I went to a concert with a friend and then sent them off at Hakata Station before enjoying some solo yakiniku. When I asked for a half portion of salad, they kindly accommodated my request. I ordered my favorite thick-cut harami and sagari here. I also tried the menchi katsu for the first time, which was delicious with grated daikon. The staff were friendly and made the dining experience enjoyable. Thank you for the meal!

It had been a while since I last visited. The quality of various menu items such as horse meat yukhoe and meat tataki, aside from yakiniku, is high. The assorted rare cuts were consistently delicious, and all melted in my mouth. The taste was also excellent. I will definitely go back.

During Golden Week when many shops are closed, I was able to make a reservation and visit this place that I had been curious about! The restaurant has a lively atmosphere with a focus on counter seating, perfect for enjoying meat dishes. I ordered a rice bowl, which was incredibly generous in portion size! I recommend going with an empty stomach.

I went to the recommended charcoal-grilled meat bar AGITO HIRAO in Fukuoka, and it was amazing! The famous "seafood bowl at a yakiniku restaurant" is back and it was so good. We ordered various dishes like wagyu seared sashimi, thick-cut salted tongue, assorted red meat, Agito salad, kimchi assortment, grilled wagyu, garlic butter harami, and homemade roasted green tea pudding. The seafood bowl was especially delicious with flavorful rice that complemented the seafood and meat perfectly. The thick-cut salted tongue was tender and easy to chew, while the wagyu seared sashimi was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The prices were reasonable, and the restaurant is open on certain days with varying hours. Definitely a must-visit in HIRAO!

Hirao's "Charcoal Grill Bar AGITO HIRAO" is a charcoal grill bar known for its "seafood bowl at a yakiniku restaurant." I enjoyed carefully selected meat at the counter, which was very tender and delicious. The ventilation is good, so the smell and smoke are not bothersome. The "rare cut assortment of 4 types" was excellent. The thick-cut tongue was especially delicious when grilled properly. The beef tongue with raw egg over rice was addictively delicious. In a word, delicious. Everything that came out was delicious. The staff's atmosphere is nice, and there's nothing better than feeling good. The meat is thick yet tender. The charcoal grill is stylish, not too much like a yakiniku place, and the ambiance is cozy. The restaurant has counter seats and table seats, but it's more suitable for groups of up to 4 people. Meat lovers will definitely not be disappointed. Whether you go or not is up to you.

This restaurant is famous for its menu that combines sea urchin and meat, but sometimes they run out of sea urchin. They have a wide variety of lean meats, and I love their lean meat platter! Surprisingly, they have an exceptional selection of Japanese sake, which always tempts me to order some. It's a popular spot, so it's a shame that it's hard to make reservations on Fridays and Saturdays due to limited seating. I keep coming back to this place. I'm so glad it's nearby!

I went for the uni (sea urchin) sirloin bowl, but they were out of uni. There was no mention of needing a reservation in advance, but there was a 2-hour time limit. We didn't drink, so we thought it wouldn't be a problem as we usually eat and leave quickly. However, the first order took a long time to arrive. The salad and kimchi platter came quickly, but we waited another 10 minutes for the meat. It took a total of over 20 minutes. The place wasn't even crowded, with only one group of customers. We hurried to order something else in case more customers arrived later. As for the meat, the thick harami (skirt steak) had a good texture and was delicious. However, the sauce seemed to overpower the meat's flavor. I recommend eating it with salt, wasabi, or yuzu pepper. Overall, there are some good options, but it might be better to go to a more casual place where you can grill your own meat, rather than a formal yakiniku restaurant.

I had a delicious dinner at a yakiniku restaurant with my favorite Agito-san. We ordered thick-cut tongue, a platter of rare cuts, seafood wrapped in meat with shrimp and sea urchin, and even a yakiniku restaurant seafood bowl. Everything was so delicious. The staff's service was also very polite. I was extremely satisfied once again. The Ebinba features plump shrimp on top of rice mixed with namul and other ingredients, creating a luxurious dish. The shrimp is fresh, sweet, and incredibly delicious. The assortment of rare cuts allows you to try a variety of different cuts in small portions, which is a nice touch. They will be open from January 7th (Friday) onwards for the new year. The seafood is incredibly fresh and sweet, while the meat is tender and delicious. Not only does it look amazing, but the quality of the taste is truly remarkable. The thick-cut tongue, seafood and meat rolls, and roasted green tea pudding are my favorite go-to items every time. The non-alcoholic drinks selection has expanded with options like Kabosu squash and a rich mango juice with chunks of fruit, which made me, a non-drinker, very happy. I wanted to go but couldn't make it due to timing, a restaurant I wanted to visit is Charcoal Yakiniku Bar AGITO HIRAO in Chuo-ku Hirao. The main purpose was the seafood bowl at a yakiniku restaurant for 1490 yen. It requires a reservation by the day before. Other recommended dishes include uni-wrapped meat for 490 yen, amazing shrimp tartare for 890 yen, and delicious tongue salt for 1090 yen. The thick-cut tongue salt for 1690 yen is soft and flavorful. The seafood bowl has luxurious toppings like plenty of uni, shrimp, scallops, and meat. It's a generous amount that can make you full just by itself. If you also want to eat a lot of meat, sharing is recommended. Thank you for the meal!

