of May 28, 2023 (Sunday), I met up with my partner and we ended up having yakiniku again. It was actually my lunch earlier in the day, but oh well. We went to a really delicious restaurant called "Kitakyushu Yakiniku Hormone Center". The highball was only 100 yen and you have to add the ice and pour it yourself. It was quite busy but fun. The meat was really tasty, both the miso and soy sauce marinades were delicious. We preferred ordering individual items over all-you-can-eat. The crispy sausages were great, especially with herb salt. The spicy noodles were also good, easy to eat and perfect for women. Overall, we found a cheap and convenient restaurant. Thank you for the meal. We will definitely come back.

A reviewer in Tokyo recommended a restaurant where you can enjoy all-you-can-drink highballs from a tabletop server for 500 yen for 60 minutes. I haven't heard of such a place in Kitakyushu, but it reminded me of two recently opened restaurants in Kokura that offer all-you-can-drink lemon sour from a server for 500 yen. I decided to visit both places on consecutive days for a comparison. The first restaurant is the first in Kitakyushu to have a tabletop server. It mainly serves hormone, tongue, pork, and chicken yakiniku. The salad served as an appetizer was refreshing, although I wished the dressing had a bit more acidity. The server seemed to dispense plain lemon syrup, which you could add to adjust the sweetness and acidity to your liking. However, the inconsistency in taste made me feel like the quality control was lacking. The restaurant seemed to have fewer staff members for the number of seats, probably to reduce costs and offer affordable yakiniku. I ordered pork tongue, which was generously topped with green onions, making it difficult to cook evenly and eat without touching the meat. The miso-marinated hormone had a strong flavor, enhanced by grated garlic. The harami (skirt steak) was the highlight of the meal. The confit-like raw liver dish was undercooked, and the gatsupon (beef tripe) was tasty but could use less ponzu sauce. Unfortunately, there was an incident with the server running out of drinks at my table, resulting in me losing one drink. Overall, I felt that adding a yakiniku buffet option for raw hormone would have been more cost-effective for a solo diner like me. I would like to visit again with a group next time, although I'm not sure if anyone would join me.

I went on a short trip on the weekend and visited a restaurant called "Kitakyushu Horumon Center." It is a yakiniku restaurant that serves alcohol and stays open late, even in these times. It is a place where fans gather after concerts to share their thoughts over drinks. The photo is of the receipt after paying the bill. They offer a unique drink called "all-you-can-drink lemon sour," where you can make your own sour drink at the table. They also offer all-you-can-drink highballs and cocktails for a total of ¥1,089 including tax. I had two lemon sours, one cassis orange, and one peach soda. I also ordered various meats and salads, and ended up paying around ¥2,800. It was quite affordable. I am grateful that they stay open late, as I thought I wouldn't be able to have our usual post-concert discussions. Grateful, grateful, grateful... The end.

I went to try the 60-minute all-you-can-eat horumon course for the first time (1639 yen). I was amazed by the convenience of the "Lightning Lemon Sour" (it's like when tea is served at a conveyor belt sushi table, the lemon sour keeps coming out non-stop!). There were quite a few amazing menu options as well.

