We have used this restaurant with our family several times. It is cheap and delicious. We put meat and grilled vegetables on top of shrimp chips and bread, then grill the bread with butter on a hot plate after soaking up the meat juices. We also enjoyed the half & half of fillet and sirloin steak, both of which were delicious. We will definitely visit again.

I tried the beautiful sirloin steak for the first time at this restaurant! It had been a while since I had teppanyaki, so I was looking forward to it, and the deliciousness was satisfying. The price was also reasonable for teppanyaki. I was also very satisfied watching the owner's magic tricks!

It's good meat!! The price is on the higher side, so I recommend going with a senior. Meat never disappoints. I've only been to steak specialty stores like Ikinari Steak, but it was truly exceptional!!

The amount of meat was just right, tender and delicious. I was recommended the half-and-half of sirloin and fillet, but I don't like sirloin so I went with just fillet. I cooked it on a slice of bread with lots of butter, dipped it in condensed milk, and it was amazing!!! The distance to the chef was close and it was a very cozy restaurant. I would love to visit again!

It is a small shop with only a counter. It is run by a master and a young woman. I had the steak course. Shrimp foil grill was served. The shrimp is wrapped in mayonnaise and grilled. It's delicious. Then came stir-fried shimeji mushrooms. Delicious. A mini salad, bread, and tamagosen were lined up on the iron plate in front of me. Stir-fried bean sprouts. Delicious. You can enjoy two types of meat, sirloin and tenderloin. Also, crispy garlic was served. Both types of meat were delicious! Then, tamagosen was seasoned with mayonnaise and your choice of sauce. The bread was folded in half and grilled on the iron plate until crispy and fragrant. Both were delicious. The dessert was yuzu sherbet. I also had some house wine, which was not too expensive. I didn't get to see the master's magic tricks, but it was a fun experience. Thank you for the meal.

I was guided by a regular customer and received a course at this steakhouse that only serves Kyushu black wagyu A5 rank sirloin and fillet, with a counter-style teppanyaki. The restaurant has a long history and has a retro Showa-era atmosphere. The meal consisted of teppanyaki, grilled vegetables, seafood, salad, steak, octopus sen, toast, and sherbet. The steak was of good quality, not too fatty even in the sirloin, with just the right amount of marbling. The master's skillful grilling method removed excess fat, and whether with steak sauce or wasabi salt, it was delicious. One unique feature here is placing octopus sen and a slice of bread on the teppan before grilling, then topping them with grilled vegetables and meat, and finally adding an arrangement before eating. The meat juices soaked into the bread, which was then grilled with butter until melted, and eaten with condensed milk. It may sound old-fashioned, but I quite liked it. The octopus sen with grilled vegetable juices was eaten by folding it in half with mayonnaise and sauce. The master here is also skilled in magic tricks, so feel free to request one at the end of your meal (he might do it without you asking). Thank you for the meal.

◆November 2017◆It has been six years since my last visit to this restaurant, which was my first review on Tabelog. It only had one like, haha. This time, I came here to celebrate my partner's birthday. We had the Special Black Wagyu Beef Course for 6000 yen (excluding tax), which included: Grilled shrimp and mushroom in foil, Seasonal salad, Grilled vegetables, Black Wagyu beef sirloin steak (180g) OR Black Wagyu beef filet steak (180g), Bread, Octopus senbei, and Sorbet. By making a reservation in advance, you can change the black wagyu beef to a seafood grill. Since we made a reservation three days in advance, we had one portion of the Wagyu beef course and one portion of the seafood course. It had been so long that I had forgotten what the experience was like, but I was reminded by the shrimp and mushroom in foil. There was a bit of soup left in the foil, so I thought it was a waste... but then they added stir-fried bean sprouts, which was a nice touch. It goes well with beer. The seafood included shrimp, scallops, abalone, blowfish, and squid. The meat, especially the sirloin steak, was satisfying. The bread and octopus senbei at the end were delicious. Thank you for the meal.

We visited this restaurant on a weekday night at the end of the year. It was our first time entering the alley where the restaurant is located, although we often visit this area. The restaurant has counter seats surrounding a teppanyaki grill, and the menu consists of teppanyaki courses only. We chose between sirloin and tenderloin for our meat selection, ordering one each to share. The teppanyaki course included: Teppanyaki salad with shrimp, enoki mushrooms, and steak vegetables (shiitake mushrooms, onions, potatoes, thick-fried tofu), bread, and sherbet. The shrimp was topped with egg or mayonnaise, and the steak was cooked to a golden brown. We mixed the enoki mushrooms with the remaining sauce. The steak was served in the order of sirloin, tenderloin, and sirloin with the fatty part. It was placed on top of bread and we could enjoy it with steak sauce, ponzu sauce, salt, and wasabi according to our preference. The grilled vegetables were placed on top of the shrimp and eaten together. The bread soaked in meat juices was toasted with butter and eaten with condensed milk, which surprisingly paired well. The sherbet was refreshing with a yuzu flavor. We finished our meal quickly and it was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

The area around Omi Tenjin is quite a deep area. Many well-established shops are crowded together, and there are also many famous restaurants visited by celebrities in disguise. The narrow alleys are just wide enough for one person to pass, and this atmosphere has been featured on TV shows. In one of these narrow alleys is a teppanyaki restaurant called "Noda." I had been checking out this place for a while, and it seemed like a fun atmosphere. The small restaurant only has counter seating, and it was fully booked due to the year-end party season. We started with a toast with beer. First, we had a carpaccio of scallops, salmon, and ikura topped with pistachios. Even the simple appetizer had a special taste. We quickly moved on to white wine, which was a full bottle for 2980 yen, which was very satisfying. We also had enoki mushrooms with ponzu sauce and fluffy egg on top, which was incredibly delicious. Then we had a salad and stir-fried bean sprouts. Mixing the stir-fried bean sprouts with the egg sauce was amazing. The grilled vegetables, fresh onions, and meat were also very generous in portion. The meat was juicy and delicious. I barely managed to finish everything, but I definitely recommend coming on an empty stomach. Finally, we had dessert, and it was a satisfying meal. I have been wanting to go to "Steak House Noda" for about 2 years now, but I always felt like I needed a special occasion to go. Finally, I went there for my birthday. The restaurant has a retro atmosphere with brick walls and a teppanyaki counter. I tried the "Special Black Wagyu Beef Course" which was amazing. They served a delicious shrimp foil bake with a mayo-like sauce on top. The seasonal vegetable salad was also very fresh. For the main course, we had a choice between sirloin and tenderloin (180g each) which we shared. The meat was cooked right in front of us with a variety of vegetables. The tenderloin was thick and tender, cooked rare, with a clear beefy flavor. The sirloin had beautiful marbling and a rich, delicate taste. We also enjoyed octopus senbei and bread for dessert. Overall, it was a delicious and fun experience, with the added bonus of the master magician performing magic tricks. Highly recommended!