Located in a small alley within a 5-minute walk from Hirao Station, this small meat bar has a counter with 8-9 seats and two tables for 4 people each. Surrounded by yakitori shops and other eateries, it is a popular spot among foodies, especially known by my husband's acquaintance who is a gourmet enthusiast. When we arrived for our weekend dinner reservation at 7:30 pm, the place was packed and bustling. Reservations are a must! The meat is brought to your table with charcoal, and there is a small exhaust duct right above the grill, which effectively minimizes the smoke. A must-try is the salted negi-tan (green onion with tongue), which has a crunchy texture. The upper harami (skirt steak) is tender and juicy, and the rare cut kaonomi (inside skirt) melts in your mouth with deliciousness. The meat-wrapped uni (sea urchin) is a favorite of mine, with its mix of crispy meat and rich uni in each bite. Simply divine! For our closing dish, we ordered the kuppah with plenty of garlic. The white cabbage kimchi had almost no spiciness or sourness, instead offering a sweet and flavorful taste suitable for Japanese palates. I was also surprised by the extensive drink menu, which includes a variety of Japanese sake, wine, and non-alcoholic options. This makes it a highly recommended spot even for non-drinkers.

I went to AGITO HIRAO, a charcoal-grilled yakiniku bar in Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City, after enjoying delicious food and warm sake at Sakaba Ottan, where the owner, Otose, prepares. Today, I was in the mood for a "meat finish" like an Okinawan, so after enjoying sake at Ottan, which was served warm, I walked just 10 seconds to AGITO HIRAO. The inside of the restaurant was almost full, which was nice to see as a regular customer since the opening. We toasted with Jukushin Kyuhachi Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki cold sake. The dishes we had were beef liver sashimi (¥980), special thick-cut tongue with salt (¥1580), and top harami (¥1280). The "meat finish" was delicious. This time, we enjoyed it with three types of dipping sauces (homemade sesame sauce, lemon sauce, homemade soy sauce) using a one-hand mill with black pepper and three types of rock salt that were on the table. AGITO HIRAO is a stylish and affordable place to enjoy yakiniku, and I look forward to visiting again in the future. Thank you for the meal.

This time, I used it for a year-end party! I've been here a few times, but this is my first post! This time, we ordered various cuts such as tongue salt, top sirloin, harami, kalbi, horumon, and top mino! All of them were thick and delicious, recommended to be lightly grilled and eaten! Thanks to that, the alcohol went down well haha. The sake is also abundant with the owner's commitment, so you can enjoy not only the meat but also the alcohol! The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere with a counter for 7 seats and two table seats (for 4 people each). It's a great place for solo yakiniku too! The ventilation hood is stylish!! Let's start with a toast with draft beer (*^^*) There are daily specials written on the blackboard. We ordered Chinese cabbage kimchi, beef liver sashimi, special thick-cut tongue with salt, prime kalbi, and salted loin. I visited the charcoal-grilled yakiniku bar, AGITO HIRAO, in Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City. I've been in a meat-eating mode for some reason since the end of last month. Today, I visited my favorite restaurant, AGITO HIRAO. Although I've been visiting the restaurant regularly even without writing reviews, this time I made a special reservation for a course menu arranged by the owner, Mr. Akiyama. The course included a variety of dishes such as homemade namul and kimchi assortment, Hokkaido herb beef fillet scallop rolls, Agito salad, Kagoshima black wagyu rib loin, Kurobuta pork shoulder loin, Kagoshima black pork tongue, Yunosei ham pork sausage, Kagoshima black wagyu upper ribs, Iberico pork harami, Kumamoto herb chicken thigh, and more. The meal was accompanied by a variety of sauces and seasonings, and I enjoyed the high-quality and rare cuts of meat. The experience was delightful, and I highly recommend this restaurant for its delicious yakiniku.
