I wanted to eat Chicken Nanban, so I came here to the second floor. It seems like there are some menu items that are exclusive to this location, but the basic menu is the same. I ordered Chicken Nanban, Shirako Yaki, Cucumber, and a bottle of beer. The appetizer that was served looked like oden, but it was actually a sweet simmered dish. The cucumber was flavorful and the garlic was strong, so be careful. The alcohol goes down smoothly. The Chicken Nanban here seemed a bit smaller compared to other branches. While other branches use thinly sliced chicken, this one uses regular-sized pieces, which changes the texture and flavor. The tartar sauce had a lot of egg chunks, but the portion was a bit small, which was disappointing. The Shirako Yaki also seemed a bit lacking. Overall, despite being a chain restaurant, I still like this place.

I have always liked Jidori-Tei, and all of their locations are consistently delicious. It was quite crowded today since it's Friday. I ordered a regular size cucumber instead of a half size, and the Nanban dish was so big that I couldn't finish it, sorry. I drank more than usual today. I was so full that I couldn't have the charcoal-grilled dish today. I'll try it next time. Thank you for the meal!

Located in Namba, Naniwa Ward, Osaka City. Just a 1-minute walk from exit 31 of Namba Station on the Osaka Metro Yotsubashi Line. I visited Jidoritei Namba 2nd branch. The restaurant is on the second floor of Namba Nishi Wine Shokudo Bargran. I went up the stairs and entered the restaurant. I always come to this place when meeting friends. It's been a while since we last met due to the pandemic. Maybe about 3 years? I'm so happy to see them again. We sat in the usual sunken kotatsu-style raised tatami seating. Now, Jidoritei is known for its famous Chicken Nanban, cucumber pickles, and thigh sashimi. While drinking beer, we enjoyed the Chicken Nanban, cucumber pickles, and thigh sashimi. Yum! I couldn't stop eating. Each serving of Chicken Nanban comes with 4 pieces. We love it so much that we always end up ordering more. It's quite light and easy to eat, like eating french fries. The Chicken Nanban disappeared quickly into our mouths. Before we knew it, it was last order. Time flies when you're having fun. By the way, this is the 2nd branch in Namba. You might wonder where the 1st branch is. It used to be near Hozenji Temple, which we used to visit, but it closed down, so we shifted to this branch. I look forward to the next reunion with this group. Jidoritei never disappoints with its delicious food. It was a great meal. Thank you.

The second item is here. The specialty dishes include grilled chicken thigh, chicken breast sashimi, and horse sashimi, so I'm going for another round of drinks. I'm not eating anything, but the chicken thigh and horse sashimi seem to be delicious.

◼️Visited with 3 people◼️Card accepted. Visited 【Jidori-Tei】 after a long time. Started with the classic grilled seseri, tartar chicken cutlet, addictive cucumber, and so on. It's been a while, but it's really delicious. Started with beer and moved on to lemon-filled chu-hai. With so much lemon, we had to get refills a few times before switching to sake. It was a satisfying night with a full stomach. Bonus: The staff was cute.◎

I was able to visit without any inconvenience (^_^*) The staff kindly guided me without making a face, even though it was last order. I'm grateful for that (^^) They have a wide variety of drinks, so it's hard to choose (^_^*) I stuck to draft beer that day, so I didn't have trouble choosing, haha. The quality of the food is also high. The grilled chicken? or something like that was incredibly delicious (^^) I even had seconds (^_^*) It's a bit hard to find the place, but it was worth it! Thank you for the meal!

The restaurant is located very close to Namba and Yotsubashi stations in Osaka. It is the second branch, so I wonder where the first branch is located. I went up the stairs to the second floor and found a table easily on a Friday night. I was happy to see that they offer a drink all-you-can menu for individual orders, starting from 60 minutes. I don't remember the exact price, but it was cheap. The variety of drinks for all-you-can-drink was great, especially the chu-hai options. They bring chu-hai plain and various flavors (orange, grape, tea, etc.) separately, so you can adjust the taste yourself. The dishes I ordered were chicken and namul platter, miso cabbage, hormone platter, and fried chicken skewers. The flavors were strong, but the chicken had a good texture and was delicious. However, the restaurant was noisy, making it hard to have a conversation.

Ordinary middle-aged men might think twice about going to a second party, but in my case, I always join without hesitation. Some people may find it annoying, but I don't care and just join in. As we wondered where the second party would be, we found a yakitori place. A few of us, including myself, arrived late to the first party, so we were quite hungry. However, it was already past 11 pm and many menu items were sold out. Nevertheless, we each ordered drinks and started the second party. We managed to get two servings of charcoal-grilled chicken thigh and chicken nanban before the kitchen closed. I vaguely remember there was also chicken thigh tataki on the menu. I can't recall what else we ordered at this late-night gathering. However, I do remember switching to drinking sake at some point. I can't quite remember how much I drank in total. The waitress seemed emotionless and answered our questions in a detached manner, probably because it was late. Time passed quickly when you're drunk, and before we knew it, the restaurant was closing. I had to decide whether to go home or kill time until the first train in the morning. Without hesitation, I opted for staying until morning. I'm just a foolish middle-aged man after all. But hey, I have the day off work tomorrow (today).

There was a live performance on Nakanoshima, and we were heading towards Nankai Namba after getting off at Namba on the Yotsubashi subway line. We wanted to have a drink somewhere before heading home. The restaurant we chose is on the second floor next to a chain store (although Jidori-Tei is also a chain, it doesn't give off that vibe as much). Some people might be hesitant to go up the stairs, but the charcoal-grilled chicken is the main dish here. It's not as wild as Jidori-Tei in Sakai, but the slightly bitter and fragrant chicken is irresistible. It's really delicious. Sometimes I just crave Jidori-Tei so much. It's great that it's so close to Namba, allowing us to drink until the last train.

I love Jidori-tei passionately and aim to conquer all the branches. This time, I went to Namba 2nd branch instead of the Namba branch. The location of the shop is a bit hard to find, so please look it up on the internet. It is located in a competitive area, next to Hakkenden. Jidori-tei Namba 2nd branch is on the 2nd floor, and when you enter, you are greeted with cheerful voices. Ordering a refreshing beer and enjoying their famous dishes make you feel great. If I keep going to Jidori-tei at this pace, I might turn into a chicken. I wonder which Jidori-tei branch I should visit next.
