I enjoyed okonomiyaki and takoyaki at the counter seat for one person. The hot takoyaki was juicy inside and made me crave a beer with every bite. It's perfect for a quick meal when you're feeling a little hungry. The counter seat is a bit cramped being against the wall, but overall a good experience.

I went to Jumbo Main House craving some takoyaki to go with my beer, but was surprised by the variety of dishes they offered. In addition to takoyaki, they had scallops with butter, rolled omelette, and fried garlic. I ended up ordering more than I planned and filled up my stomach. The wide selection of dishes was impressive and I had a great meal. By the way, they also offer a 3-hour all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink course for ¥3600, which some brave souls were trying alone. If you're up for a challenge, give it a try! (laughs)

At lunchtime, I had delicious spicy curry and on my way back, I checked the bus time at the bus stop in front of Hankyu Takatsuki Station and found that there was still a little over 10 minutes left. Around 11:30, I was intrigued by the shop right in front of me and decided to go in. The interior of the shop was flashy with lots of decorations. There were two groups of customers already there. I can't really judge others for drinking at this time of day... I ordered 9 pieces of takoyaki and a highball. It came out quickly. The takoyaki was piping hot! I took a bite right away... "Where's the octopus?" The octopus was small! The smallest I've ever had in takoyaki! But the highball and takoyaki went well together. I quickly finished the highball and said thank you for the meal.

Recently, it has become a habit for our family to enjoy a quick drink outside on Friday nights. This time, at the request of my husband, we went to an izakaya in front of Hankyu Takatsuki-shi Station. Even though it was before the start of the rainy season, the hot days continued, making cold beer the perfect reward. The menu focused on flour-based dishes and was reasonably priced. The dishes that went well with beer included "sweet shrimp tempura," "spicy cucumber," "french fries," "squid mayo ponzu," and "butter soy sauce grilled nagaimo." We started with a few glasses of "draft beer" and then moved on to "highballs." We finished with "takoyaki" followed by "butadama okonomiyaki," enjoying a variety of flour-based dishes. We had a quick drink and meal before heading home. Thank you for the delicious food.

It's a convenient place to go when you're not sure where to go, as you can enjoy drinking while poking at takoyaki from the second or third store. In addition to freshly baked takoyaki, there are various menu options, so it's great for the first store as well. The interior of the restaurant is spacious, so it's easy to stop by even with a group if it's not too crowded.

Visited before 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. It's a large restaurant with many tables. About half of them were occupied. It was nice that they provided many baskets for storing belongings. In addition to takoyaki and yakisoba, they also have a wide variety of izakaya menu items. I ordered a large beer, takoyaki, and tomatoes. The brand was Super Dry. The wait time for takoyaki can vary depending on timing. I prefer the fluffy texture over the hard ones. It's a convenient place where you can eat quickly and leave, or sit down and enjoy your drink.

We were walking around Takatsuki and got drawn into this shop in front of Hankyu Takatsuki-shi Station. This is a casual izakaya operated by a takoyaki, okonomiyaki, and yakisoba takeout specialty shop, offering a variety of flour-based dishes and teppanyaki. We started with a "draft beer". The soy sauce flavored takoyaki (6 pieces) here was piping hot, almost burning the mouth. Next was the flour-based dish, "mixed sauce yakisoba", with only squid and cabbage besides the noodles, a mysterious mix. The second drink was a "whiskey highball". Perfectly paired with the highball were the "fried gyoza". The third drink was a "Black Nikka highball". Lastly, we ordered the "butter soy sauce grilled nagaimo", a dish loved by butter enthusiasts from Hokkaido. In these times, we ate and drank quickly and left the shop. Thank you for the meal.

One day during winter break, I suddenly felt like eating "takoyaki" and decided to visit this restaurant which I hadn't been to in a while. The hygiene measures for customers entering the restaurant were thorough. I started with our recent favorite at home, a "plain shochu highball" for a toast. This time, I had the "takoyaki" in soy sauce flavor. The takoyaki at Janbo-san's place has a creamy filling with a delicious dashi flavor. I quickly finished my highball so I switched to a draft beer. We also ordered the most popular menu item, the "omu-soba," as requested by my husband. And the "geso mayo pon" as well. Feeling hungry, we also ordered another menu item that caught our eye. The "jan karaage" had a taste that was like a model of chicken karaage. It was a great decision to order it, so I ended with another glass of draft beer. We ate and drank heartily before leaving the restaurant. Thank you for the meal.

Convenient, quick to eat and drink♪ Jumbo-san, which used to be takeout only, now has eat-in options. When a friend suggested it, we decided to try it out. The takoyaki was soft and delicious - nothing beats freshly baked takoyaki! They also have other small dishes like corn butter and chilled tomatoes, which is nice. However, both the om soba and takowasa are just average in taste. The om soba, even in a regular size, has a decent portion, so I think they are really trying to offer good value for money.