Hello, this is Banchou. Good evening. It's been about 4 months since my last review on Tabelog. I feel like it doesn't really matter and no one has asked me to write, but I'll write it anyway. This is for those low-level folks in Kitakyushu who love cheap alcohol. (They are really low-level. LOL)
The new restaurant in Uomachi, Kokura Kita-ku, "Motsuyaki specialty restaurant Yakitori Izakaya Kitakyushu Horumon Center." --- Finally OPEN on May 15th♪ The first motsuyaki specialty restaurant in Kitakyushu! The best cost performance! Almost all items are 290 yen!! Just a 2-minute walk from Heiwa-dori Station! Open in a great location near the station! The first motsuyaki specialty restaurant in Kitakyushu, a Fukuoka specialty♪ With over 40 types of rare cuts of beef, pork, and chicken horumon!! And, the best cost performance◎ almost all items are 290 yen (excluding tax)!! This is a place that makes you think of popular yakiniku. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is full of a downtown feel. It's a popular place not only for men but also for women! Please use it for company parties and girls' night out.
I visited such a restaurant. (Of course, it's a copy-paste. LOL) I had some drinks and food as follows.
- Single item all-you-can-drink 1180 yen (excluding tax) for 90 minutes (last order at 75 minutes) with glass exchange system. There is also a cheaper 980 yen all-you-can-drink option where you can drink draft beer (Premium Malt's) and Hoppy. I tried various drinks and overall had a good impression. The highball was made with Jim Beam without any sharpness. It was refreshing with strong carbonation. The green tea highball was also good. I recommend Hoppy and chunky lemon sour. The Hoppy was served with no ice in a 3-cold style. (I was surprised by this. LOL) Pour it slowly and you'll get almost a full mug's worth of a precise amount. Since it's all-you-can-drink, I didn't skimp on the outside. (Mystery). The chunky lemon sour had real chunks of lemon in it.
- Secret marinade marinated kalbi 290 yen (excluding tax) Tastes like the ones you can find in supermarkets that I ate a long time ago. LOL
- Beef loin 390 yen (excluding tax) Similar to kalbi at other restaurants. The meat quality was better than the above kalbi.
- Beef tongue salt 390 yen (excluding tax) Served frozen. I thawed it before grilling as it seemed like it would become dry if grilled frozen.
- Mino / beef 290 yen (excluding tax) What? Is this all? You might exclaim at the amount. LOL It shrinks even more when grilled.
- Spicy red sauce ultimate horumon / pork (small intestine) 340 yen (excluding tax) It had a good flavor.
- Head-on shrimp (3 pieces) 290 yen (excluding tax) Well, it's okay.
- Eringi 190 yen (excluding tax)
- Foil-baked mushrooms 290 yen (excluding tax) I cut the eringi and put it inside.
- Chorogi salad 290 yen (excluding tax) This was good. Fresh.
- Sanchi (wrapped vegetables) 190 yen (excluding tax) I was feeling tired.
Facilities: Gas roaster. There is a service to change the iron plate. Good ventilation. When drinking slowly, the gas roaster is better than charcoal fire.
Service: Young male part-time workers. There is a buzzer on the table for calling, so it's stress-free.
Atmosphere: It has a cheap feeling, but it's good in its own way.
Customer base: I was a bit surprised to see two male solo customers during my visit. It's understandable in a way. (I don't do that, though) I kind of felt like, "Well, Banchou-san, the price is the price, you know?" and I just nodded in agreement. LOL
I think it's nice to be able to drink alcohol while nibbling on meat. In that sense, I would rate it 3.5 stars. LOL

Kitakyushu Hormone Center. Opened in May 2019. I made a reservation and went with two other guys. Located on the second floor of the building. The interior is a large hall with tables lined up, giving off a cheap vibe but with a bright atmosphere. They use gas stoves with large exhaust ducts on top. They offer two types of all-you-can-drink options (90 minutes) with or without draft beer for 1180 yen and 980 yen respectively. We started with a Beam Highball for the toast. Most menu items are priced at 290 yen. They offer various types of meat such as beef, pork, chicken, and other side dishes. We ordered a lot of dishes. I recommend the beef and pork hormones marinated in sauce, especially the rare cuts which were interesting and delicious. While items like beef tongue, loin, and kalbi are affordable, you might want to compare them to other places, so it's best to stick to the basics here. For drinks, I recommend the chunky lemon sour and chunky grapefruit sour. They provide a self-service muddler with a tip to crush the fruit pulp. The "Gin and Meat" sour, specially made for meat, comes with a performance where the staff sprinkles black pepper in front of you. The portion size for each meat dish is substantial (if you order for two, you get two servings without any doubts), and I felt the bill was quite reasonable. The service was mainly provided by male part-time staff who seemed quite natural and experienced in their work. Overall, it's a casual and easy-going restaurant. Thanks for the meal.

This time, I had 12 lemon sour drinks without any seasoning. Great value for money! The all-you-can-eat option offers a choice between horumon (offal) and samgyeopsal (pork belly), and of course, I chose horumon. The red meat part I tried for the first time was very delicious.

It was disappointing that the Hormone Bowl in the second half of 60 minutes was filled with only pork belly.
