I visited "Nishikawarai Saitera Ten" in Suita City, Osaka Prefecture for lunch for the first time. It is a branch of an okonomiyaki chain restaurant. The nearest station is Hankyu Senri Line "Minami Senri," but it takes over 20 minutes to walk. There is parking space for 20 cars, making it convenient to visit by car. I visited with my wife and two sons around 1:30 pm on a Sunday. We ordered a total of 6,479 yen, including: - Okonomiyaki Mix Tamago: 1,078 yen (discounted from 1,188 yen) - Okonomiyaki Butatama: 858 yen - Okonomiyaki Gyusuji Bokkake Tamago: 1,320 yen - Okonomiyaki Tsukimi Butatama Kujo Negi: 1,155 yen - Yakisoba Buta: 825 yen - Geso no Shioyaki: 605 yen - Nagaimo no Teppanyaki: 638 yen The dishes were served gradually within 5 to 25 minutes. The Okonomiyaki Mix Tamago had a normal taste with pork, shrimp, and squid, while the Geso no Shioyaki was delicious and easy to eat. The Nagaimo no Teppanyaki was also tasty. Overall, the okonomiyaki was average in taste, so I may not specifically revisit for it. A few years ago, the interior was run-down and the staff seemed unmotivated, so I hadn't been back in a while. But, after a long time, I went back and the place was completely clean and the staff were working efficiently. The taste was okay, maybe a bit on the strong side, but overall pretty good.

The yakisoba had chewy noodles and was delicious. The most popular cheese-filled waraiyaki was fluffy with just the right amount of cheese accent, making it delicious! The salt mix with daikon radish allows you to enjoy the taste of the ingredients. The staff cooks it on the hot plate and serves it, so you can eat it in the best condition. Thank you for the meal!

I watched it on a TV show and decided to go there immediately. The restaurant was more like a fancy building than an okonomiyaki place, with a spacious and clean interior. I made a reservation and was guided to a private-like seat. Following the recommendation of the waiter, I ordered the signature dish, "Waraiyaki", and also the "Kyoten-yaki Mix" (pork, shrimp, squid) with plenty of kaiware on top. Another dish I ordered was the "Oyster Tamayaki". The portion was just right for two people. Every dish was delicious, very delicious. The Waraiyaki had a fluffy texture that was amazing. It was completely different from any okonomiyaki I had before. The Kyoten-yaki had a thick dough that was also fluffy. The taste, ambiance, and ample parking made it worth the price, so I would like to continue using it in the future.

I came to Suita City for work on this day. I had lunch at this restaurant, "Nishiki Warai Saitera Store," located just beyond the residential area of Suita. The location of the restaurant makes it easy to park as many people come by car. "Nishiki Warai" is a popular okonomiyaki restaurant with several locations in Kansai, with its headquarters in Kyoto. This particular store has been renovated and looks very clean, as mentioned on the sign outside. The inside of the store is also newly renovated and very beautiful. Although the atmosphere has changed, the taste and menu remain the same. I ordered the "Half & Half Lunch 950 yen (excluding tax)" from the lunch menu, which allows you to enjoy both the famous Warai-yaki and yakisoba in half portions. I thoroughly enjoyed both the fluffy Warai-yaki and delicious yakisoba. Thank you for the meal.

We were impressed by how easy it was to share the salad between the two of us. We also had okonomiyaki, although there is no photo of it. We happened to go on a day when the pork okonomiyaki was cheap, so we ordered it. It was delicious with a good temperature and texture.

Starting with crispy chicken skin with yuzu pepper ponzu sauce. It's nice to have a dish that you can nibble on. We were satisfied with two fluffy and hot warayaki, one Kyoto tempura, and one sobameshi. We used T-points and paid 5,075 yen for three people, feeling comfortably full and slightly tipsy.

I personally like Laughing Yaki. It's like a mix between okonomiyaki and monjayaki. It's a more relaxed version of okonomiyaki. It's a chain restaurant so nothing particularly special. Teppanyaki restaurants where the staff cook for you are just average.

I often go there because the food is delicious.

