One day, a family from the north enjoyed abalone, meat, and crab in Kyobashi. They visited the Kyobashi Comz Garden B1F North Family Kyobashi Comz Garden store. They had small draft beers, appetizers, Ezo abalone sashimi, juicy Yamagata beef steak, Hoppy & shochu, fried chicken, boiled Zuwai crab, and Shihoro potato and bacon salad. Osaka's restaurant, Kitano Kazoku, is located in Kyobashi. It has been about seven years since I last stepped foot in this area. Back in the day, there used to be an Asahi Beer Hall and a Burger King, which I frequented often, but now one-third of the area is closed down. Today, I had a drinking party at Kitano Kazoku with a 4,000 yen course. The portions weren't that big, but each dish was delicious. I was eating and drinking while making noise, so my memory of the flavors is a bit hazy. I would like to come back again to enjoy the food more leisurely. Thank you for the meal.

Around 12:15, the restaurant is about 80% full. It's hard to see inside the restaurant... I was guided to a table in the back with a sunken kotatsu. I ordered the daily special. Lunch comes with a drink bar... but there was only iced coffee, hojicha, and water available. I chose hojicha, which was okay. The food was served in about 3 minutes... The pork steak was delicious, the rice and cabbage were average. The wiener tempura was unique and tasty... The chikuwa tempura was average... The miso soup was okay... I paid 880 yen with a card and headed to the convenience store.

I visited Kyobashi in Osaka after a long time. There is a place called Comz Garden with various restaurants and cafes. It was on my commute route when I used to live in Kyobashi for work. It was my first business trip to Osaka in a while. I was invited to a welcome party by a young employee from the company (of course, at my own expense). The food was average. In June, when things started to calm down with the coronavirus, I visited a restaurant in Kyobashi for a "Well Done" gathering (not sure what we were celebrating... haha). I ordered the all-you-can-drink option and started with a toast of draft beer and edamame. The sashimi, salad, and fried young chicken were all delicious. Comz Garden is a place I often use when transferring to the Nagahori Tsurumi-ryokuchi Line, but I don't usually use the restaurants there. On this day, I had some extra time so I decided to look around Comz Garden. There are many places that serve lunch, but I chose this one because of the menu. As I expected, it was a simple dish of fried food made from frozen ingredients with a large amount of tartar sauce on top. The side salad was simple with only cabbage and nothing else. The tea was self-service, so you have to go to the counter to get it. It's nice that they offer tea instead of just water.

Salmon sashimi all-you-can-eat for 60 minutes from 880 yen (excluding tax)~! My family loves salmon so much that we went to challenge the bears! When we ordered once, this amount was brought to us and we could have as much as we wanted♡ It was amazing! The salmon was fresh and fatty, so delicious~♪ We also ordered various side dishes, and everything was delicious!! We had a leisurely meal in a private room with a sunken kotatsu table!

We used the OB party of my former workplace for the New Year's party of the organizer, which is held every summer. Last year, we used Zuboraya in Dotonbori, and the organizer's party often used Koganeko in the same area. This time was our first time using this place. We enjoyed a course meal and all-you-can-drink in a sunken room. The main dish seemed to be salmon chanchan-yaki, with sashimi, salad, and dessert. I went to dinner with my kids and friends. We had reserved a private room in advance, so we were guided to a hori-kotatsu private room. It was a bit cramped, but it's fine for women. The miso soup was also delicious and hearty. Since there was no dessert, we added the Flower Field Farm Cannelloni for ¥480. The squid sashimi had a good amount even in half portion, and it was delicious with kimchi soy sauce and sea urchin. The octopus tempura was tender and had big suckers and legs. The wiener cheese was average. The boiled snow crab had plenty of meat that was easy to pick out and had a sweet taste. The salt-grilled soba noodles had squid, scallops, cabbage, bean sprouts, and carrots as toppings, with a not too salty sauce, making it delicious. I will visit again at an early time.

It was 16:00, so I ordered sashimi platter, cheese jeon, cheese fry, grilled salmon, and crab omelette at the family restaurant that was open all day in the north (^ ^). The sashimi platter had octopus, salmon, and one more type that I couldn't identify, but the octopus was soft and delicious. The cheese jeon had a crispy outer layer and was delicious. The cheese fry was recommended to be dipped in olive oil, but I personally preferred it as it is. The grilled salmon had a variety of seafood and vegetables, which was nice. The crab omelette was not in a sauce, so I was a bit disappointed. There were still many other menu items to try, so I might try something different from Hokkaido next time (^ ^).

I visited the popular izakaya chain restaurant "Kitano Kazoku" located in Coms Garden at JR Kanjo Line/Kyobashi Station. I enjoyed a seasonal Matsuhana Hall dish for 980 yen, today's sashimi (salmon and squid), a tempura assortment, deep-fried cod, half-cooked egg with crab sauce, teriyaki chicken, miso soup, pickles, and rice. You can have unlimited rice refills and enjoy free drinks. The meal was delicious in the calm and relaxed atmosphere of the restaurant.

It was a satisfying lunch. It was very delicious. I would like to go again.

On Friday night, the restaurant I wanted to go to was full, and another restaurant was also full. It seems that the Kyobashi area is bustling on weekends. The atmosphere of the restaurant I ended up at was nice, but the drinks were quite weak even though I chose the all-you-can-drink plan. I had about 5 drinks but didn't feel drunk at all. I was surprised that the drinks were so light, even though it's common for chain izakayas to have weak drinks. I didn't realize at first, but there was an additional charge for a drink with real gold ukon, even though it was listed on the all-you-can-drink menu. The appetizer was a small dish with chicken and white konjac-like items, but it cost 500 yen. The meat dish was cooked on a hot plate, but for over 1000 yen, the quality and quantity were disappointing. The crab gratin looked like porridge and was not very appetizing. I tried to enjoy it with a different perspective on new food. Some items on the skewer menu were sold out, which was disappointing. Only the grilled hokke was worth the price in terms of taste and portion. As others have mentioned, it's best not to expect much from the service. The lunch might be more recommended for its affordability.

I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was, even better than I had expected! I also appreciated that the all-you-can-drink beer was bottled, which was a nice touch.
