Today, I went to "Manroku" where the salted hormone is delicious. It's been a while since I last visited, but they remembered me which made me happy! I ordered bottled beer, salted hormone, seseri, and hatsu, and as always, the food was so delicious that I couldn't stop eating. They really do a meticulous job. I will definitely go again!

Last night's dinner was at "Manroku" in Watanabe-dori 5-chome, where I enjoyed salted hormone and giant shiitake mushrooms while drinking beer from Doraemon and Arale-chan cups. The salt on the shiitake mushrooms was finely textured, bringing out the umami flavor of dishes like salted hormone. Despite being a hormone restaurant, there was no sauce, everything was seasoned with salt.

I was eating at a nearby yakitori restaurant and was looking for another place to go when I stumbled upon this restaurant. They had a good selection of yakitori and hormones, but my friend who loves hormones wanted to go there, so we went. When we entered the restaurant, there was a guitar placed there, and I thought, is this the owner's hobby shop? Anyway, I decided to try their specialty "Salted Hormones." When the "Salted Hormones" arrived, I wasn't sure which part it was from, and I didn't know how long to cook it for, so it was just okay. It might have been delicious if cooked properly, but I wish the staff had given us some guidance.

The salted hormone was delicious as everyone said, so we all went together and it was indeed tasty! It was crispy when grilled like chicken skin yakitori. The other meats were also well seasoned. I didn't know there was such a restaurant near my old workplace!

I was introduced to some unique shochu. Burdock shochu and Thai rice shochu made me feel sleepy right away. This time, I ordered double portions of salted hormone with yam, heart, and skirt. There was no thick-fried tofu with potato salad this time, but the staff's gentle and welcoming attitude made it a hidden pleasure to visit this restaurant again in the future.

From the previous experience, make sure to order plenty of salted hormone in advance. This time, I was recommended a shochu made by a local sake brewery, and discovered a new charm. I visited Takahashi Brewery on the weekend, but they were closed, so I bought three 720ml bottles at the local products hall. Thick fried tofu is delicious when grilled. And of course, you can't miss out on the tongue. Sitting at the counter alone is the best.

I encountered salted offal grill for the first time. I passed by the shop and mustered up the courage to enter. I probably wouldn't have gone in if I wasn't alone, haha. There were no other customers, so I sat at the counter feeling excited. The female staff kindly instructed me on how to eat it and helped me with the cooking process, making my first experience comfortable. The salted offal grill became more and more delicious, and I ended up having seconds. I heard that some people can eat up to 20 servings of the famous salted offal grill.

I wonder if the COVID restrictions have been lifted? We went out to eat cautiously. It's been a while since we visited Manroku, but the quality was still there. The three of us had a fun and delicious meal. It seemed like people who couldn't dine out due to COVID restrictions were starting to come back. See you again soon! ^_^

It's been a while, maybe around 2 years? As someone with gout and high blood pressure, I have been avoiding purines and salt, so I haven't been eating salted hormone dishes. But I couldn't resist the delicious salted hormone dishes at Manroku. I tried the chicken thigh tataki and it was delicious. I only had one beer and then switched to shochu. I heard they have been in business for 7 years now. Keep up the good work!

The salted hormone and heart were delicious, and the staff at the restaurant were very friendly and provided excellent service. I was extremely satisfied.

I tried pork salt hormone for the first time. This restaurant has a system where you grill your own meat on a charcoal grill, but there was no sauce! I was worried, but it was delicious as it is. The beef tongue, pork heart, and pork belly were all seasoned and delicious. The retro atmosphere inside the restaurant is cozy, and the prices are reasonable. I found a great restaurant.