Laughter is rare! Not a very good impression (-.-) I visited another okonomiyaki restaurant a few years ago, but it wasn't great, so I naturally stayed away. This Nishiki okonomiyaki shop used to be a Western-style cafe, so it still has a stylish exterior. I ordered pork okonomiyaki, negiyaki, and yakisoba. The yakisoba was lacking in flavor and texture. The pork okonomiyaki and negiyaki didn't have a cohesive taste and the balance with the sauce was off. Even though I love okonomiyaki, I couldn't finish it (TT) It's a shame. Today was the regular day for enjoying flour-based dishes. I had a half-price coupon for "Warai," so without hesitation, I headed to the nearest store. Among the five stores in my area, this one is the closest. Despite being a bit hidden, this store is a gem for me. It's usually not too crowded, even on a Sunday afternoon. The store is spacious and clean, making it a great place to relax. I ordered the usual "Garlic Yakisoba" in large size, along with "Warai Baked Curry" and "Negi (Green Onion) Yakitori with Beef Tendon." The aroma of garlic and sauce from the yakisoba was irresistible. I sprinkled some mayonnaise and shichimi spice on it, and it was delicious. Next, the Warai Baked Curry and Negi Yakitori arrived. The Warai Baked dish was fluffy as always, with a nice curry flavor. The only downside was that the cabbage in the dish was too large, overpowering the other ingredients. The Negi Yakitori with Beef Tendon was a delight for green onion lovers, with plenty of Kujo Negi and the sweet taste of beef tendon. With the half-price discount, my satisfaction level was at 126%. I hope this hidden gem of a store continues to thrive without getting too crowded. Thank you for the meal.

The atmosphere of the shop is very nice. The staff are friendly and they cook the food right in front of you, which is great. However, the taste... It seems like they no longer serve garlic yakisoba here. I ordered sobameshi, but there was very little soba in it. It tasted more like fried rice than yakisoba. The grilled dishes were delicious though. They make good appetizers. But the drinks are expensive. The lemon sour was too sweet. The okonomiyaki was too soft and lacked flavor. Regular Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki is tastier! I don't feel like coming back to eat here again. There aren't many places to eat around here, so I thought of coming here as an izakaya alternative... but the alcohol was not great either, so it ended up being a somewhat mediocre place.

It's like a family restaurant at an okonomiyaki place? I often go there when I want to have a lively meal (*^_^*) The yakisoba and okonomiyaki are pretty standard (there are lots of them in Osaka, after all, haha), but I highly recommend their original "Waraiyaki" and "Kyoto Tempura Okonomiyaki". The fluffy "Waraiyaki" is so soft that you can't take it home!! On the other hand, the "Kyoto Tempura Okonomiyaki" has a light taste with a dashi and egg flavor, making it perfect for women!! The atmosphere inside is bustling like a family restaurant, but the staff are friendly and energetic (^^)/ Also, the variety and quality of alcohol are a bit lacking, so it might be a bit disappointing for drinkers... (haha) So, I give the drinks a rating of 3 stars (>_<) It's a suburban store, so you can go by car and parking is free, which is a plus, so I go there often (^_-) ☆

Of course, the highlight here is the "Warai"! Why come here if you're not going to try the "Warai Yaki"?! Anyway, without saying anything else, start with the "Warai Yaki," please. My husband goes for the "Kyoto Tempura Okonomiyaki." He pours the mayo generously on top and enjoys it. The amount of tempura is really piled high. Tempura and mayo are the best. I personally like to sprinkle the provided "red pepper" on top and enjoy it. My high school daughter's favorite is the "Salt Yakisoba." Our family loves it too, so we always order the large portion. At the Saiinji store, you can get a lunch set with yakisoba (okonomi), rice, and miso soup for 680 yen, but the salt yakisoba is a bit more expensive. Still, she insists on the salt yakisoba. (Everyone, the regular yakisoba is good too, but please try the salt yakisoba as well. - by daughter) They also have a wide variety of drinks and desserts here! My mother, daughter, and granddaughter went here and enjoyed themselves even after eating. The Onohara store in Minoh doesn't have as many drink options, so I recommend the Saiinji store for girls. However, the other day, I ordered a side dish because it was cheap, and the "Seseri Ponzu" was delicious!! But the "German Potato Mentai (forgot the name...)" was... to be clear, a disappointment... There are some points that I would like to see improved, but I still think the "Warai Yaki" alone is worth it! (I want it to always be empty like this, but... it would be a problem if it went out of business, so I'll share it.)
