Today, I came to the popular restaurant Ken in Kitashinchi. Even though I have already had a feast at Waon in Kitashinchi, my feet unconsciously led me in the opposite direction towards Ken. This restaurant can make anything delicious, so I was torn on what to order, but today I decided without hesitation to order the okonomiyaki mix. It arrived in about 5 minutes, a masterpiece of okonomiyaki with artistic patterns. The taste was perfect, with a slightly sweet sauce and a fluffy inside. Eating it with a spatula is the Osaka way. I could have eaten more, but for today, this was the perfect finale with the okonomiyaki mix. Thank you for the meal.

Second visit of the day. The hamburger and mapo tofu were especially delicious. The master is energetic and very attentive to the customers. Despite being fully booked with a two-person staff, the pace of serving the ordered food and drinks was good. Customers can see the people who came before them due to the location.

I asked my company senior for a recommendation and visited this restaurant to celebrate with friends. It seemed fully booked for reservations, but we were able to get a table right away for 4 people. There was also a counter seating available. We chose the hamburger course, which included a choice between hamburger and steak. The dishes were cooked swiftly on the iron plate and everything from the appetizers was delicious, especially the potato salad, mapo tofu, and the hamburger. The conversation with friends was enjoyable, and we ended up drinking beer, lemon sour, and more. They also had a great selection of wine and shochu. I would definitely like to visit this restaurant again.

The atmosphere and customer service in the store felt quite casual. On the contrary, it might be user-friendly... A delicious teppanyaki restaurant!! All the customers were buying some kind of "omiyage" to take home! Of course, we did too! (laughs) Everything was delicious!! The Saga beef special selection hane shita steak was generous even at 100g (laughs) It had a good amount of fat, so it went well with wasabi soy sauce! The soy sauce was on the sweeter side! I also liked eating it with wasabi and rock salt sprinkled on top. The mentaiko mochi cheese grill, I want to try making it at home. It had a little bit of shiso in it and was soy sauce flavored. The garlic fried rice was very stretchy, I was hoping for garlic rice, but it was definitely fried rice. I love fried rice and it was delicious. The crunchy texture of leeks, onions, and garlic. Garlic edamame, chopped garlic mixed with soy sauce, tossed with edamame with skin on and eaten with the skin on. The best snack! Goes well with alcohol~ Grilled oysters, you can choose between ponzu or soy sauce, very delicious. Shrimp mayo, I want to try eating it sandwiched between bread (laughs) Salad, pork, and special sesame sauce, all delicious. There were many other menu items that caught my eye. The variety of alcohol was quite extensive. Each dish, depending on the item, had a good amount of volume.

I wanted to eat okonomiyaki or yakisoba, but Gaurbo-san was full, so I went to Ken-san, a teppanyaki restaurant in the building diagonally across. I ordered chicken cartilage and maruchou teppanyaki, and finished with Inunaki Buta's yakisoba. I really wanted to eat okonomiyaki, but it's impossible today. I'll save it for next time.

I made a last-minute reservation because I really wanted to eat okonomiyaki in Osaka. The main dishes are okonomiyaki and yakisoba, but there are also various teppanyaki options. Oysters, octopus, chicken tenderloin, shrimp chili, and more, all of them are very delicious and go well with alcohol. The staff at the restaurant were all very friendly and it was a wonderful place. We finished with the All-Star okonomiyaki and yakisoba and were completely full. The price went up a bit because we drank a lot of alcohol, but it's not an expensive restaurant, it's really a great place with high value for money. I would love to go there again and I highly recommend it.

We traveled from Tokyo to Osaka for a family trip using the GOTO campaign. We found a okonomiyaki restaurant in the Umeda area that accepted GOTO Eat reservations. It turned out to be in Kitashinchi, which had a sophisticated atmosphere similar to Ginza. We were a bit surprised by the regular customers when we entered with our children, but we didn't mind and enjoyed our meal. The restaurant provided children's dishes, and everything we ordered, including the classic okonomiyaki and yakisoba, as well as grilled octopus and chicken neck, was delicious. My child particularly loved the hamburger. Overall, everything was delicious! I think we would have enjoyed it even more if we didn't have kids with us. I would like to visit again when we come to Osaka next time.