On the final day of a 3-day weekend, after finishing shopping, we visited this restaurant for a late brunch and lunch. We started with some Highballs and quickly ordered the "Butatama" which arrived in no time. We also had the "Geso Shioyaki" and decided to indulge in more Highballs and draft beer. The "Omusoba" with egg-wrapped yakisoba was surprisingly filling. We also tried the soy sauce-flavored takoyaki, which my husband couldn't decide how many to order. We ended up having a complete meal of various flour-based dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Jumbo Highball Sakaba is open from 11:00 to 5:00 the next morning, and we might visit again due to my husband's love for flour-based dishes. In Takatsuki, there were fewer company cars so I had to take a bus back and forth from Takatsuki City Station, it was cold. Completed the mission, had a reflection meeting with my colleague A as promised. Since it's along the Hankyu line, I wonder if we'll go to my favorite place in Juso? Oh, we decided on trying a new place, Jumbo Sakaba, for the first time. The reason was, "I want to eat yakisoba." So, we had strong highballs, tonpei-yaki, spicy cucumber, grilled squid with salt, and ordered another highball while enjoying salt-grilled seseri and onion rings. Finally, we had yakisoba and ham and eggs. Thank you for the meal!

I visited the restaurant alone at 8:30 PM. The atmosphere inside was still noisy. The average age of the customers is around 33. Most of the seats were taken, but I was the only solo diner. I ordered a draft Asahi Super Dry for 430 yen. The salted kombu cabbage for 180 yen was cut into dice, giving it a crunchy texture. It had a strong salty flavor that went well with the beer. I also had a chilled tomato for 280 yen and bacon and eggs for 280 yen. The egg yolk was runny, which may not be to everyone's liking, but for the price, it was fine. Soy sauce was provided as there were no condiments on the table. I ordered a regular portion of fried rice for 380 yen, fearing it would be greasy, but it turned out to be more like homemade fried rice. It was not too oily and had a generous portion that filled me up.

This is my second review of the day drinking at the fourth restaurant this month. After visiting a securities company to inquire about investment trusts, I decided to have lunch at this restaurant I found on Tabelog, located just across the station. I arrived at the restaurant around 12:30 pm and found about five customers, including a group. The lunch menu offered a flour-based dish with rice and miso soup for 500 yen (excluding tax), which seemed cheap. However, I felt like having something without rice due to the large portion, so I asked if they had any options without rice. I was told that I could order pork or squid okonomiyaki separately for 400 yen each. I ordered the pork okonomiyaki and requested extra bonito flakes and seaweed, and less mayonnaise. I also ordered a rock (on the rocks) shochu for 280 yen. The restaurant did not have seaweed, bonito flakes, mayonnaise, or sauce on the table, so I had to specify my preferences when ordering. After ordering, I noticed other menu items such as okonomiyaki with pork or squid for 400 yen each, and mixed or modern-style okonomiyaki for 550 yen each. I liked that takeout was slightly cheaper due to the tax difference. When my order arrived, I initially thought the iced beer mug was for my shochu on the rocks, but then the shochu was served separately. I sipped on my drink while waiting and observed the surroundings. The pork okonomiyaki had a slightly soft texture and a light flavor, which was acceptable considering the price. Although there were no ashtrays on the table, they were provided upon request. The restaurant was calm and free of cigarette smoke, allowing me to relax. I enjoyed my two drinks while browsing on my tablet PC. The payment options were cash or LINE Pay only, so I paid in cash and thanked them for the meal.

This time, it was my son's choice of place. We only had two drinks each, so it was more like having dinner than just drinks. In the future, when I'm with my son, it seems like it will be more of this kind of atmosphere. Had lunch at the Jumbo Highball Izakaya near the company. It cost 500 yen for the Buta-tama set meal. It was a good deal! Personally, I think Fuzuki is tastier! haha But, the prices are different. I believe that enjoying food is one of life's pleasures! In my opinion, it's just a little bit lacking! Including the service, haha.

I went to check out a newly opened restaurant on October 12th. The takoyaki was delicious, crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. I tried it with ponzu, salt, and soy sauce, but the soy sauce was the best. The "Jan Karaage" was straightforward and tasty. The "Tonpei Yaki" had a gooey egg inside, which I liked. The "Nankotsu Karaage" was big and well-seasoned, a must-try. The "Aji Fry" was fluffy and delicious. The "Ham Katsu" was a stable and satisfying choice. The "Shio Konbu Cabbage" was simple but tasty. The prices were very reasonable, and with drinks, three of us spent around 2300 yen each, feeling full and satisfied.

Tonight, I went to the restaurant more with the feeling of having dinner at an izakaya rather than a full-on izakaya experience. The drink prices at the izakaya were reasonable. Although I wanted to try some dishes, I didn't end up eating tonight so I can't comment on the food. I ordered modern-yaki, which tasted decent but the portion size felt a bit lacking due to the arrangement of okonomiyaki and soba. However, after eating, I surprisingly felt full so I thought it was okay. I decided to go with a large draft beer instead of a medium one. I realized that if I kept ordering more dishes like jumbo takoyaki, okonomiyaki, or yakisoba after having a few drinks, I would probably gain a lot of weight.
